Rifqa Bary's case is a test case in numerous ways. It involves the question of whether American courts can successfully be compelled to follow Sharia provisions regarding the imprisonment of female apostates. It will show whether the American legal system and American society are up to the challenge of defending the freedom of religion and freedom of conscience from stealth jihadists and Islamic supremacists. It will show whether Muslim girls facing a domestic situation analogous to Rifqa's have any hope, even in the Land of the Free.

The over the edge left have been busy softening up the public with sloganism...Rifqa's case, The FT Hood case, and every case having to do with Islam...The demonization of Rifqa...the non demonization of Husan...'He just snapped' etc. Now we have the same over the edgers, wanting to try the 911 terrorists in New York civilian court, and they are spewing more slogan-antics...'They deserve constitutional rights' etc...This New York trial is an extension of Holders
investigation into the CIA, in order to discredit or even bring charges against Bush/Cheney/CIA...He is looking for 'discloure' and Mohammad will give him plenty of that...The MSM and the over the edgers are laying the groundwork...
By the way...I can't be there...if I could I would...but I can't...But I am with the rally in solidarity and spirit...They are giving Rifqa the equivalent of the 'bums rush'...I resent that for a number of reasons...Thanks for your efforts...
I wish I could be there, but I am there in spirit. Let's hope the press coverage of the event addresses the issues and contributes to a growing public awareness of the danger that Islam poses to our culture and freedoms.

This is fine but if what I have read seem correct, this girls need some serious money to come her way to push back the politically correct garbage coming out of the Far Right and Left mouth.

That is the question: Will American law recognize the conflict between sharia and the US Justice system in defense of Rifqa Bary?
What should be fully presented and fully vetted in court is the vast differences between American judicial practices and the archaic practices of sharia. Hopefully this is done and is allowed as necessary by the judge if he is aware of this imposing threat on US Soil everyday.
