Muslims invite Christians to debate, then have them arrested

That Christians intent upon *interfaith dialogue* would be charged with "using religious sermons to incite Muslims and Christians into viewing each other with suspicion" is the height of insanity.

It is also fully in line with the strictures of the 7th-century Pact of Umar, where Christians are constrained from "teaching the Qu'ran"—usually interpreted as barring them from discussing Islam at all, lest some of that discussion might become—no matter how gently—critical.

Will any of the clueless Jews and Christians involved with "interfaith dialogue" in the West take note of this bit of nastiness? I very much doubt it.

To Catch a Christian...

Okay fellow jihadwatchers, sorry to go a bit off the thread but I want to alert you who participated in the "French Bishop Santier" 120+ comment thread to a great blogger, a Catholic convert, Genevieve Kineke who today, Feb 4 has the lead article over at www.catholicexchange.com. In it, she gives a respectful, reasoned rebuttal to the French Bishop's position and does her best, as she always does, to enlighten those Catholics who mistake the burqa, chador, or abaya with "modesty" in the Christian sense. I believe even those of you who have theological problems with the Catholic Church, will be impressed by the way in which she enlightens her readers to the essential differences in Mohammeds and Christ's view of women.

Let's go visit the site and give her some attagirl comments, some kudos to cheer her on. Stay on topic and mirror her respectful tone.

She also maintains a blog at www.feminine-genius.com where she often tackles the issue of creeping sharia and misogyny.

The sad part of all this is that it can and most likely will be used again to trap other "blind" Christian leaders.

Two proverbs to be borne in mind by members of non-Muslim faiths who are 'invited' by Muslims to participate in 'inter-faith dialogue'.

"'Come into my parlour', said the spider to the fly".

"He who sups with the devil requires a looong spoon".

I clicked on the link and read the rest of the story. I advise everyone else to do the same.

There are several things in the remaining portion that provide serious food for thought.

First of all: here are the demographics.

"An estimated 62 percent of Tanzania’s population is Christian and 35 percent is Muslim, mostly Sunni; other religious groups make up the other 3 percent of the population, according to the U.S. Department of State."

So: the Muslim population is a bit more than *half* the size of the Christian population; yet they are acting like they rule the roost. And in a sense, they do, for they have infiltrated the political system:

"Simbaulanga told Compass that Muslims have resorted to using state police to harass Christians *because they have political power*.

"*Tanzanian President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete is a Muslim*"

Got that? 'Tanzanian President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete is a Muslim'. 'Nuff said. That explains everything. Tanzanian non-Muslims; unless you fight back, fast, you will be slaves to sneering, bullying, amoral Muslim sadists so fast...

Here's some more from one of the Christians:

Not any more, mate. Not now the Muslims have got 'their man' in the top job. Freedom of religion in Tanzania, and citizen rights for any non-Muslim there, effectively ended when that President took his seat; it will take a little while for it to sink in, but that's what's happened. 35% of the population is now proceeding to stamp down *hard* on the faces of the remaining 65%. Claiming, of course, all the while, to be the injured party...

"Police in the Tanzanian capital of Dodoma stopped two Christian evangelists from reading excerpts from the Quran in an outdoor event on March 18, 2009, according to the state department’s 2009 International Religious Freedom Report.
Officers temporarily detained them and released them with a warning not to read the Quran during sermons to avoid antagonizing the Muslim community."

How dare those Christians 'antagonise' the Muslims, by telling other Christians what is in the Quran!

That bit reminds me of what happened to those two Christian pastors in Australia who got sued for 'hate speech' because they drew attention to, and quoted verbatim, the nasty Mohammedan texts that sanctify the nasty Mohammedan behaviours.

Finally - here's another bit, from that same Compass article, that reminded me of what is happening to Geert Wilders, and of the accusations that were made against an Austrian politician who dared to mention - and condemn - Mohammed's dealings with little Aisha:

"Simbaulanga [Christian evangelist] was imprisoned for 62 days between December 2006 and February 2007 in Kigoma, he said.

'Denied bail, he was accused of trying to convert Muslims to Christ and “abusing Islam” by saying Muhammad had married a young girl.
'Several cases are pending against him in different courts, he said, and Muslims are constantly searching for him."

“Since 1996 I have always been on the run, trying to save my life,” Simbaulanga said".

How has this Christian offended? 1. By breaking the Rules for Dhimmis (remember, theoretically Tanzania has freedom of religion, and theoretically, Tanzania, 62% Christian, is NOT governed by sharia; but Muslims, emboldened by the fact of a Muslim President, are acting as if it *is*) and 2. By plainly describing one of the things Muslims firmly believe Mohammmed did - that he married a six year old and took her to his bed when she was nine.

