Five U.S. Muslims ask for asylum in Pakistan in name of jihad -- Pakistan court says no

It isn't a crime in Pakistan to wage jihad. But the Pakistani court, perhaps mindful of all those American billions (not that anything could really jeopardize them), punted. "Pak court rejects asylum petition for 5 American Muslims," from the Press Trust of India, December 24 (thanks to James):

LAHORE: A Pakistani court today dismissed a petition seeking asylum in the name of 'holy war' for five American Muslim youths recently arrested in the country for allegedly planning terror attacks, saying that it was not the duty of the judiciary to define 'jihad'.

The Lahore High Court dismissed the petition filed by Khalid Khwaja, a former Inter-Services Intelligence official now associated with a rights organisation.

In his petition, Khwaja had contended that the youths came to Pakistan for 'jihad' (holy war) and since this was not a crime, their detention is illegal.

Lahore High Court Chief Justice Khwaja Mohammad Sharif, who heard the petition, observed that it was not the duty of the court to define 'jihad'. The judge did not comment further and dismissed the petition.

Khwaja also asked the court to direct authorities to grant the youths asylum in Pakistan as the US administration might "not spare them"....

Does Khwaja really believe all those rumors of torture at Gitmo? Perhaps President Obama will grant these "refuges" an all-expense paid trip to Bermuda! Take that, jihadists!

In another, and islamically better world, where the rich Muslims shared with the poor Muslims (you know, all that Islam-and-social-justice business we hear so much about), the Pakistanis would have tens of billions annually from the Gulf Arabs (why, little Abu Dhabi alone, with only one or two hundred thousand native Arabs, still has an $800 billion stash, while Pakistan has 150 million people, and no stash, and has had to rely on the Infidel Americans for such essentials as its entire nuclear bomb plan and, indeed, much of its military expenses) and could tell the Infidel Americans to go to hell. Why, they are practically doing so today, even though they get all of that money and knowhow from the Americans. But allowing five American-raised Muslims who came to Pakistan in order to get to Afghanistan in order to kill Americans, and who know invoke that ordinarily magical word "Jihad" as a way of staving off extradition, alas, would be the last straw for Americans, more and more aware, even at the level of our gullible government officials (those they claim to protect are far beyond them in recognizing the nature of Pakistan, and of Islam), of just how meretricious and grasping are those Pakistans, and have been for the pat 50 years, playing the Americans for all they've been worth.

So in this one case, the Pakistani government and military, no doubt wishing it had enough Saudi and Emirati and other Arab money to tell the Americans to go to hell, and then it could feel free to allow these would-be violent Jihadis to remain safe from the American criminal justice system which, come to think of it, is not exactly what they should be facing, but rather a treason trial, followed by the traditional penalty for treason. Just to make things crystal clear, for all who might get the same idea.

... five American Muslim youths recently arrested in the country for allegedly planning terror attacks...

First off, the judges must be wondering why are they in Pak when they should be home in Brooklyn or Dearborn planning their terror attacks.

*** Bukhari Vol 4 Bk 52 Nbr 311 ***

Mohammed said, "When you are called by the Muslim ruler for Jihad fighting, you should go forth immediately, responding to the call."

The call right now is to go to the States and kill, but here these dumbass kids can't get anything right and leave the States and go to an Islamic Paradise to do their murders.

They'll be returned to us, and some poor American judge must do contortions to define Jihad as deep thinking. If that legal strategy fails, it'll have to reviewed by the big bullhaid Wise Latina and her buddies on the Supremes, and that'll confuse the hell outta everybody, including these disaffected Moslem American youths.

*** 9:122 ***

I say don't do that. When they get shipped home just let 'em in and forget about it. No lawyers, no endless incoherent briefs about deep thinking.

That's what Prez Osama would do, the understanding thing to do. In fact, now that he's Prez that's probably what he will do, if he can make it work politically.

Pakistan is like Yemen: there is nothing wrong with Jihad, just don't do it in our country! Pakistan has long been a "bus stop" for Jihadists bound for Eurabia and the USA.

The reason Pakistan does not want to keep these five, is because they are five yo-yo's, and Pakistan does not want to get stuck with them...Yo-yo's are unstable, they go up and down and spin a lot, but make no forward progress...they don't make good jihadist...But they would make good czars in Rasool Obama's Civilian Security Force...They could join the other yo-yo's already appointed to czar positions...
Since Yo-yo's dominate and are the political elite in US government, these five would fit right in...One big happy family of Yo-yo's...Pakistan is right...they already have enough Yo-yo's of their own...they don't need five more...

Americans seeking asylum in Pakistan! This is a joke. They can go there and blow themselves to pieces killing more Muslims and nobody bothers.
