Iran's ambassador to the UN, Mohammad Khazaee, sent a letter of protest to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in which he wrote that "there is no explanation for Israel's continuing threats against Tehran".
Of course, it couldn't have anything to do with the Thug-In-Chief Ahmadinejad saying things like this: "This regime (Israel) will not last long. Do not tie your fate to it ... This regime has no future. Its life has come to an end."
He was referring to an interview given by former Deputy Defense Minister Ephraim Sneh to the Sunday Times in which he said that if Iran were not further sanctioned by this Christmas Israel would attack the country.
Sneh told the paper that if Israel were forced to attack the Islamic Republic on its own it would do so, remarks the Iranian ambassador deemed "irresponsible".
He said he hoped the UN would take steps against such comments. "Remarks such as these, stated once in a while by Israeli leaders, are no more than sorry excuses aimed at avoiding supplying answers regarding Israel's nuclear arsenal and deflecting public awareness from the crimes and terror Israel commits in the region," he said....
Chutzpah!
Dear Puzzled Mohammed Khazaee:
How about "Israel should be wiped off the map," as proclaimed by your little rat-faced immoral dictator many times?
Think that could be a reason why Israel considers you a threat?
I don't think I have ever seen so much outright lying, dissembling, and purposeful deceit as I've seen in Islam:
"War is deceit" - Mo
and
"al-Taqiyya."
The reasons why.
Funny, but I haven't heard any official comment from any Iranian government official speaking on behalf of the Iranian goverment that has called for the killing of all Jews worldwide.
As they say, "only the flies change"
This is the same chutzpa of abbas and his ilk which, after storing wheellbarrows full of stones to throw at pacific religious Jews at the western wall, and Israel's police getting wind of it and of their calls to all ludlums to "flock to al-aksa and defend it from 'jewish extremists' who wanted to 'take the temple mount' over", complain to the whole world that "Israel prevents peaceful, religious muzlims from praying there".
I think it is about time Bibi and the Israeli government makes good on their threats, and expose Abbas for all he does: show films depicting him inciting the IDF to "go all the way" (oh, abbas, you are the proverbial teenager girl in the back seat, eager to 'shoot the monkey'...), show all the stones piled up in advance (never mind the Israeli's efforts to secure them a peaceful ramadan... with cops refraining from eating in front of them...).
Leeches and maggots. Fleeces and faggots. Israel is the only non-dhimmi country in Europe - and yet we put up with too much. Enough is enough.
Iran, there exists no such thing as the "twelfth imam" - and if there is, and you succeed to bring "it" about (at the expense of Israel's existence), you will not be around to celebrate.
Sneh told the paper that if Israel were forced to attack the Islamic Republic on its own it would do so, remarks the Iranian ambassador deemed "irresponsible".
hmm could it be that irans ambassador in calling these remarks irresponsible is really saying please dont attack us our keystone cops armed forces cant stop you
LOL you Mohammedan.
Oh, Holocaust-Denier Ahmadinejad's remarks are OFFICIAL.
Yeah, thanks for your "al-Taqiyya!" lol!

We can threaten to blow you up all day long but don't you dare threaten to blow us up.
Ahmadinejad
The main difference between the words of Iran and Israel, is that when Israel speaks it can be backed up with more than bravado. Israel still have the better weapons and trained military men than the Iranians. The IDF do not send in boys to do their work such as what the Iranians did with Iraq.
"Funny, but I haven't heard any official comment from any Iranian government official speaking on behalf of the Iranian goverment that has called for the killing of all Jews worldwide. "
You probably need a hearing aid then. Also, after I produced the citations for it, you would probably either say nothing or state that it is out of context or lies. Even if your statement were true, do you feel it proper to call for the extermination of all Jews in Israel? If someone were to call for the elimination of all Moslems in the U.K., would you find it comforting that that person did not call for that to be done worldwide? I do not think that that would bring you any comfort.

Well, what we do have is a January 26 2008 op-ed in the Iranian daily Kayhan, by the paper's editor, Hossein Shariatmadari, who is close to Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, and who is "Leader of the Iranian National Republican Party".

Observe particularly this line - "But aren't most of the sensitive centers of the Zionists, of the Americans, and of some European states that support Israel already situated within the arms' reach of the Muslims?" And this: "Every time a movement rises up against the Zionist occupier [sic] and acts to liberate its homeland [sic], America and its allies accuse it of terrorism, and every state that supports these movements is punished. Why wouldn’t the Muslims act the same way, and attack *all the supporters of the Zionists everywhere in the world*?
All one needs to decode this threat is to realize that 'supporters of the Zionists' can mean, in practice, not just Israelis any Jew at all anywhere, plus anyone else who is deemed to be in any way supporting Jews and/ or the Jewish state of Israel. And how might Muslims interpret 'sensitive centers of the Zionists'? *Only* Israeli embassies? Or...anything visibly Jewish? These days 'Zionist' is in Islamic and western leftist circles virtually a synonym for 'Jew'.
One must also bear in mind the amply-documented fact that Shiite Muslim hatred of Jews qua Jews is ancient and virulent, predating by centuries the rise of the Jewish state of Israel. Shiite Islamic Jew-hatred is manifest in texts such as Muhammad Baqer Al-Majlisi's 17th-century treatise 'Lightning-Bolts Against the Jews', and in the persistent ongoing severe mistreatment of the defenceless dhimmi Jews by Persian Muslims, up to and including mass forced conversions and violent pogroms, throughout the entire history of Islam in Persia.
