Jihadist lies about Israeli organ theft keep spreading

Indeed -- they've even spread to me. An update on this story. "Anatomy of a Swedish Blood Libel: Allegations of Israeli organ theft are ugly, false, harmful--and they spread," by Andrea Levin in the Wall Street Journal, October 14 (thanks to Dan):

Allegations that Israel plunders and trafficks Palestinians' organs are ugly, false, and harmful to peace efforts. No less dangerous--such libels spread.

The Aug. 17 story by Donald Bostrom in Aftonbladet, Scandanavia's leading daily, has quickly metastasized to mainstream Muslim media, spawning cartoons of Jews stealing body parts and drinking Arab blood. These have been published in Syria, Qatar, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman, to name a few.

In early September, Algeria's al-Khabar newspaper echoed Mr. Bostrom in a new fantasy claiming Jewish-directed gangs of Algerians and Moroccans round up Algerian children, spirit them into Morocco and thence to Israel to have their body parts harvested and sold. On Sept. 17, Iran's PressTV breathlessly declared "an international Jewish conspiracy to kidnap children and harvest their organs is gathering momentum."

Hate-filled Web sites have also taken up the theme. Almost invariably, wherever such permutations on the idea of Israeli organ theft appear, Aftonbladet is cited.

Of course, Mr. Bostrom has enjoyed newfound acclaim in some quarters for his article. As the fresh rumors of child-snatching and organ theft circulated in Algeria, the National Federation of Algerian Journalists welcomed him last month to bestow an award for excellence, and promised support for his work.

Meanwhile, editors at Aftonbladet have neither acknowledged nor corrected any of the factual errors that litter the article, and instead react with indignation to charges of misconduct. In a perversion of journalistic standards, Editor-in-chief Jan Helin admitted on his own blog on Aug. 19 that Aftonbladet had no evidence for the incendiary charges against Israel. Nevertheless, according to another Aftonbladet editor cited in Israel's Ha'aretz newspaper on Aug. 20, Mr. Helin's publication "stands behind the demand for an international inquiry" into Israeli actions....

Hopeless dhimmis.

"Hopeless dhimmis"

I don't think, in this case, the behavior of Jan Helin and of others at Aftonbladet can be properly described as that of "dhimmis." T Bostrom's article was not written to curry favor with Muslim masters, foreign or domestic. It was written by an antisemite, and those who on the paper refused to recognize this, and to recognize the danger that those charges constituted for Israelis and Jews, are in their exhibition of cruel indifference, and seeming complicity with Bostrom, revealing themselves to be not "dhimmis" but "antisemites." Members of the two classes can, and often do, overlap (draw a Venn diagram, then color it in), but there are cases where the two are distinct, and here, I think, is one of them.

In August 1998, the Swedish Expressen wrote about "500 Kosovar Albanians killed by the Serbs are buried under a pile of garbage in Orahovac". This and all other allegations of "Serb atrocities" in Kosovo turned out to be total lies. Lies that were used as the pretext to crucify Serbia.
Now, the Swedish Aftonbladet lies about "organ harvesing" by the Israelis, inciting the global mob eager to crucify Israel.
Serbia is now the canary for Israel. Israelis: learn the truth about Kosovo and rise up to bring the Western criminlas who crucified Serbia to justice. By standing up for Serbia, you will save Israel from her tragic fate.

Leave it to a jihadist-junkie to conjure up such preposterous lies.

As to those who believe this nonsense: please seek immediate medical attention from a psychiatrist, because no one in their right mind would embrace this crap.

Why would I want to drink Muslim blood anyway ?

It's infected with every known (and unknown) virulent
pathogen on the planet. In addition, Muslim blood is
green which is unappetizing to say the least.

I cannot believe these people are so stupid, or that they think we are as stupid as they are.

Well, Communists in Latin America spread tales that the USA kidnaps children to use their organs in transplants. It's a great way to mobilize the troops with righteous indignation while doing some pretty despicable things themselves. These, by the way, are reasons why I like neither Islam nor Marxism.

Hopeless dhimmis?

It sounds worse, like intentional collusion, in pursuit of reward.

This "organ-theft" libel has been around at least since 2006, when Turks released the odious film “Kurtlar Vadisi Irak” (“Valley of the Wolves Iraq”), which depicted an American Jewish doctor harvesting organs from dead Iraqi civilians at Abu Ghraib for sale to rich (nudge, nudge; wink, wink) clients in New York and Tel Aviv.

Mr.Spencer, I would like my spleen back.

Seriously though, how come noone cares about these blood Libels? But if you mention the "religion of peace" in a analytical-evidenced-based manner you are a racists?
