Have read the blogs on this event. More events like this need to be conducted nationwide to educate and combat the treat of Islamic extremism in the U.S.A. As part of the public education process, regarding the threat of Islam, these events will go a long way in preventing the Islamification of our country, thus educating the population about the threat Islam represents. Will continue to donate on a regular basis, so these events can grow in size and scope.

Memo to any black non-Muslim who may be reading this at the moment: of the three continents assailed by Jihad slavers and mass-murderers and pillagers throughout the past 1400 years, it is AFRICA, cradle of humanity, that has suffered the heaviest death toll, a rough guesstimate of some 120 million...and counting (see, Biafran War; see Sudan, today; see the howling Muslim mobs attacking black Christians in Nigeria, this year). Colonel West is far from being the only one 'awake up'.

A friend of mine told me of an amusing incident she saw while queuing on the Paris metro, a couple of years ago; a bearded, arrogant Muslim thug was verbally abusing a diminutive Parisienne. But then a deep, cool voice said from behind in an English accent, "I think I shall have to *do* something about that"; my friend then observed a tall Afro-Caribbean or Nigerian, the perfect English gentleman coloured-in in black, elegantly turned out in suit and tie, who drew himself up and suddenly seemed to become six inches taller, exuding wrath as if channelling Chaka Zulu; having switched into 'warrior mode' he advanced menacingly upon the Muslim, looming over him spiritually and physically, and rebuked him in scathing tones. The Muslim shut up and disappeared in a cloud of dust; the little Parisienne recovered herself, looking pleased; the black gentleman, with an air of satisfaction as of a job well done, returned to 'urbane Englishman' mode and resumed his place in the queue.

And down in Florida there's a black pastor who's holding protests against the building of a mosque in his neighbourhood. I drew attention to him here previously:

Thanks to Robert's suggestion, I purchased the Tafsir ibn Kathir on the Quran, and I have since been copying out sections, particulary from Surat al Bakara and the infamous ninth surah, and sharing them with friends and coworkers.

It will be difficult to get Sen. Levin (D-MI) chairman of the Senate committee to hold hearings when the Muslims in Dearborn oppose it. Therefore, we must write to our local city/town council members and mayor, asking them to send letters to their state and national representatives asking them to send letters to our two senators and congresspersons, demanding both the Senate & House Armed Services Committees hold hearings on Ste3phen Coughlin’s excellent work.

In comments made at the National Defense University on 1 December 2005, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Peter Pace explained to his audience the importance of “understand[ing] the nature of the enemy” if we hope to defeat jihadi extremists. Comparing our situation today, with that faced by an earlier generation who had to deal with the reality of the Nazi threat, General Pace suggested a simple solution to complying with his injunction: “read what our enemies have said. Remember Hitler…. He said in writing exactly what his plan was that we collectively ignored to our great detriment (emphasis added).” Just as we ignored Hitler’s articulation of his strategic doctrine in Mein Kampf, so too are we on the verge of suffering a similar fate today, if we fail to seriously assess the extremist threat based on jihadi strategic doctrine.

Okay, let's analyze this. Dunstan H implies he was at the event yesterday and that he only saw two black guys. Black guys weren't disallowed from attending, or black gals for that matter. They had as much right to RSVP and attend as anyone else who was there. If they did not choose to do so that is also their right.

We didn't have any pink Martians or yellow pygmies at the event either, although if they had RDVP'd and attended I'm sure they would have been allowed inside. Dunstan H, why aren't you bitching about these folks not coming to the conference? In fact, why are you bitching at all? Did you happen to listen to the contents of their presentations?

DustanH makes claims that are both unsubstantiated and tangential.

1. He claims there were only two "black guys" at the event, yet (a) cites no evidence that this was the case, and (b) fails to provide any argumentation or evidence as to why he believes this is relevant to the substance of the claims being made at the event.

2. He boasts that he went to Princeton, and in previous threads he has claimed he was taught by Patricia Crone. Once again, there is no evidence to support this claim, nor has DustanH demonstrated its relevance. When I asked him whether he agreed with a particular statement made by Crone, he did not answer.

One suspects, though, that if DustanH possessed the knowledge that he implies he possesses, he would be presenting some of it in these threads in order to educate those he considers to be so uneducated regarding Islam.

What do we know from what DustanH has actually posted? His posts consist primarily of name-calling, boasting, and insults. Note how he is preoccupied with perceived prestige and status, denigrating "community college" education (in the context of making yet another unsubstantiated and irrelevant accusation), yet provides no actual substance by way of refuting the claims of the speakers at the event.

Given his style and content of presentation, somehow I don't think DustanH is all that concerned about battling prejudice, racism, etc. Here he exhibits his prejudice and contempt for the elderly, victims of terrorist attacks, and large portions of the American population.

Islamic jihad and sharia, worldwide, threatens people of all different backgrounds, and should be opposed by people of all different backgrounds. Don't you agree, DustanH?

p.s. DustanH's first post could be interpreted as implying that he attended the event. However, I see no evidence that DustanH actually attended the event, much less that he attended to what was stated by the presenters at the event.

I was at the event and my reference to Dustan H picking his nose was because of some strange things that happened there. I was there with one of my good friends and we walked in right after the conference started when there was standing room only. We stood in the back to the left of the center aisle. A few minutes after we went in this very strange young man walked in. He looked to be in his early to mid-twenties. He was wearing dark slacks, a wool blazer, a black patterned ski cap and a yellow scarf. He kept looking to his right and left and behind him which seemed very peculiar because everyone else was engrossed in what the speakers were saying. I got a bad feeling about it and gave a look to my friend that was standing about four feet away from me but behind that guy. I motioned to her to look at him and she mouthed to me, "Ooh, I know". I asked her what she meant and she told me to watch him because he was picking his nose and then staring at his fingers, both gross and also beneath the maturity level of someone who is in college. (I later learned that he was from University in Southern Florida.) I was wondering by his fidgeting if he was planning to make a scene or disrupt the conference in some way. I went over and talked to one of the security guys who I know to let him know what I was observing and he told he was already on it.

At one point this young guy went and sat down on the floor at the back of the room but in front of the other people who were standing. Several people followed suit, mostly because it was tiring to stand for so long. I stopped paying attention to him for a while when Stephen Coughlin was speaking because his information was more complicated and required greater focus to understand his entire message. After a little while I saw my security detail friend escorting the same young man down the center aisle. Apparently he had scooched up and was sitting in the center of the aisle on the floor half way up towards the speakers. After that I saw him take a seat about five rows up from the back of the room when somebody else left.

Later my friend and I were fortunate enough to be able to hang out with Robert, Pamela and Stephen in a little coffee klatch near the bar off the lobby and Anders Gravers walked up to talk with them. I chatted with his two body guards and mentioned that strange college kid and one of them told me that they had indeed been watching him and when this kid got up and left his seat he had left a box under it. We were just sitting there going, you've to be kidding me. Nothing happened but based on the death threats these guys get, and the stupidity of some of the useless idiot college kids who attend these things, it was good to be vigilant.

As far as Dunstan H's comments, he has nothing of value to offer. I'm sure he "bravely" posted here, anonymously, and is getting a nice pat on the head from his college professor this morning for trying to be a good little anarchist.
