Palestinian Muslim yelling "I want to kill all the Jews" taken off Miami flight

Feel the love. "Fla. police: "Man threatening Jews taken off flight," by Curt Anderson for AP, January 7 (thanks to Mackie):

An airline passenger who yelled "I want to kill all the Jews" on a Detroit-bound plane was arrested on disorderly conduct and other charges, but authorities said Thursday the incident didn't appear terrorism-related.

Mansor Mohammad Asad, 43, of Toledo, Ohio, was arrested Wednesday night after a taxiing Northwest Airlines flight returned to a gate at Miami International Airport, Miami-Dade police said. After a confrontation with officers, Asad was charged with threats against a public servant, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence.

FBI spokeswoman Judy Orihuela said there were no indications the incident was connected to terrorism. The bureau was initially brought in to look into the disturbance but is no longer involved in the investigation and is treating the case as a local matter.

The disturbance came the same day as military jets escorted a commercial jetliner bound for Hawaii back to the Portland, Ore., airport because of a disruptive passenger. The FBI said there was no known terrorism link in that case. The passenger, identified only as a 56-year-old man from Salem, Ore., was released.

Testing the limits...............

*...the incident didn't appear terrorism-related*. This is just beyond parody at this point. Unless the perpetrator is a card-carrying member of Al-Qaida, no terror is *ever* considered "terrorism-related".

Will CAIR take up this good Muslim's case? After all, it is discriminatory to prevent a devout Muslim from flying just because he has genocidal designs on Jews, and is wildly screaming about it on an American airliner. sarc/off

...and we have CAIR whining about Mohammedans being profiled. On top of that we the State Department handing out diversity visas to Mohammedans. The way I see it things are going to get worse. Unfortunately because of the inshallah fatalism of Mohammedans they want to get a hold of mass murder weapons and unleash them onto Non Muslims. That is the nature of Islam and the mind set of Mohammedans.

Spontaneous islamic snappage? Or a widespread attempt to disrupt airline operation? You never really know. Countdown to someone invoking "freedom of speech": 3...2...1...

FBI spokeswoman Judy Orihuela said there were no indications the incident was connected to terrorism.

Where have I heard that one before?

What now happens to Mansor Mohammad Asad, 43, of Toledo, Ohio? Anything? Nothing?

Did he manage to obtain, for example, American citizenship? Should the way in which he obtained it, and the oaths he may have had to swear, be looked at in the light, now that it is all coming to the light, of Islamic doctrine and how, for example, the letter and spirit of Shari'a accords with the letter and spirit of the Constitution of the United States of America?

His murderous statement is telling and it is hardly enough simply to take him off the plane. That should constitute only the beginning of an investigation into Mansor Mohammad Asad, 43, of Toledo, Ohio.

What now happens to Mansor Mohammad Asad, 43, of Toledo, Ohio? Anything? Nothing?

Hugh, Don't be silly. You know what's going to happen to him. He's going to be placed on the No Watch List.

And what about the three companions of Mansor Mohammad Asad, 43, of Toledo, Ohio who were arrested with him?

Will they be charged? And what are their names and addresses?

He's obviously psychologically unstable. This has nothing to do with Islam. Nope. Nothing at all.

Lucky for him, thought, that he wasn't caught saying that sodomy is sinful. That would be jail time for sure!

THIS WAS PSYCHOLOGICAL TERRORISM. WERE THEIR ANY JEWISH PEOPLE ON THE PLANE? WHY DON'T THEY ASK THEM IF THEY FELT TERRORISED OR NOT BEFORE DECIDING THAT IT WAS NOT TERROR RELATED?

TO ME THIS SOUND LIKE A CLEAR CUT CASE OF INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. THE PEOPLE ON THE PLANE WHO WERE TERRORIZED SHOULD TAKE THIS LOUD MOUTH TERRORIST TO COURT AND SUE HIM FOR EVERYTHING THAT HE OWNS.

I guess to qualify as "terror-related" you have to be carrying a tube of toothpaste greater than 3 oz. or some such.

FBI spokeswoman Judy Orihuela said there were no indications the incident was connected to terrorism.

Why do they trot out this standard line continually? Who believe that?

What were his 3 "friends" doing/thinking? Either "oh crap" or "allu akbar"?

"Not terrorism related"

Of course it isn't ...his name is >, and his desire is to "kill all the Jews", so why would anyone think that this is terrorist related?

To be terrorism related, you've got to be carrying a Tea Party sign.

try again ....

