Islamic source material or Islam itself must be put on a world wide trial to expose its dangerous non-spiritual fabrications to the general public. What the heck is it with reporters using words like "restive"?! Mindanao has an "insurgency" and the people of southern Thailand are "restive" as are, it seems, the people of the Caucasus. Is it reporters' p.c. blindness, refusal to educate themselves about what underlies and unites all this world wide violence or are they DELIBERATELY trying to curry favor with Islamic jihadis?
Oh, off thread, but relevant to ignorance generated by lack of reporting, I was asked last night what "burqua" was as my jacket button says: "Real men don't make women wear burquas." I told her to find out because there were a whole lot of bad men who were willing to fit one to her.

Lorgan, thanks for the Webster's spade work. I like to think that the Muslims of these "restive" regions must just be "fidgety." Fidgety, impatient people can be very violent at times. I know when I'm fidgety, one of the first things that comes to mind is to go out and slaughter a dozen or so of my fellow human beings.
