VIDEO - In the backdrop of reconciliation efforts between Hamas and Fatah, Hamas' television aired a cartoon titled "Special Mission" slandering the Palestinian Authority apparatuses, which, according to the clip, serve Israel and the settlers.The video portrays a Palestinian officer carrying out orders of IDF troops while being humiliated by them, and assitsting [sic] settlers.
The eight-minute video takes place near the security coordination HQ. Palestinian officer Bahlul (clown) is shown to be asked by his Israeli counterpart: "What is your mission?" to which he replies: "To defend the rule of law." When the Israeli officer asks what that is, the Palestinian replies: "To defend settlers."
He also notes that settler provocations will not be disturbed or responded to by the Palestinians when asked how he would react in such a case. The video portrays Bahlul as saying that should he get an order from his Israeli colleague to arrest his family members he would do it.
He notes that he is willing to fight the resistance and even shine the shoes of the Israeli officer and as a bonus to kiss them as well. "I'll divorce my wife if you tell me to," he said.
The Palestinian officer is also seen trying to defend an Israeli settler who shot Palestinian children in Hebron. He shouts at the settler "you just killed my people, but I will respond with a commitment to peace."
At this point in the clip, Bahlul draws a dove and presents it to the settler who had went on a killing spree by his father's orders. According to the setller's father "the most delicious thing is to kill Palestinians and drink their blood."...

The smearing of blood, the drinking of blood, are what some have done -- but those some are Arab Muslims. When local Arabs killed two Israeli reservists who had lost their way, lynching them, mutilating their bodies, then dipping their hands in, and smearing their faces with blood, and holding up their bloodstained hands delightedly to the Arabs below (the atrocity was recorded on film), offer one celebrated example. Another is the "Palestinian" Arab who some years ago killed the Jordanian Foreign Minister, Wasfi el-Tal,and knelt down to lap up his blood.

It's strange that both the devotion to the point of divorcing one's own wife and devotion to the point of persecuting one's own family are expressions that the first Muslims used to show their devotion to Islam and Mohammed.
Mohammed's son divorced his wife upon Mohammed's request so that Mohammed could add her to his stable of wives. And in the aftermath of Mohammed ordering the slaughter of every Jew that his followers could get their hands on in Medina, two brothers are described an a hadith. One had converted to Islam and in obedience to Mohammed's orders, had seized and murdered a Jewish (unarmed) merchant that had been a friend of his family's. His brother, who was not Muslim, was absolutely shocked and demanded how he could have killed this jewish guy who helped their family so many times in the past. The Muslim brother responded that his devotion to Islam was so strong that if Mohammed had commanded him to kill his own brother, he would have. His brother was shocked and impressed with this response, that Islam could command such devotion as to break family bonds and so he too converted to Islam.
Well, that's the Islamic account of why he converted. Maybe he just converted because he took that as an implicit threat from his brother that he was next.