"Not terrorism related"

Of course it isn't ...his name is "Mansor *MOHAMMAD* Asad", and his desire is to "kill all the Jews", so why would anyone think that this is terrorist related?

Sounds like constitutionally protected free speech. CAIR, the flying Imams, and the ACLU will be circling like sharks on this one, based on the scent in the water of a large monetary judgment. Given the recent Christmas bombing attempt and statements of the POTUS, it would be impossible for Abas to get a fair civil trial in the USA, so a motion to change venue should be filed immediately to move any potential proceedings to Iran.

In order to protect from the lawsuit to come, he should be given a quick apology to protect the airline from a possible significant monetary award. In fact he should be given free airfare for life to show we are a forgiving people and to raise our image in the world. I suggest a Hummus Summit at the White House to discuss and resolve differences. In order to make an interfaith meeting, maybe Rowan Williams the Archbishop of Canterbury could be invited to give Asad the affirmation he so deserves.

I wonder what it would be called if a Klan or Arian nation member did something like this on a bus or train?

Had I been on the flight he would have been removed from the plane in a body bag.

Imagine that you were Jewish, and on that flight, with an Arab man, seated with three (presumably) other Arab men, screaming "I want to kill all the Jews." How would that make you feel? Would you be 1) indifferent 2) bemused 3) quite nervous 4) terrified, at least until the plane taxied back to the gate and the shouter, and his three companions, were removed by Federal authorities?

Doesn't this qualify as an attempt to "strike terror in the hearts of (at least one part of the) Unbelievers"? Yes, of course it was and it should be treated as "terrorism." Are those who threaten the lives of Kurt Westergaard, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, and Wafa Sultan not guilty of "terrorism"? Do we need to find an explosive device, or a suicide belt, in order to charge someone with "terrorism"?

If the law on this subject is not yet adequate to meet the case, then for god's sake start the legislative drafting now, and get the right laws passed, so this kind of thing will result, inexorably, in both a confiscatory fine, to begin with, and a long jail sentence, to end with. No kidding around at this point.

Hate crimes prosecution in the offing? NOT...

Only white Christians can be charged with hate crimes...
Everyone knows that...

Oh PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE let it go already!

Anyone can see this poor Palestinian man most likely was routinely profiled by the IDF in Gaza as a rambunctious, but an innocent youth. Now the TSA profiles him again, for God's sake, triggering bipolar flashbacks. As the school official, and dhimmi apologist exclaimed about the 15 Arab students, HE WAS JUST NOT THINKING! We need to calm down. Even the FBI does not see this incident connected to terrorism. So go about your business, because its quite possible it was all a big misunderstanding. I am sure the charges will be reduced to "employee missed washing hands" accordingly because no real damage was done anyway, and also to please islamic apologists and jihad supporters.
Its like doing diversity but in retreat. Its a new thing from the Ivy league schools.
One last thing, should we not have a rehabilitation arts program for misunderstood islamic youths like Saudi Arabia for this poor soul??

Were there any Jews on the flight? From Florida? Oh, as a rule I'd say at least some. Do you think this shrieking maniac might have 'terrorized' them? Particularly the elderly? Perhaps even 'terrorized' and 'emotionally damaged' them more than the poor 'Flying Imams?' Will they sue? (You know how those Jews are about suing people!) Oh, I sincerely doubt it.
There were people on board. He TERRORIZED them Miss FBI Spokeswoman Judy A-hola,it is a TERRORIST INCIDENT.

I wonder as to the letter of the law in this case. Since the States have Freedom of Religion, this clearly falls under the quranic edict to "spread terror among the unbelievers", so it should be protected speech.

Also, he never claimed an intention. Ne never says I "will" kill or I "intend to" kill, merely that he "wants to". Perhaps a simple glorious dreaming cannot be an actionable offense. He also doesn't exhort others to kill, just a personal heartfelt dream of his. Aww. It's like wanting peace on earth or a puppy.

It's a lot like Stewie Griffin when asked about his matricidal rantings. "It's not that I want to kill Lois per se, it's just that... I don't...want...her to be alive...any more."

FBI spokeswoman Judy Orihuela said there were no indications the incident was connected to terrorism.

Wonder if the spokeswoman is one of the Affirmative Action hires made a couple of years ago in the FBI's diversity program to hire on Moslem special agents.

*** 8:12 ***

Of course she's right: the incident was not related to terrorism, it was related to Islam, to Jihad war terror, to Moslems.

