Even the Israeli government has been distancing itself from J Street, with its ambassador to Washington, Michael Oren, refusing to attend its annual dinner last month. Israeli Embassy spokesman Yoni Peled told the Jerusalem Post his government has some "concern over certain [J Street] policies that could impair Israel's interests."...

It would be much more sensible to appoint to such a post someone non-Jewish, someone struck by the monstrous injustice of antisemitism -- someone akin to the Scottish historian Malcolm Hay (see "Europe and the Jews"). Can someone associated with a group -- J Street -- that ignores completely the problem of Islam, the ideology of Islam, that prefers to accept all the easy pieties about "two peoples" (one of them being the Jews, with several thousand years of a distinct religion, language, history, and the other being the recently-invented "Palestinian" people who are merely the local Arabs who serve as the shock troops of the Jihad by Arabs and Muslims against Israel)-- be capable of discerning the threat -- the greater threat -- from the antisemitism of Muslims, which has turned much of Western Europe into a place where Jews no longer feel safe, and the same will happen here, pari passu with the growth, if it is allowed, in Muslim numbers, and perceived Muslim power?

A czar for every occasion...Rent-a-Czar is becoming big business in Washington...One of the main qualifications for Czar eligibility is that you must be dubious. There HAS been some growth of anti-Semitic violence. But not in excess of anti-American violence. (Think Ft. Hood, think 9/11).
What there actually has been is a growth of anti-Semitic propagandizing in the schools and open public expression of anti-Semitism by mohammedans at street rallies.
Anti-Semitism in America's colleges is one of the most dramatically offensive aspects of jihaddi propagandizing in the schools. It is a dead give-away that disgusting jihaddis are at work. And it is something most normal Americans find deeply offensive. It is a big red stinking dripping pustule that could easily attract negative attention, possibly even corrective action (although I'm not so optimistic about that).
