(ANSAmed) - GAZA, DECEMBER 21 - Today in Rafah (south of Gaza) some 700 people joined a demonstration staged in this portion of Palestinian territory controlled by Hamas Islamic radicals to protest against the underground steel barrier planned by Egypt along the only section of the Gaza Strip border that is foreign to Israel. The protesters gathered in front of the so-called Saladins Door, near the Egyptian border, but not in front of the main Rafah pass. The crowd included local residents, local Hamas activists and even one of the movements spokespersons who arrived from Gaza City, Sami Abu Zahri, who requested a halt to work in progress and the dismantling of the section of the barrier that has already been built. During the gathering people chanted slogans inviting Egypt not to choke the people of Gaza and to help the Palestinian people, while others carried signs saying Stop the siege or Enough walls and invoked Arab solidarity. Hamas security, present in force, however avoided any excessive approach to the border and incidents of any kind. The barrier, which was created with the help of American technicians, represents Cairòs reply to the problem of underground tunnels which allow the passage of vital goods to the Gaza Strip (which has been under an almost total Israeli blockade since Hamas rose to power in 2007) in addition to weapons, militiamen and illegal aliens. According to reports referred in recent days by the BBC and by Israeli newspaper Haaretz, the project estimates a total final length of 10 kilometres for 30 metres of depth. Initially denied, the start of work was later confirmed by Cairo sources, which claimed Egypt's right to control its borders. And they blamed Hamas intransigence for the failed agreement (where Egypt acted as middleman) over inter-Palestinian reconciliation, which is considered as one of the reasons behind the ongoing blockade of the Gaza Strip.(ANSAmed).
Once again, and again, and again, Muslims prove that they cannot get along with anyone. As someone famously stated, "Islam has bloody borders." This holds true in all settings; they fight, more accurately provoke, the kaffir, but they fight among themselves. Islam is a curse, on itself, on the world at large, and on the individuals caught in its many webs.
Why don't those crazy "Palestinians" just immigrate to another country like so many millions of other people are doing these days? Sure, as a group they want to remain there just to be a stone in the shoe of Israel, a permanent reason to gripe about the Jews - above and beyond what their religion of Islam already advocates, but you would think that personal interests would compel individuals to want to just get out and get on with their "lives" somewhere else. If none of the Islamic countries will take them then surely some infidel country with little or no immigration laws would.
The Egyptian wall is there because Egypt understands both Mahoundians and the Quran...

Fortunately many of the infidel countries are waking up, though not fast enough, to realizations of what they get when they allow in Muslims. Latin Patriarch, Michel Sabbah, and Pope Benedict, have both condemned Israel's Wall, but, because they are not members of or beholding to AIPAC, or are not, out of fear of The Jews, unwilling to criticise Israel as are American Politicians (they even now own Barack), or members of Christians United for Israel, or Zionists, or not under the delusion that the violent, savage, occupying, secular state of Israel is equivalent to Israel of the Old Testament, I guess they must all count as hypocrites and not as legitimate critics of Israel and/or its wall.
"The Saudi Authorities commenced constructing a wall on the Saudi-Yemeni border in the district of Harad last Saturday, said a Sheikh from Harad who wished to remain anonymous.
He added that this wall breaks a Yemeni-Saudi treaty declaring the rights of both Yemeni and Saudi citizens to roam freely across the political border due to their need to cultivate crops and allow their animals to graze. The treaty also protects the rights of these citizens to ship their animals as needed.
The Marebpress website reported a Yemeni military source as saying that Yemeni border guards tried to stop Saudis from building the new wall. In response, the Saudis mobilized their military and threatened force if they were unable to start construction of the barriers. According to the same source, construction halted last Sunday but the Saudis resumed work on Monday. So far they have built deep tunnels and concrete arches and have laid barbed wire along the frontiers to the south of the Saudi towns of Towal, Masfaq, and Khawjarah.
The military source said that the Saudis informed them that the new barriers are necessary for protecting their borders against an influx of illegal immigrants and against the smuggling of drugs and weapons.
Local sources from Harad affirmed that more than 3000 tribesmen from villages adjacent to the areas where the new barriers are being built gathered on Saturday and Monday to rally against the new barrier, claiming it would harm their interests by preventing them from crossing to the other side of the borders to visit their relatives and cultivate their farms there.
Thousands of Yemenis and Africans are believed to have been leaking through the borders to Saudi Arabia daily.
Of the untold numbers of Somali and Ethiopian refugees that arrive on the shores of Yemen daily, those who make their way to Saudi Arabia usually travel through the Harad district. Those still in Yemen hear from the odd ones who make it to Saudi Arabia and believe that the trip is possible for them too.
Since Yemen itself offers few job prospects for the migrants, most head to Saudi Arabia or other Gulf states, where the need for menial labor is much greater. In addition to Somalis and Ethiopians, hundreds of Yemeni children have been trafficked through this area in the past decade.
In 2007 alone, more than 60,000 Yemenis were deported from Saudi Arabia due to illegal immigration claims. The majority of them, 35,000, were deported through Harad, while 25,000 were deported through the al-Hodiedah seaport."
