When any of the religions offer evidence of their deity of choice I'll be more than happy to adhere to rules of blasphemy.

Until then blasphemy will remain a victimless crime.

Hasn't Pat realised that the only truth there is, is Islam? Therefore the only measure of the truthfulness of what you or I might say is whether or not it helps or hinders the dominion of Mohammedanism. What could be simpler?

Great comment, Pat Condell. He's really hilarious. This is Saudi chuzpah, if people buy less oil, the Saudis have to be compensated for their loss of income, jaziyya all over the world.

Muslims are taught to lie,to deceive, and tell half truths from the Quran. So how does one give any credibility to Islam? They practice deceit and lies among each other within the umma, arguing between the some 28 different tribes or factions of Islam, not withstanding the largest tribe known as Sunni which represents more than 80 Pct of all Muslims. There are the Sufis, and the, Sheites and the Waahabists all reflecting some polarizing separations among their sects though all considered as being part of the umma.

Winston Churchill wrote vividly of their archaic ways in his book "The River Wars: more than a hundred years ago. Still nothing changes in this modern era because the words of the Qu'ran are considered pure and cannot be changed because they are the words of Allah spoken through Mohammed. A God who hates, a God who is an antisemite, a God who denegrates womenhood, a God who preaches to kill or subjugate the unbeliever, the apostate, a God who allows for the enslavement of mankind, a God who allows for polygamy, and a God who allows pedophilia-- Is this a God to follow?

Pat has a good way of 'splaining ' things...

I've got to add this, last night I went with some like-minded friends to a talk of an Islamic apologist in charge of integration in Munich, she talked about the German view of Turks over centuries. It was possible to ask questions afterwards, but ... we had to dispatch our questions in writing. It wasn't possible as in free discussions to get up and ask your questions, you had to put them down in writing and hand them to the guy in charge, he checked them and read them to the audience. This was purportedly to avoid OT questions, but the real purpose was pure censorship. The speaker said this was a proved and tested method. Never heard of that before, they probably knew that we were coming and got themselves prepared. As I said pure censorship. Europe is on the way to Eurabia. Stop it now! We don't want live in the land of Mordor where censorship lies.

Best Pat Condell video so far. This one had an extra edge to it (yeah, I know, as if that's possible with Condell). There was also a sense of urgency conveyed, that we have less time rather than more to deal with all the rot that Islam wants to throw our way (aided, of course, by clueless dhimmis like the current President of the United States and the Nobel Peace Prize committee).

Wonderful too to see a Brit comprehend just how magnificent the Constitution of the United States really is, including the great antithesis to Sharia, the First Amendment. Well, as William Gladstone, four times Prime Minister, opined, "the Constitution of the United States is the greatest document ever created by man." All who cherish freedom should cherish the Constitution. We're going to need it big time as a counter to Islam, Sharia, the Hadith and the Sira and as an inspiration to all who wish to preserve real freedom, something Mohammedans understand not at all. If they did, they would cease being Mohammedans.

Condell is fantastic at debunking this idiocy that is religion. I like how Bobby posted this, I wonder if he'll also post Condell's condemnations of Catholicism and Christianity and the silly belief that God raped a woman in order to make a son that is really just God himself whereby God is both a motherfucker and a savior.

Be careful, DunstanH. One fight at a time. Don't insult all religious folk. Many Jews, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, etc. are all needed, along with skeptics, to combat Islamic supremacist designs. Reconsider, if you have the capacity to do so.

There is video of this tactic from 2006

Muslim Chaplains Caught Deceiving in Public

blogger, Lightshiner posted the following details about the above videotaped event he attended:

The event had been advertised as a presentation about Islam followed by a Q&A session for non-Muslims. This was a good opportunity to put into practice some of Fitzgerald’s tips about arming yourself with knowledge and asking pointed questions meant to shed clarity on the Islamic worldview.

In light of this opportunity I decided to go to the event and ask the first three of the following questions (I had printed all 5 and pasted them to my video camera so I would not forget them in the heat of the moment):

•We hear from the MSM and Muslim apologists that Islam is “the RoP” yet around the world Muslims commit abominable acts such as sawing people’s heads of and murdering women and children in the name of Islam, why are moderate Muslims not more successful at refuting these terrorists on Islamic grounds?
•Why do Muslims revere Mohamed in light of his immoral acts described in the Koran and Hadiths, such as consummating his marriage with Aisha his 9 year old wife and ruling by the sword? Why he is called in the Koran “uswa hasana” and in Islamic tradition “al-insan al-kamil“?
•How do we know you are not using the Islamically sanctioned deception techniques of takiyya (concealment) and kitman (mental reservation) on the audience?
•Why are so many people who leave Islam sentenced to death?
•Why do Muslims consider Christians and Jews second class citizens as defined by the term “dhimmi”?
•Why have Muslim leaders not issued a fatwa against bin Laden for the 9/11 terrorist attacks or his declaration of war on us? Can you [Muslim presenters] give me your word that you will ask them to issue one against Osama bin Laden?
Shortly after I arrived at the venue the moderator explained that each of the Muslim chaplains would give a 30-45 minute presentation after which there would be a Q&A period, but the questions for the Q&A period had to be submitted in advance in writing.

