TOLEDO -- A Toledo man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for his part in a terrorist plot intending to target American soldiers.
Mohammad Amawi was sentenced Wednesday morning in federal court. He had faced up to life in prison. He is one of three defendants who were found guilty last year of plotting to recruit and train terrorists to kill U.S. troops in Iraq.
Another defendant, Marwan El-Hindi will begin his sentencing Wednesday. Wassim Mazloum was also found guilty of the terrorist plot.
U.S. District Judge James Carr told the courtroom that an undercover FBI informant was a key part in bringing the men to justice.
Seriously, what's the point. Do we really believe this thing is going to be reformed so when he gets out in 10 years he's not going right back to the jihad? Exactly, what are autorities going to do to re-program him? That apple has lost its shine long ago and just represents some mushy, brown crap!

Well, I agree that these Jihadists should be deported after their sentences--although Mohammad Amawi should *never* get out of prison. But even with prison Da'wa, I imagine many of these Jihadists are more dangerous to Infidels back in Dar-al-Islam than they are in lockup.
But I agree with you--they are most dangerous freely roaming the streets of Dar-al-Harb--Toledo, Ohio, in this case.
Also, prison staff should do everything to discourage prison Da'wa, rather than considering Islam just another religion.
As an aside, has anyone noticed Marwan El-Hindi's name? "El-Hindi" denotes that his ancestors were Hindu victims of Muslim invasion, murder and forced conversion. That he is now a tool of that same Muslim aggression, bent on murdering other Infidel victims, is one of the tragedies of history.

Actually, putting Islamists in isolators would be the best strategy. The word would get out that there would be no group hugs for Islamists in prison.
