Awhile ago I started to become convinced that Islamic sharia is a system deliberately set up to create, produce, validate and reward psychopaths - the kind of people who in our societies begin by tormenting cats and other small animals, and a little arson, and then may graduate to become full-blown serial killers. There are a huge number of Islamic rulers, recorded in history with the epithet "The Butcher" next to their names...and I don't think it's a coincidence. Sharia sets things up so that people born with that programming can indulge all their vicious propensities to the fullest.
Worse: sharia seems to me to be designed so as to take infants born with normal neurological 'wiring', infants who if born into our society would most likely grow up to become perfectly healthy, decent, compassionate people, and mercilessly, forcibly 'reprogram' them to *become* what we might call 'artificial' psychopaths.
It is a susbstitute for more constructive attainments.
I know a Muslim woman who confided to me the reason Muslims don't eat pig meat. It is because pigs are really human, she said, and Muslims can't eat meat from what they know to be human. Well, I am relieved they stop short of eating humans...she didn't say "Jews" but maybe she thought I might be a Jew and she might get a punch in the face for such an insult. I just thought she was weird. (She is highly educated, by the way, well, "highly educated" in a Muslim country...what am I saying, education here is a joke too...sigh.)

Also, notice--as is so common with Islamists--bin Laden "shuns the use of most modern appliances"--but is perfectly happy to use whatever comes to hand if it can *be used as a weapon*--even a usually benign motor vehicle, in the case of this unlucky little monkey.
Interesting PG, there may be an overlay in Islamic culture, on top of their theft of Deuteronomy and Leviticus, of their peculiar myth of Jews being turned into pigs, that explains their prohibition of eating pork. That hasn't stopped the occasional Muslim lynch mob from eating the entrails of the Jews they have killed -- but that may be explained by some other torturous pathology based on some other text of Islam.
