Certainly, it might be Qur'an 8:12, "God promises to "cast terror into the hearts of those who are bent on denying the truth; strike, then, their necks!", or Qur'an 8:60, "Prepare for them whatever steeds of war...so, when you meet the unbelievers, strike their necks"--but I'm sure there are many other lovely passages that would also be suitable for use emblazoning your beheading knives.
