I believe that this is a picture from the movie, "Rocky III" during Mr. T's character's fight with Sylvester Stallone's character, where Mr. T is delivering a punch symbolically similar to the one that Achoomeaniebad is promising on Feb. 11.
If it is an homemade defense system, it is doomed to failure and ridicule. For this would not scare the West nor impress their allies. Now if they tested a nuke, that would be another thing.

I was heartened—and extremely surprised—to see Glenn Beck covering the issue of "the 12th Imam" a few days ago. Now, no one here would have learned anything new, but I doubt many viewers were familiar with this disturbing bit of Islamic weirdness which lies behind much of Iran's actions (in addition to the usual Muslim supremacy, of course).
I might take issue with a point or two of his presentation—his use of the term "anti-Christ" wasn't quite appropriate here—but over all he did a creditable job, and no doubt enlightened a lot of people—or at least sent them to Wikipedia in search of more information.