*** Bukhari Vol 4 Bk 52 Nbr 220 ***

As I recall there was some Moslem street violence in Toledo a couple of years ago. I also wonder if this Moslem from Toledo was involved in that action.

Another wonder is where does he get the money to vacation in Miami. Taxi driving, perhaps?

"The disturbance came the same day as military jets escorted a commercial jetliner bound for Hawaii back to the Portland, Ore., airport because of a disruptive passenger. The FBI said there was no known terrorism link in that case. The passenger, identified only as a 56-year-old man from Salem, Ore., was released." I am going to make the assumption that this is a Moslem as well, since this is something that would not have happened to an ordinary passenger.

This is actually even more disturbing than the first incident. It is pretty obvious that something quite serious happened on that flight(fighter jet escort for the return), and yet the man was not detained or charged, but apparently just released. The federal statute dealing with such matters is rather strict, but it seems to be being selectively ignored here. Are we seeing a Muslim exemption at work here? This limp wristed treatment of such people will only encourage further incidents. The frequency of this little disturbances lately is cause for suspicion.

authorities said Thursday the incident didn't appear terrorism-related

Because people screaming about their desire to commit murder aren't terrifying.

That may have been an exercise...to coordinate an escorted flight to a specific airport.

What do you have to actually do to be called a terrorist in the MSM or by the B.O. administration?? That is the question.

When younger he was in and out of mental institutions? Let that claim not be accepted, but carefully examined. After all, that "he's crazy" business is what the government of Jordan said after a Jordanian soldier shot to death eight little Israeli schoolgirls on a visit to a "Peace Garden" on the border of Jordan and Israel. It's what the government of Egypt said after an Egyptian soldier fired on families of Israeli tourists, killing a number of men, women, and children. It is what is always said when some Muslim terrorist is now picked up: the family expresses its absolute amazement, horror, can't possibly believe it, and so too do the neighbors, to a man -- "always mowed the lawn," "just the nicest guy you could imagine," "helped me change a tire once." etc. etc. revealing just how impossibly credulous and uncomprehending they are.

More needs to be known about Asad, father and now, I think it necessary to add, carefully making-excuses son.

@Worry01:
"Flight crews said the man refused to stow his carry-on, what was described as a large duffel bag, and made some derogatory or threatening remarks toward attendants."

http://www.kgw.com/news/local/Maui-bound-plane-turned-back-to-PDX-after-passenger-issue-80845642.html

Those actions, coupled with the decision to scramble military jets, suggests it probably wasn't a drunk Caucasian.

I have to agree with Mossadamama, it's about time that some of these useless mouthbreathers be taken off planes in body bags. Once they see that the passengers aren't going to let this stuff happen, it may, repeat may, dissuade a few of them from trying. They won't get there 72 virgins if they don't get their pantybombs to off ...

I have to agree with Mossadamama. It's about time that some of these useless mouthbreathers be taken off planes in body bags. Once they see that the passengers are not going to let this type of stuff happen, it may, repeat may, dissuade some of them from even trying. Islam means peace & it would not be a Big MSM story if a passenger screamed "I want to kill all the Muslims!"

Right - let him be carrying a Tea Party sign and he would have been hauled off. Wait, this incident happened on the 6th, AP picked it up on the 7th, and they had already figured out he was not connected to terrorism? GIVE ME A BREAK What did they ask him "Are you connected to terrorism?" He responded "no" and that was it??????????? But hey, I guess Napolitano, the FBI, CIA (who btw lies all the time according to Pelosi) and the rest were making headway on these types of issues as they sat in the White House trying to figure out how they had been doing nothing in the last 12 months. Did you hear O say more people were now added to the No Fly List? Really? Boy O, you and your little band of dumb dumbs are right on top of things! BTW, read the Constitution, protecting us is one of the few things you are actually given authority to do!

Where is the reference to 3 people arrested with Asad taken from?

I can only find a mention in the report of Asad travelling with a sister and daughter and no other arrests.

Does anyone know the name of this 56-year-old man? All the media reports fail to mention his name...

This sounds like somthing that happens everyday in Europe; "It didn't look like terrorism". For ignoring events like this; then using words like 'alleged' or 'suspected' for so long is why Europe is now Islamic. That's where turning a blind eye to the facts will get you.

