Still in Delaware on my course, I had the opportunity tonight to interact with some locals. Many were clueless about the realities of islam and how its true believers treat us as the prospects of Dar al-Islam, but the all agreed that the war in ass-grabistan is a no-win situation. What they didn’t know was that the current policy trend makes their observations a reality, where as they just assumed, and rightly so, that helping people who won’t help themselves (in the misplaced relativistic meanderings of the common mindset – which is apparently a reflection of most western political beliefs) don’t deserve the sacrifice and expenditure NATO nations are spending.
The bigger picture is that islam’s war on the infidels won’t stop no matter what we do in the sand box. There are an infinite number of Hajis (and that is the term we use in KAF and everywhere else in Afghanistan, so if you – Marisol – want to delete this comment because of this term, so be it, but it is a common description of the locals, whether they’ve been to Mecca or not, just as we referred to Somalis in the early nineties as “flip flops”) who are willing to destroy what ever the NATO builds, and Afghanis have neither the will or the cultural fortitude to take control over their lives because of their slave mentality. Their only worry is what will happen when we leave. For fucks sake, when will they start asking and believing that they can carry on without us when we leave?
I’m sure few who post here will be surprised by Ob-job’s comments on the sand box policy, esp given his recent support to the fake UN human rights agenda. Spread the word. As always, the comments from the uniformed have been that there will always be wars and unrest in these regions and there is nothing we can do that will ever change it. Well, there is always one thing – education about why they are the way they are, and that is because of the religious political interventions of jihadi islam; and if they still think it has nothing to do with us, just mention 9/11, or any other act of terrorism in the name of islam perpetrated from the islamic struggle in Afghanistan or any other Islamic hellhole against freedom because we are who we are: not one of them.
From AP, "A senior administration official says President Barack Obama is prepared to accept some Taliban involvement in Afghanistan's political future..."
Totally consistent with Bush Administration policy related to Fatah, Hamas, and Hezbollah.
Why blame Obama for this? I'm no fan of his, but let's face it, he has inherited this problem from Mad King George, who got lured into a trap when he invaded Afghanistan 8 years ago.
Just like in Iraq, the infidels in Afghanistan are damned if they stay and damned if they go. There are situations here in life where there is no easy way out.
You kidding Seville...still blaming Bush at this point? You're a dolt. did you wonder why the muslims are betting more brazen and attacks are on the rise? One word, appeasement!
I'm apalled, but not suprised at Obama's handling of this war. I knew this was coming at least a year and a half before he was elected. How? When it became obvious to me that America might be electing a Moslem as head of the military. I knew he couldn't fight a war with his spiritual soul mates. Besides, some of his kinfolk could be killed. America got hoodwinked into electing "The Manchurian Candidate" or The Trojan Horse. What better way to destroy 'The Great Satan' from within?
I'm just crushed at the sacrifice good men and women made so that Obama could negotiate with and give the Taliban a say in governing Afganistan. I wonder what the fallen would have thought about this act of cowardice and betrayal?
He needs to be impeached NOW before he completely destroys the greatest nation the world has ever known.
I am certain that this thrills India to no end. India had best prepare for the worst.
