She didn't say "jihadists," of course. She said "violence-affirming Islamists." And that is just one small indication of the probability that when Swedish authorities tackle the problem of how to lure Muslims away from jihad, they will do so in complete ignorance of the jihad doctrine, and with the evidence-free assumption that Islam teaches peace and that those Muslims who teach violence and commit acts of violence are hijacking the religion and twisting its teachings. And that ignorance, and that assumption, will doom their efforts to failure.

They don't feel exclused from [Infidel]society. They want nothing whatever to do with it. What infuriates them is the apparent belief, by Infidels in Sweden (and elsewhere in the West) that they can continue to live in their own socities according to their own Infidel laws and customs, and need not remove all obstacles, quickly, to the spread and the dominance of Islam. It is not right, it is not just, it is against Allah himself, for Muslims not to rule, and for Infidels not to recognize that they must submit to Muslims. And so far the Swedes have not been submitting quite as rapidly as they should. That is what those "young Muslims" feel. They don't give a damn about being "excluded" by Infidels. They want nothing whatever to do with Infidels, and Infidel ways, and simply want the Infidels to recognize that they must submit, for god's sake, without further infuriating delay.
I like the phrase "violence-affirming islamists" because it is a giant step in the right direction. If our governments simply clamped down on Islamists who AFFIRM this stuff we'd be a long way in the right direction. It would not deal with the problem of dissimulators or "legal jihadism", but it would orient us toward preventive measures instead of saying "well, they haven't attacked anyone yet". It would be possible to identify thousands of Imams in North America who fall into this category, and if it were well-defined enough, it would not be hard for common citizens to collect the necessary data to demonstrate the case.
A bigger problem is: once violence-affirming islamists are identified, what does our society have the heart to do? It's easy to say "deport them" or "imprison them", but these are not easy things in a liberal society where freedoms are valued, and I for one would counsel caution. Nor, once thousands of these guys are pinned down, would it be necessarily a good thing to say that our government spooks should watch their every step. How many spooks would that take? Should this consume (more likely overwhelm) our national intelligence machine?
I think a citizen-based response is necessary (and I'm not talking about vigilante actions). Breach the silence and ignorance barriers. I realise it sounds like the old-style enviro-evangelists, but consciousness-raising is, in itself, a big step in the right direction. We need to work on academics, politicians and media leaders to recognize this threat to our society and to speak plainly about it. An enlightened citizenry on alert would respond by sounding the alarm where things are getting out of hand (I'm speaking in a "perfect world" -- the reality is depressingly unlike this description). I also have faith in many muslims. If true moderates knew our society is willing to "normalize" rebellion against the malignant elements of Islam (such as, but not limited to, violence-affirmation) we might see an evolution of that religion into something less threatening to our freedoms. Sort of a Neo-Islam that affirms what we have come to call "western values".

I know that you know but you failed to mention. "Submission" to Islam actually means that Western non-muslims must "submit" to having their belongings and lands seized as booty; their women raped as of right; and the total dominance of Muslim youth who don't work but distribute violence and theft in any way they choose. THEY will anarchically live "the life of Riley" whilst everyone else is a slave in all ways to provide for Muslims. THAT is their dream of the perfect world. M said so and it must be right.
The SCUM Anjem Choudhary in the UK was on "Newsnight" the other night. Newsnight is a serious late night political/news programme (or is supposed to be) which really shouldn't have given him air time.
Apart from avoiding answers to all questions - including from another Muslim - he made an apparently stupid statement that when Islam eventually ruled the UK "food,clothing, and shelter would be provided free". He wasn't challenged to explain that statement.
What he was doing was practicing kitman or taquiyya. what he ACTUALLY meant was that the non-muslims would be forced to provide for the Muslims who would no longer need to work (many, including Choudhary, already exist on generous welfare so they already impose jizzya) . Of course one wonders how this could happen if EVERY citizen converted to Islam. But of course such logic is beyond Muslims.
It is also clearly beyond the understanding of the Swedes and most Western Governments.
Islam itself is violence affirming and therein lies the heart of the problem, not just for Sweden, but for all the West. Islam and Western Civilization are incompatible with one another, just as other totalitarian ideologies are. Not all Muslims, of course, are violence-prone, but the Islamic theological blueprint is, no other theological blueprint is, and so Islam will always remain a model for violence and its brother companion, intolerance, forever. The only variable is what percentage of Muslims will act upon the blueprint and what percentage won't. This is why all Muslims must be treated with warily-------what they adhere to is itself inimical to liberty and equality under the law.
Wishing and hoping that this isn't the case about Islam is not a sound strategy. Never has been. Never will be. In short, Islam is hopeless and the West must proceed upon this assumption in any or all approaches in dealing with Muslims in non-Muslim nations. As for Muslim countries, they're Orwellian and decrepit societies in direct proportion to the extent that Islam is emphasized. No one knew this better than did Ataturk.

How judgmental of her, she is suggesting that to be violence affirming in Islam is not normal? Well maybe not by "Western" values but it is in fact very much normal where Islam has gained control of a population. Unless she is prepared to exclude Islam from the West then she must be prepared to accept as NORMAL, violence affirming Muslims from now on. Same thing goes for America and all Western countries. The choice is being made today for future generations whether they will live in their own countries in a state of perpetual war with violence affirming Muslims.
In 1969 I visited Sweden. Since I am Roman Catholic I wanted to attend Sunday Mass at a Catholic Church in Stockholm. Sweden had once been Roman Catholic for almost 500 years before the Reformation and after the Reformation it's King and much of it's nobility had forced it's people to become Lutherans. It wasn't difficult to find a Catholic Church in Stockholm at that time but they were rare. In 1969 Sweden had a state church, the Lutheran Church, and all members of other faiths then had to bow to the demands of this Swedish State Lutheran Church. Sweden at that time, even though it pretended to be tolerant and other than the Laps had no racial minorities, loved to lecture Americans about what a "racist country" the USA was. How things have changed for Sweden in 40 years. I have no pity on these arrogant Swedes and they richly deserve domination by the Muslim immigrants they now welcome with open arms. These fools beg to be dhimmi's. The mullah's in Mecca can't believe how easy it's been to take over Scandinavia. Seldom has a "Christian" nation welcomed it's religious and cultural suicide as has Sweden in recent years.

