Yet another Which-Side-Is-Obama-On moment.
"Unindicted terrorist co-conspirator promotes radical agenda at U.S. mosques," by Aaron Klein at WorldNetDaily, February 19:
A radical Muslim group that was an unindicted co-conspirator in a scheme to raise money for Hamas facilitated the controversial meeting last week between Muslim law students and John Brennan, President Obama's top adviser on counter-terrorism.The Islamic Society of North America, or ISNA, boasted in its website that it facilitated the meeting at New York University with Brennan. ISNA, whose members asked Brennan scores of questions during the event, stated the meeting was intended to initiate a "dialogue between government officials and Muslim American leaders to explore issues of national security."
The Justice Department named ISNA an unindicted co-conspirator in its case against the Holy Land Foundation in Texas, which was found guilty of raising money for the Hamas terrorist organization. Last year, Holy Land founders were given life sentences for "funneling $12 million to Hamas."
ISNA is known for its enforcement of Saudi-style Islam in mosques through the U.S.
Discover the Networks notes ISNA, through its affiliate, the North American Islamic Trust - a Saudi government-backed organization - reportedly holds the mortgages on 50 to 80 percent of all mosques in the U.S. and Canada.
"Thus the organization can freely exercise ultimate authority over these houses of worship and their teachings," states DTN.
ISNA was founded in 1981 by the Saudi-funded Muslim Students' Association. The two groups are still partners. WND previously attended an MSA event at which violence against the U.S. was urged by speakers.
"We are not Americans," shouted one speaker, Muhammad Faheed, at an MSA event attended by WND at Queensborough Community College in 2003.
"We are Muslims. [The U.S.] is going to deport and attack us! It is us versus them! Truth against falsehood! The colonizers and masters against the oppressed, and we will burn down the master's house!"...
"Yet another Which-Side-Is-Obama-On moment."
In his book he says, "I will side with the Muslims."
Case closed.
Anyone have the full sentence?

Exactly.
It's insane what's going on with the appeasing and submitting to the Mohammedans.
America is going to hell in a hand basket, people. The Israeli ballerinas can't even perform in VERMONT without being harassed!

"We are Muslims. [The U.S.] is going to deport...us!"
If only.
"Yet another Which-Side-Is-Obama-On moment."
I think he has made that crystal clear...
There is a school of thought that Rasool Obama was recruited by the CIA while he was at Compton College...They needed a 'Muslim' who could talk to the Taliban while they were fighting the Russians...The story go's on, and a Rev Dr Manning, a Christian minister, is going to conduct a trial, Grand Jury style, on May 14th...He says he has documented proof...It would also prove that Rasool is not a US citizen, and never was...If he is right, this is a BIG story...Make up your own mind if you are interested...Scroll down to video...

Thanks for the link to that article. Hell, even ballet is now targeted. There seems to be no end to Muslims behaving badly (and blaming everyone but themselves when they do).
behaving is Un-Islamic
"The Justice Department named ISNA an unindicted co-conspirator..." -- from the article.
I wonder if other phrases besides, or in addition to, "unindicted co-conspirators" would be appropriate to use to link ISNA and CAIR and other Muslim groups to Hamas and Hezbollah. Not only does the "unindicted" part lend itself to providing cover for apologists who would excuse the actions of ISNA and CAIR, but sooner or later Eric Holder is bound to get around to fixing, or at least muddying, even the connection to the Justice Department. There must be other forms of evidence connecting them to officially designated terrorist groups, including real indictments, perhaps a few deportations or refusals to grant visas, that could be cited as well to reinforce the point that there is a consistent pattern of illegal behavior involved. To those like me without trained legal ears, and who might not otherwise be familiar with the background and history of these groups, "unindicted" hints at accusation without proof. I note that CAIR and ISNA don't refute the charges, but to the wider public who is listening and might still be confused by the issue it might be useful from time to time to mention these other forms of evidence.
OT...Drudge has an article about the Dutch government falling...The article says that Geert Wilders Freedom party may be the winner in the next election...Question...How does this effect Geerts trial? A lot, or not at all?
Thanks for the heads up about the Drudge story on the fall of the Dutch government http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20100220/ts_nm/us_dutch_government_afghanistan_1 . Good question about how it could affect Wilers' trial. One could see how it could go either way. It could help him by putting him on a fast track toward becoming the next prime minister, but on the other hand it could motivate his opponents to redouble their efforts to obtain a "conviction" so as to eliminate him from politics altogether.

