Iran vows revenge on "Zionists" for prof's death

Zionist squirrels all over Iran are gathering nuts and taking cover. "Iran vows revenge on Israel over professor's death," from The Associated Press, January 18:

TEHRAN, Iran -- Iran's interior minister is vowing to take revenge on Israel over the slaying last week of a physics professor in a mysterious bomb attack....

Interior Minister Mostafa Mohammad Najjar on Monday promised revenge on "Zionists" but did not elaborate.

The 50-year-old Tehran University professor, Masoud Ali Mohammadi, was killed when a bomb-rigged motorcycle exploded outside his home Jan. 12....

You'd really think the "It's a Zionist plot!" excuse would be old by now.

Does common sense, logic, and reasoning really not exist in Iran?

Shhhhhhh, be werry, werry quiet; we're hunting wwabbits. But more sqwwwirrels are okay too

The Iranian authorities need to get real. The idea that Zionists pulled this off is all but absurd. And if they somehow conceivably did, why are the Iranians flaunting all the cheese holes in their security services?

DJM,

My thoughts exactly. Every day, it's some threat to Israel for the behaviour of "Zionists".

If Iran is deluded into thinking it holds Israel hostage, well--Israel is an inconvenient and uncooperative hostage, isn't it?

The Iranian government has always had an unusual sens of humor.

For example, they complain about the French police concerning the arrestations of Muslim youths during the New Year.

A mad government can't endure...

Mohammadi was a well-known supporter of Mir Hossein Mousavi, leader of the Iranian opposition. In killing him, Iran is able to both rid themselves of a thorn in their side *and* claim that "Zionists" and Westerners are murdering their esteemed academics.

Burning of the Reichstag, anyone?