The denazification process in Germany worked so well. The only problem was it took more than five years of war and the killing of 50 million people before it got started.
The West has been at war with Islam for 1,400 years (on and off) and the deislamization process has not even started. When the Swedish authorities find out why, it will be too late.

John Magee: If you have "no pity" on the "arrogant Swedes", what are your feeling about the arrogant Muslims who are invading Sweden and finding her a pushover? Are they somehow deserving? Do all Swedes deserve death or dhimmitude, and do the Muslims deserve to be the masters and/or murderers of the Swedes? Did the Copts ot Egypt deserve to become downtrodden by Muslims, or not? Are you implying that the Muslims who conquer other peoples represent some kind of divine or historical punishment for the conquered people?
I hope that not too many here share this kind of thinking, that the British "deserve" it or the Swedes "deserve" it, this comeuppance which is, if it happens in its fullness the Islamic way, will mean the destruction of cultures and maybe entire peoples who have done nothing to hurt their conquerers.
If I am involved in a counter-action to Islamic supremacy, I know that although I am struggling for the rights of individuals to live their lives in freedom, there are some - many - who will not thank me and will even work against me. Although we are defending the rights of individuals, unlike the Muslims who are working for "Islam", we must be careful to think collectively insofar as we do not try to undermine the confidence of groups who are on our side. The Swedes are not bad people and do not deserve Islamic-style humiliation. If they are not yet aware that they are on our side, they should be persuaded, not condemned. If we take just one page out of the Muslims' book, it must be to achieve and utilize unity.
It is harsh to say that the Swedes or anyone else for that matter deserve to be subjugated by the evil Muslim horde. But anyone who is a person of faith has to at least consider the possibility that it is some sort of judgment from God (not Allah) who is whatever it may seem like to us always in control. It is inconceivable that the Middle East, the birthplace of Christianity, the historic land of the Jews, and all of the surrounding civilizations would be utterly destroyed by the Muslims as we have seen. It is enough to make one puke blood to consider what the world would have been like had Muhammad died in his crib. But that did not happen. Islamism is rampaging through the world, flying the flag of Satan, enslaving, killing, destroying souls. If the Swedes, or any other people, INCLUDING AMERICA, are so spiritually dead that they cannot see what Islam is and acknowledge that they have NO CHOICE but to not allow it to spread in their land, then truly, it is not wrong to say that they actually do deserve to be destroyed by it. We are not living in fantasy land, we are living in the world of reality. God will not be mocked.

Because of the swift and viciously-complete Muslim annihilation of the churches in North Africa, centuries of Muslim generations lived and died inside deep spiritual enslavement, without *any* hope of hearing about *any* alternative faith to Islam. Can anyone gaze upon that with equanimity? Why would anyone want that creation of a vast 'dead zone' to be repeated?
I would tell Magee and ThinkThrice to consider, instead, praying the prayer that I pray every Friday: for the utter defeat of the Jihad, and for the deliverance of Muslims from Islam.
And I would advise Magee and ThinkThrice, instead of gloating over the future spectacle of Europe laid waste and 'punished' by Islam, to pin a map of Western Europe on their study wall and *fast and pray*. Do what Gladys Aylward found a bunch of Chinese Christians doing in the 1920s - praying over a map, city, town, and village, before going out. Then I would advise them to do something concrete to revitalise the church in Europe: say, pick a country and donate to its branch of the Bible Society. On the political front, they could donate to Geert Wilders' Defence Fund, or to the work of Pax Europa.
I would also advise our friends - since they are so eager to work backwards from events to the divine intent, that is, by deducing that if something REALLY BAD is about to happen, or happens, to a person or group, that this *must* surely mean that that person or group has been or is REALLY BAD, and deserves what they're getting - to re-read the Book of Job; and also to read David Bentley Hart's brilliant little meditation, "The Doors of the Sea: Where Was God in the Tsunami?" In the first half of the book 'Universal Harmony' Hart makes absolute mincemeat of the common argument, particularly loved by pagan philosophers, Muslims and - oddly enough - some Calvinists, that somehow all horrible things that happen, whether caused by 'nature' or by evil and/or stupid humans, are direct Divine punishments. each event (a cancer here, an earthquake there, a Shoah or a Killing Fields or a Jihad Genocide of devoutly-Christian Armenians) carefully calibrated as retribution for the presumed sins of the folks on the receiving end.
Freedom of speech. I can't say it enough. The key to defeating ISLAM in the west is tearing down all barriers to freedom of speech in Great Britian, Europe & all other countries where ISLAM doesn't have an iron fisted grip on society. After that, we can easily crack that nut. Saudi Arabia is weak in every way except two - their iron fisted grip on the minds of the populace & oil money. That two-fer can be defeated.
The problem with progressivism & pluralism is that when you support everything, in fact; you end up supporting nothing because there is no longer anything worth fighting for. You can not be tolerant of the intolerence of ISLAM. This slow growing cancer will kill us all if we don't quickly educate people and get them to the tipping point where we have a societal change in the west rejecting the supremicist, totalitarian ideals of ISLAM.
