Three things to note about Jim Foster's comments re Yom:
1) he castigates darcy, champ and others for pursuing a non-topic subject, yet he himself proceeded to indulge in another non-topic subject -- namely, the subject of castigating others for pursuing a non-topic subject. I believe "hypocrisy" is the word here.
2) the freedom of forum participants to go off onto non-topic tangents is conducive to the vibrant health of a discussion forum community, and only tends to help sustain high numbers of participation and readership. Were those in charge to rigidly enforce strict topic compliance, the JW community would likely dwindle.
3) Yom's comments are not so astronomically off-topic as might seem at superficial glance; by manifesting the pathology of Islam, they -- and our rallying against them -- become thereby pertinent to any and every thread on Jihad Watch. While I normally don't get involved in these Yom matches -- because I deem him a waste of time -- I do not denigrate those who do. Indeed, I'm glad others are taking the time to do so.

Hey, I wanted to inform you of "Jim Foster's" latest abuse against me on his TypePad blog.
As many of you already know, jf was banned yesterday, but before he left he changed his moniker to "Yvdirtrider" ...see above on this thread ...and when you click on his username and go to his personal blog, then you will see the heading "Genuises in our Midst", where he is attempting to abuse me there. He is also claiming that I posted obscenities at him, which is completely not true. He was the one that told me to "go to hell", but I never returned that remark back to him.
Anyway, I have notified TypePad of this abuse, and also that he is following me now. They were instructed to remove him from TypePad, and will take the appropriate action. Also, I will be notifying JW staff as well.
TypePad should not be an instrument whereby a poster can further launch at attack on another poster, and this type of abuse should not be tolerated.
This is not just an attack against me, but against what is decent and right. Thank you!
