What about charges of incitement to violence/hatred? Is that only reserved for native Europeans?

I'm not one get worked up over stupid song lyrics, but if the Dutch were going to be consistent, they'd have this ugly thug up for exactly the same charges, and facing the same punishment, that Mr Wilders faces, and I bet Wilders is facing a lot more than a suspended sentence and 80 hours of service.

The sentence, as many have pointed out, is grotesque. Five years in jail would be fitting, and might discourasge others. 80 hours of "community service" -- which "community," by the way? -- merely invites ridicule and disgust.

The liberal multicultural crowd has a deep investment in believing that "true Islam" is a religion of peace. If they don't convict Geert, they're conceding that he might be telling the truth (which for them is simply not possible). If they send the Islamic rapper to prison they are acknowledging that his threat, which is patently religious in motivation, might be serious (which would mean that there might be violence in Islam).

Remember, they are all aware of the fate of Theo van Gogh. Yet the fantasy of multicultural relavitism is more important than the reality of Islamic supremacism and violence.

This will continue just as long as the people of the Netherlands allow it, until they no longer have a choice. The Islamists will advance as far as we let them. The farther we let them advance, the more painful stopping them is. Jerusalem or Tours?

With each passing year it becomes clearer and clearer that either Muslims must be forced to leave Western nations or Western nations will eventually cease being Western nations. Islam and the freedoms pioneered by the West are incompatible. Right now fifth columns are being developed by Muslims in one Western country after another, including America, though it's not as bad here yet as it is in nations like France, Britain and The Netherlands. Before long (within a half century or so), it will no longer be a matter of fifth columns but actual dominance of certain (former) Western countries by Muslims.

The will must be found to alter Western law and even Western constitutions to rid the West of Islam. Short of this the only other path to preserving freedom is to keep Islam in the West but with the goal of discrediting it to such an extent that it becomes looked upon by a vast majority of Westerners as a kind of spiritual Nazism. Should this occur many Muslims (especially women) will do the right thing and leave their warped creed and Islam will be looked upon by most all as an ideology for losers, creeps and haters, thus drastically reducing its numbers and its menace. But if this approach does not or cannot work then the will to rid the West of Islam is the only recourse left to save the West. Such will is not present right now and if it never is found, then much of the West may be lost to that special kind of darknesss that only Islam can impose on human beings. Time's running out. The Geert Wilders' trial is a key development in this momentous clash of freedom versus a religion which is replete with barbaric and heinous elements.

They're prayer beads but I don't know what purpose they serve since islamic prayers are ritualistic, rote recitations of demonic chants. Apparently allah wants to keep us kuffars around for a while since he never complies with their fervent pleas.

I'm sure their "prayer" beads were inspired by rosary beads but any muslim will tell you that islam predates Judaism and Christianity, despite long established historical evidence to the contrary. Islam is so full of holes that it should have imploded centuries ago but I have learned to be patient. It might die a slow, agonizing death but it will die.

My favorite Tom Waits song of all time is probably "Spare Parts" (although I like his later albums as a whole better -- Small Change and Foreign Affairs most notably).
