He showed his cards at every turn and got away with it, and if heads don't roll on this, it is guarenteed to happen again. But I can't recall One government official being fired over dereliction of duty over 9/11, so it doesn't seem likely. Now, if a single politician was murdered by a jihadist.......
Here is a question. Did no one who received this card, who read this card, have any idea what the initials SWT mean? No? Why not?
Is this failure not emblematic of the much larger failure, to know a goddam thing about Islam, to know the texts on which Nidal Malik Hasan relied, the very texts that support fully his view that Infidels are be decapitated, have boiling oil poured down their throats, and so on? The Qur'anic passages -- the passages that every Muslim who claims to be a Muslim is also telling you he believes to part of a text that is the literal Word of God, and so we are entitled to hold him to that, to regard him as thinking, and perhaps someday acting, on that -- are there for all to see. Robert Spencer posted those relevant texts here the other day, for all to see. He could have posted many more. What is wrong with those who claim to be able to instruct and protect us? They cannot properly protect us, or even themselves, if they are going to continue to be wilfully ignorant. They have no claim to authority. They have no claim on us. They are losing authority. They are no longer to be listened to, if they continue to behave, to talk, to act, in this matter of Islam, like fools.

Most likely thought SoA(Swt) was the acronym of some educational or social achievement.
But let's ask: Soldier of Allah or Slave of Allah?
It's out in the open, now. And despite attempts to prevent them, questions will be asked; of him and of the Muslim 'community'.

My guess would be that it's left over from his Walter Reed days. He was in Maryland for several years and was sent to Fort Hood less than five months ago. It all comes down to when this card was handed out.
Did this story show up in any American publication? This guy was supposed to be giving a talk to medical doctors and instead talked about how infidels deserved to go to hell. This happened AT Walter Reed and nothing was done? What about his colleagues? None of them thought this guy was unhinged?

Probably not unless it was another Muslim (or reader of JW). It was probably put on the business card as a sort of secret handshake that would only be noticed for what it is by other Muslims. For everyone else it was just an innocuous abbreviation from the alphabet soup of academic degrees, like MS, PhD, DSc, JD, DEng, or perhaps indicating a specialist's certification appending his MD. (But, what is MPH? Master's in Public Health? Miles per hour?) I had a similar question, but since I knew what SWT means, it was about SoA (Soldier of Allah). Now that it has been outed I wonder how many business cards are being revamped to scrub them of tell-tale giveaways like this?
People have known for sometime now that Hasan's loyalty was questionable to say the least. It is the failure to address this obvious problem that will ultimately lead to more incidents like this. So long as there is a U.S. presence is in the Middle East, it's much too risky to have Muslims serving in the military.
When I encounter a Muslim or his purile abbreviations (e.g. SoA, SWT, SAW), I remember chapter 48 (Fatah; Victory) of the Koran. For example:
"48:28 He it is Who hath sent His messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth, that He may cause it TO PREVAIL OVER ALL RELIGION. And Allah sufficeth as a Witness.
48:29 Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. And those with him are HARD AGAINST THE DISBELIEVERS and merciful among themselves..."
