Omar Tarazi is the CAIR-appointed attorney for the parents of America's most renowned ex-Muslim, Rifqa Bary. He is doing all he can to get Rifqa back into the clutches of her father, whom Rifqa says threatened to kill her for converting to Christianity. Tarazi has repeatedly said that he has nothing to do with the Islamic supremacist, jihadist Noor Mosque, of which Rifqa's parents are members. But -- surprise! -- he is lying, and has even perjured himself.

"Back on December 14th Atlas broke the EXCLUSIVE story that the CAIR appointed lawyer for Rifqa Bary's parents, Omar Tarazi, was speaking at the extremist Noor mosque (here) - one big happy (Mansonish) family. He joined Salah Sultan, Major Hasan, Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, and a veritable CAIR cabal.

The reason why this is germane is because it is being reported that Omar Tarazi perjured himself in recent court motions, when he denied connections to CAIR and to the Ohio terror mosque responsible for spying on Rifqa and revealing her conversion to her parents with the ominous threat to "straighten her out".
Further, during Rifqa's last hearing, Jamal Jivanjee told me that CAIR-Columbus executive director Babak Darvish was there.
Darvish is the same CAIR rep who was coaching the Barys when they met with the press. Omar Tarazi was going out into the lobby and colluding with the CAIR representative SEVERAL times before and after the hearing....
Will The Koran an Sharia Law's allowance for Taqiyya and abrogation therefore nullify Tarazi's testimony? Get the right liberal dhimmi judge and who knows. I don't believe he will recuse himself unless he is forced to do so. I hope and pray that someone will make this known to the proper authorities.
In my non legal opinion, the judge in Rifqa's case should be thrown out on his ear if he does not question the obvious BS that these people come up with, Christmas card confiscation, as an example and the other 'unusual' restrictions put on Rifqa. Not to mention the 'forgotten' issue of the Parents illegal immigration...It ought to be clear that these actions, other such actions, and the miserable press, and the are actually engaging in CHILD ABUSE. Rifqa is being abused, and this judge either is blind as a bat or he is incapable...He should have thrown these pathetic CAIR crumbs out of court a long time ago...

CAIR wants to make sure not only that this one girl has no chance apostasing, but that no other American apostate from Islam—that *no other Western apostate from Islam*—has a chance either.
This case is, I believe, absolutely one of the hinges in the fight against Jihad and Shari'ah.
Will Rifqa's lawyer pursue this opportunity, or would that be seen as insensitive to Moslems?
It must be confusing to a Muslim attorney when he should lie and when he shouldn't.

If a praiseworthy aim is attainable through both telling the truth and lying, it is unlawful to accomplish through lying because there is no need for it. When it is possible to achieve such an aim by lying but not by telling the truth, it is permissible to lie if attaining the goal is permissible." One should always be very cautious and careful regarding debating Muslims, as many see no problem to use lies and deception on those occasions. Oftentimes, they do not understand dialogue and debate meetings as an open and honest exchange of convictions, but it is part of the Islamic war against unbelievers in another form, and "war is deceit" as Muhammad said.
If we strip minors of all their rights, including freedom of conscience, which is exactly what CAIR and the Bary's are trying to do to Rifqa, then Muslims in the States will have every incentive to seal the fate of their daughters by marrying them off before their 18th birthday. In other words, As Graven so eloquently has stated, this case far transcends the fate of one teenager.

I guess what I'm driving at is that there is no truth in Islam, even in it's Sharia court system. Since taquiyya is halal in Islam; a lawyer, client or judge can lie during court proceedings as long as their deception can further the cause of Islam. I can already see kuffar lawyers green (bad pun) with envy.
The penalty for leaving Islam is death. This is one of the important 'authentic' Islamic laws, so it makes sense that Muslims defeat any attempt to allow ANYONE to escape.
P.S. I am convinced that this 'law' is one of the primary reasons why Shiite and Sunni have been unable to reconcile their differences since 690AD. They see each other as having left Islam. They are still killing each other over this.