Like Kenya, Tanzania's Muslim population is concentrated along the coast. It was the same with Ethiopia and when Eritrea became a Muslim independent state Ethiopean Christians lost access to the sea.

This will happen in Kenya and Tanzania.

Islam is scary, devious and deceptive. But worst of all are African Moslems for reasons I don't want to go into here (or anywhere for that matter), but let me just mention a few words: primitive, backward, corrupt.....

It seems to be a bit of a 'race to the bottom'.

No matter which ethnic group Islam infects, the end results on three continents, once Islam has been going for a good few generations, seem to be pretty much the same.

Moving outside of Africa to Asia, let's consider the Philippines. Here is a description of the ethnically-Malayo-Polynesian 'Hill Moros', from the book, "They Fought Alone," by John Keats and published in 1963 -

"These hill Moros ...live according to the Koran as interpreted by some illiterate, flea-bitten imam who heard from some crooked hadji what was supposed to be in the Holy Book. What they get out of it boils down to polygamy, slavery and brutality." (p. 56)

(My only quibble with Keats is that he seems to have thought that the Moro version of Islam was somehow distorted or incorrect..'what was *supposed* to be in the Holy Book'. Nope: it was totally consonant with what *is* in the '[un]Holy book'. Anyone who's read Islam 101 here at jihadwatch, and everyone who's read the Quran, the Sira and sampled the surreal monster-laden labyrinth of the Hadith, *knows* that 'polygamy, slavery and brutality' is an accurate summary of the outworkings of the core teachings of Islam and the atrocious personal example set by Mohammed).

Still in Asia, Winston Churchill's description of the Afghan Muslims, in his book "The Story of the Malakand Field Force", is much longer than John Keats' paragraph on the Moros, but boils down to precisely the same thing.

And heading westward, the Chechens of the Caucasus...well, their behaviour looks just like that of the Afghans and the Moros.

And reading any honest account of what Turkish Muslims routinely did to one another and to the dhimmis and to those beyond their domains upon whom they conducted regular razzias, soon disabuses one of any idea that the Turkish version of Islam was kinder and nicer than that of Islam's inventors, the Arabs...

As for the Arab Muslims themselves, who are supposed to be the Muslims par excellence, since Mohammed was an Arab, and who regard and treat all non-Arab Muslims as permanently inferior (hence the enslavement of non-Arab Muslims, whether black or European or Asian), one may find a grimly realistic description in the pages of John Roy Carlson's "Cairo to Damascus", or perhaps in the works of 'Cassandra', in her book, '33 Secrets Arab Men Don't Tell American Women".

Islam creates monsters. Those who were plain honest barbarians before Islam, become monsters; those who were civilised before Islam, become monsters (all the worse for having more elaborate means and more developed imagination for the devising of refinements of cruelty); and it soon becomes difficult to discern any real difference in degree of monstrosity, between those who were 'uncivilised' before Islam, and those who were 'civilised'.

Let's revisit, for the benefit of those but newly come to this site, the terrible but truthful words of a Jewish observer, one Dr A Carlebach, writing in Ma'ariv in October 7 1955:

"These Arab Islamic countries do not suffer from poverty, or disease, or illiteracy, or exploitation; they only suffer from the worst of all plagues: Islam.

"Wherever Islamic psychology rules, there is the inevitable rule of despotism and criminal aggression.

‘The danger lies in Islamic psychology, which cannot integrate itself into the world of efficiency and progress, that lives in a world of illusion, perturbed by attacks of inferiority complexes and megalomania, lost in dreams of the holy sword.

‘The danger stems from the totalitarian conception of the world,

"the passion for murder deeply rooted in their blood, from the lack of logic, the easily inflamed brains,

"the boasting,

"and above all: the blasphemous disregard for all that is sacred to the civilized world...their reactions -- to anything -- have nothing to do with good sense.

"They are all emotion, unbalanced, instantaneous, senseless. It is always the lunatic that speaks from their throat.

"You can talk 'business' with everyone, and even with the devil.

"But not with Allah...This is what every grain in this country {Israel - dda} shouts.

"There were many great cultures here, and invaders of all kinds.

"All of them -- even the Crusaders -- left signs of culture and blossoming.

"But on the path of Islam, even the trees have died."

Dr Carlebach was writing about 'Arab Islamic countries' but he might just as well have written, simply, 'Islamic countries'.

Had he written, 'African Islamic countries' [or, perhaps, 'tribes' or 'societies'], or 'Asian Islamic countries', or 'southern European' [Albania, Bosnia] or 'Caucasus' [Chechens] Islamic countries, he would not have to change a single word of his description (or should it be called, since he is a doctor, 'diagnosis'?).