I'm going to post this e-mail here, because I don't know where to post it. I couldn't find the same story, but this one is similar.I would have liked to get it to the website managers, but don't know how.I deleted the man's phone #, address, and work place for obvious reasons. As follows:

I, Gene Hackemack, received this email from my good friend Tedd Petruna, a diver at the NBL facility [Neutral Buoyancy Lab], at NASA Houston, whom I used to work with. Tedd happened to be on this same Flt. 297, Atlanta to Housto

In my opinion, the Muslims are all getting very brave now, since they have a Muslim sympathizer in the white house.......read Tedd's story below.

PS....can you imagine, our own news media now are so politically correct that they are afraid to report that these were all Muslims...unbelievable. Thank God for people like Tedd Petruna.

Subject: Long story short....

One week ago, I went to Ohio on business and to see my father. On Tuesday, November the 17th, I returned home. If you read the papers the 18th you may have seen a blurb where a AirTran flight was cancelled from Atlanta to Houston due to a man who refused to get off of his cell phone before takeoff. It was on Fox.

This was NOT what happened.

I was in 1st class coming home. 11 Muslim men got on the plane in full attire. 2 sat in 1st class and the rest peppered themselves throughout the plane all the way to the back. As the plane taxied to the runway the stewardesses gave the safety spiel we are all so familiar with. At that time, one of the men got on his cell and called one of his companions in the back and proceeded to talk on the phone in Arabic very loudly and very aggressively. This took the 1st stewardess out of the picture for she repeatedly told the man that cell phones were not permitted at the time. He ignored her as if she was not there.

The 2nd man who answered the phone did the same and this took out the 2nd stewardess. In the back of the plane at this time, 2 younger Muslims, one in the back aisle, and one in front of him, window, began to show footage of a porno they had taped the night before, and were very loud about it. Now..they are only permitted to do this prior to Jihad. If a Muslim man goes into a strip club, he has to view the woman via mirror with his back to her. (don't ask me..I don't make the rules, but I've studied) The 3rd stewardess informed them that they were not to have electronic devices on at this time. To which one of the men said "shut up infidel dog!" She went to take the camcorder and he began to scream in her face in Arabic. At that exact moment, all 11 of them got up and started to walk the cabin. This is where I had had enough! I got up and started to the back where I heard a voice behind me from another Texan twice my size say "I got your back." I grabbed the man who had been on the phone by the arm and said "you WILL go sit down or you Will be thrown from this plane!" As I "led" him around me to take his seat, the fellow Texan grabbed him by the back of his neck and his waist and headed out with him. I then grabbed the 2nd man and said, "You WILL do the same!" He protested but adrenaline was flowing now and he was going to go. As I escorted him forward the plane doors open and 3 TSA agents and 4 police officers entered. Me and my new Texan friend were told to cease and desist for they had this under control.. I was happy to oblige actually. There was some commotion in the back, but within moments, all 11 were escorted off the plane. They then unloaded their luggage.

We talked about the occurrence and were in disbelief that it had happen, when suddenly, the door open again and on walked all 11!! Stone faced, eyes front and robotic (the only way I can describe it). The stewardess from the back had been in tears and when she saw this, she was having NONE of it! Being that I was up front, I heard and saw the whole ordeal. She told the TSA agent there was NO WAY she was staying on the plane with these men. The agent told her they had searched them and were going to go through their luggage with a fine tooth comb and that they were allowed to proceed to Houston. The captain and co-captain came out and told the agent "we and our crew will not fly this plane!" After a word or two, the entire crew, luggage in tow, left the plane. 5 minutes later, the cabin door opened again and a whole new crew walked on.

Again...this is where I had had enough!!! I got up and asked "What the hell is going on!?!?" I was told to take my seat. They were sorry for the delay and I would be home shortly. I said "I'm getting off this plane".. The stewardess sternly told me that she could not allow me to get off.. (now I'm mad!) I said "I am a grown man who bought this ticket, whose time is mine with a family at home and I am going through that door, or I'm going through that door with you under my arm!! But I am going through that door!!" And I heard a voice behind me say "so am I". Then everyone behind us started to get up and say the same. Within 2 minutes, I was walking off that plane where I was met with more agents who asked me to write a statement. I had 5 hours to kill at this point so why l not.. Due to the amount of people who got off that flight, it was cancelled. I was supposed to be in Houston at 6pm.. I got here at 12:30am.

Look up the date. Flight #297 Atlanta to Houston.

If this wasn't a dry run, I don't know what one is. The terrorists wanted to see how TSA would handle it, how the crew would handle it, and how the passengers would handle it.

I'm telling this to you because I want you to know..
The threat is real. I saw it with my own eyes..
