If the West had any spine, people would be rushing to hire him

Dhimmis cower in fear before the specter of Islamic violence -- proving yet again that terrorism works. "Charity cartoon rejected over terror fears," from the Copenhagen Post, January 19:

TV2's morning lifestyle programme Go'morgen Danmark was the latest in a long line of those trying to help the victims of the Haitian earthquake. The show organised an auction through auctioneers, Lauritz.com, and asked well known politicians and personalities to donate personal items for the charity fundraiser.

A signed copy of Bill Clinton's book dedicated to the head of the Social Democrats, concert and sports events tickets and a porcelain doll owned by Pia Kjærsgaard, head of the Danish People's Party, are already listed in the auction.

However, when cartoonist Kurt Westergaard - forever to be associated with the Mohammed cartoons and terror threats - was asked to submit a new drawing for the auction, the auctioneers refused to accept it.

According to Mette Jessen of Lauritz, the decision was taken because of the latest attempt on Westergaard's life when an alleged assassin broke into his house on New Year's Day.

'We must recognise that the terror threat is still of such a character that we can't predict the consequences of a sale. We value the safety of our employees quite highly, which is why an eventual risk assessment was used in our consideration,' she said.

Westergaard was disappointed in Lauritz's decision, saying it was just another example of how his name creates fear.

'The drawing was in no way controversial, but it seems my name is. I'm sorry for the fear it causes people. When even my hairdresser, who is Muslim, told me with sadness that she didn't dare keep me on as a customer for fear of reprisals, then there's reason to be sad about this development,' he said....

Sad, yes. And moved to act.

According to Mette Jessen of Lauritz "We must recognize that the terror threat..."

No, you're just being a coward.

Identify the threat, acknowledge the threat and deal with it. Hiding from it only lends more credence than it deserves.

This is the true definition of islamophobia.
The fear of islam and what it's adherents will do.
So, refraining from going about your lawful business for fear of upsetting muslims.
Caving in without a fight.
Self imposed disciplining of oneself without committing any action. Cowardly self censorship and appeasement for fear of islam.

Because his motoon caused unrest,
the rest of his art must be suppressed.
It is unkind, but never mind;
Islam's been unmasked in the West.

Ass licking slaves with no shame.

This is where the rubber meets the road. You can not blame an auction house, or a charity, or anyone for that matter who makes the rational choice that they do not want their business, their families, their properties, their futures, on the target list of the filthy lowlife Muslims who have been allowed to immigrate to the West. If you allow Muslims to immigrate and spread in your land YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE REALITY THAT THEY WILL KILL IF THE SOCIETY DOES NOT CONFORM TO WHAT THEY THINK IS RIGHT. It is outrageous that people expect everyone else, whether it is cartoonists or auction houses or charities to just blissfully ignore the reality that crossing Muslims will very likely mean death and destruction. We are not dealing with normal human beings. This is Islam and if the West does not figure out very quickly that it will not, can not, will never, assimilate and become part of the grand gay multicultural experiment then the West will simply die a slow death.

He used to go to a *Muslim* hairdresser? BRRRR. I'm surprised he's still alive!

I'm *glad* she took him off her customer list. Think of all the creative ways she could have been used to kill him!

I am willing to wear a Mohammed-bomb-in-the-hat t shirt, but am unable to get them on line. E-bay had one for sale for $250 dollars (a little steep)

Does anyone know where to get these shirts?
Would anyone support having a Mohammad-bomb-in-the-hat day as an expression of support for free speech.

Would the ACLU come to our defense if we wish to parade through Dearborn Michigan or alongAtlantic AVenue in Brooklyn.
I love the first amendment and think that any form of censorship is evil and looking at the web, counter productive.

I'm so disgusted by this. Here Kurt Westergaard wanted to *donate his work for charity to help earthquake victims*, and he was turned down. I agree, people should be rushing to aid and support him—in a sane world, buying his stuff would have cachet.

Here's my tribute to this brave man:

Marc - there are lots of copies of this image online. Save an image to your hard drive or USB stick and get it printed on a T-shirt at a printer.

This way you can specify how big or small you want the image.

I'm not violating any coppyright provisions by advising this I hope? Im a little hazy on the legalities of this sort of thing.