Given the “politically incorrect” tone of my questions I was fairly certain (and later proven correct) that my questions would not be selected so I decided to verbally ask them after the second Muslim chaplain finished his presentation. This is in fact what I did and shortly after I began asking my first question another person in the audience, who I refer to as the Samaritan, started to describe how he had personally suffered under Islam. Unfortunately, the presenters would have none of it.

Without giving the rest of the video away you should keep in mind the following before watching it:

•one of the presenters tries to intimidate the Samaritan and me into leaving the premises
•one of the presenters claimed, in a non-sequitur fashion, that the MSM is to blame for moderate Muslims not being able to refute Muslim terrorists on Islamic grounds.
•one of the presenters implies that it is hypocritical to draw attention to the role Islam plays in Muslim terrorist acts when we don’t attribute the Oklahoma City Federal building bombing to Christianity. The presenter fails to see the lack of a parallel since the Oklahoma City Federal building bombing: 1) was not part of a world wide systematic strategy, 2) has no worldwide support system, 3) was not tacitly accepted by the West through lack of condemnation, 4) was roundly condemned by the Christian community
•I submitted 5 questions and even though the presenters gave me their word that they would answer them only 2 were selected
•my questions were not read in their entirety; references to specific Muslim terrorist abominable acts were omitted as well as having the phrase “consummating his marriage with Aisha his 9 year old wife” deceptively changed to “consummating his marriage with Aisha who was 9 years” thus falsely leaving an impression that Mohamed had been with Aisha for 9 years.
•one presenter not only establishes a moral equivalence between terrorists and the United States, but subtly implies that people including politicians in the
United States are morally worse than the terrorists.
•one presenter implies that women get better treatment in Islamic countries than they do in the
United States
I encourage others to do inform themselves. The more light people shine on the Islamic world view the less effective the techniques of taqiyya and kitman will be.

I would reply that they should go milk a goat.

Wise words, Wellington--but I've see enough posts from Dunstan H. to rather doubt he is here to "combat Islamic supremacist designs", or indeed to oppose the Jihad in any significant manner at all.

Your story was interesting but it left me with one thought. Why both to talk with them? They are the enemy. They will not change. They mean your and our deaths, simple as that.

The only saving thought I can think of is by confronting them you may crack or break through to someone in the audience. By introduce some item of dought showing them as a pack of lies. I would not waste my time if I could not ask the question out right, unedited. Unless I thought of a very cleaver way of using a question that on the surface appears harmless. This is assuming that there is an opportunity to rebut the answer.

Just my thoughts. Not to discourage you.

Pat's a pretty hardcore atheist, I consider myself an agnostic, leaning towards agnostic atheism. I don't believe that any of our world religions is correct, but that doesn't mean I don't think it's possible for there to be a creator. Whether he intervenes in our lives or not, is impossible to know.

Anyway, in response to DunstanH. In order for the world to defeat Islamofascism, we'll have to unite. Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, atheists, eskimoes.... anyone who would be in jeopardy if Islam took control over the world.

Yes, Pat is a hardcore atheist. That doesn't change the fact that Christianity and other sound religions are good and motivate their adherents to better behaviour.

In the current situation, that is a relatively minor difference. We need to uphold our constitutions (the Danish one is also great) and avoid reverting into sheer religious barbarianism. Pat is doing great to that end. Now, if only our governments would be bright and courageous as well...

Everything the West stands for is threatened by the march of horrible Islam, so where's the legion of Western intellectuals going after it with books, articles, speeches, videos, films, plays, musicals, artwork? Feminists especially are strangely silent. Do they want to become property again? Atheists spent centuries tearing the Bible apart, but are strangely silent about the Quran. Why? History. To attack Islam you have to crack open the history books and learn about its rise, spread, and doctrines, and the school system has totally failed them. Never fear, the new Historyscoper's Quick History of Islam for History Ignoramuses page is the fastest way to catch up on all the key facts accurate and free, with links to go deeper. What is the name of the imminent UN resolution that Condell refers to? Who are its authors? Where can one get a copy of it? How do we lodge our concerns?

epistemology & heroyalwhyness,

"It was possible to ask questions afterwards, but ... we had to dispatch our questions in writing. It wasn't possible as in free discussions to get up and ask your questions, you had to put them down in writing and hand them to the guy in charge, he checked them and read them to the audience."

Back in the mid-90s, I attended a speech given by an Islamic cleric at an American university. He was in full Lawrence of Arabia type regalia, and he had various assistants. Exactly the same thing occurred at the end -- only hand-written questions were permitted: people wrote them down and passed them down to the aisles like they do collection plates at church to one of the cleric's assistants.

Incidentally, my question made it -- but only because the cleric could capitalize on it. I asked, "Is Saddam Hussein a good Muslim?" The cleric answered, pompously, "Is George Bush [Senior] a good Christian?"

And guess what: His arrogant answer elicited an explosion of laughter from the PC MC audience.

We hear from Obama how much the world hates us. I do not give a damn whether they do or not, but it is refreshing to hear a Brit call the U.S. Constitution the Anchor for Western Civilization.

A nice turn of words, Mr. Condell, Churhillian I would add!
