Why isn't the release of known terrorists back to a terrorist enemy homeland an impeachable act? At the very least, isn't it "illegal" in some sense?

President Obama has tried to turn the Fort Hood and Detroit Bomber episodes into glorified law enforcement concerns. He has a district attorney's perspective, rather than a presidential one. In short, President Obama is unwilling or unable to deal with the subject of terrorism effectively.
Between Janet "The-system-worked" Napolitano and B. Hussain "Isolated-extremist" Obama, our beloved and beleagured nation is currently in the tender care of toweringly ignorant bozos.

Obama's real goal is to stop the American people from demanding ideological profiling of plane passengers like they do in Israel, which would let security resources be concentrated on the 1%-2% of Muslims rather than wasted on the other 98%-99%. Instead, they're talking about full body scans for everybody, what a waste. Islam isn't a race and ideological profiling isn't racial profiling.

As I watch the news and see the uninformed and ignorant trot out the PC rhetoric, why is the first concern to apologize and make excuses for the murderer or potential murderer and virtually ignore the impact on the victims?
Political hacks, politicians and the media all talk about this awful stuff like they are reporting sports scores. Its sickening.
How many thwarted attacks on US soil this year alone? How about waking up to the notion that the single cell operator is driven by the ideology of their religion. They have a command structure: The Koran. This book defines the enemy(non-Muslims) and directs them to eradicate them for their God. If they have doubts they seem to be able to easily find a mosque with leaders within that will keep them on the path if they lose faith.
It is a perfect scenario for facilitating guerilla warfare on non-Muslims. Moderates tell the world that they reject Jihad and they have no control over the radicals that pursue it. Meanwhile the violence of jihad advances Islamic political will. Invariably there are governments that will capitulate to Sharia law because they fear the death and destruction that follows Jihad. Going along to get along as it were.
If violence doesn't work then victimization follows. Sadly after a radical has murdered a bunch of non-Muslims. Cries of political oppression and religious persecution to the PC gods in hopes of a boon that will deter objective analysis of the religion and advance their cause.