........................
Another reason it's so difficult to find "moderate Muslims". The mosque system virtually ensures that they will mostly be staffed by those who take their Islam straight up—Saudi style—so to speak.
In addition, a great deal of literature for U.S. mosques is supplied by the Wahabbis, as well.
more:

........................
The insanity of this rhetoric should be obvious. For one thing, it is curious that Faheed refers to Americans as "colonizers", when it is he and his fellow Muslim students who came to the U.S., to take advantage of our economic opportunities and system of higher education.
More Muslim projection...

colonizers"
I have heard the same word used by Muslims in Europe, about the Europeans as "colonizing" them, or "practicing colonialism" -- in Europe itself. In other words, if the peoples of Western Europe refuse to change their ways in order to accommodate the endless list of Muslim demands --for Europe must be made into a place where nothing contradicts the letter and spirit of Islam, and it really doesn't matter if some people in Europe, some Infidels, think otherwise or assume they have some special claim to those lands -- when the only valid claim to any land is that of Muslims, claiming it for Islam), to accommodate Musli, then such treatment constitutes "colonialism." They have learned to utter the right words and phrases -- "racism" and "colonialism" -- words and phrases that have no conceivable application, but they are counting on Infidels being stupid, just as the Qur'an describes them as being: "stupid." So far, I'm afraid, in this one respect the Qur'an seems to have been right.
I was surprised at obama comment about supporting muslims when the things go wrong. I think i definitely need to read his book.

I broke that story on Thursday.

It is time Mr. Brennen review the sedition code and start enforcing it.
Saudi-funded mosques should be shut down. If they want to stay open, let them stop taking Saudi money. If a person can go to jail for life for funding Hamas, then the same severe penalties should be available for those who are in league with Saudi Arabia, whose government is as bad as any terrorist group. Constitutional lawyers should find a constitutional way to stick it to the Saudi government and the mosques inspired by the Saudi government.
Darcy, you are misquoting the book by Obama, and leaving out lines that make the statement mean something very different.
Actual quote from "The Audacity of Hope" [pg. 261]:
darcy, that's very different from what you presented, which is very misleading.
Well, I sure have my questions about which side Obama is on. Maoist and Truther spokespersons, a militant homosexual in charge of "safe schools", and now someone linked to the Ikhwan as special envoy to the OIC...
But,Duh Swami, I have NO doubts about Obama's US citizenship. Even if he was born in Kenya, the only way to prove he isn't a US citizen is to prove that Ann Dunham, his mother, either was not really his mother and/or did not meet legal requirements to transmit citizenship to offspring born abroad. Back when I was adjudicating citizenship as a consular officer, the rule was that if you were a US citizen who had resided five years in the USA, two of which were after the age of fourteen years, you met transmission requirements. It was an important issue in a lot of countries where people might have been naturalized as children or even born in the USA, but then followed parents back to the parents' Old Country in their teens.
Now, the citizenship of persons born in the USA--excepting the children born to visiting heads of state, diplomatic officers, and Indians with tribal ties (at least until about 1920+)--was never problematic. But, early on, nationality law had to deal with persons born to US citizens outside the United States (people engaged in foreign trade, missionaries, etc.). So, there is a Jus Sanguinis element to US citizenship as well as a Jus Solis one.
Frankly, much as I think the body politic erred in electing BHO,I still think that the "birther" movement is American conservatism's answer to the Left's "truther" movement.
Jdamn, nice to see you posting here again.

Good call, Traeh. I got out my copy and read it, finding the correct words in the full context. There is an old slogan to the effect that "During war, the first casualty is truth."
It is a shame that some people have a problem with the truth and feel the need to distort and twist facts in order to affirm their own agenda. All that they really manage to do,in the long term, is damage their own cause.
It's regrettable that one or two here, who claim so loudly and vociferously to despise Islamism, Nazism, and Fascism, are actually practicing the same tactics they claim to detest in those very movements.
Such tactics speak only of a lack of intelligence, integrity, and honesty.
What I love about Mr. Spencer and his books is the painstaking love of accuracy and detail, as well as a refusal to sacrifice truth for rhetoric.
To counter Islamism, adhering to truth and accuracy is crucial.
"In war, the first casualty is truth."
"In war, the first casualty is truth."
Yeah. It is important to speak so as to make the slimmest possible target.
