Will the Islamophobia never end? "Muslim Mob Burns Down Christian Shops, 8 Churches in Nigeria," from Persecution.org, February 23 (thanks to Loganswarning):
Washington, D.C. (February 23, 2010)-International Christian Concern (ICC) has learned that on February 21 a Muslim mob burned down several Christian shops and eight churches in Kazaure, northern Nigeria. The mob carried out the attack after Muslim traffic police fatally assaulted a Muslim tractor driver. Unfortunately, it is common for Muslims to attack Christian minorities in northern Nigeria without any provocation by Christians.The police chased the tractor driver for refusing to stop after a traffic violation in the city of Kazaure. The police caught the driver and severely assaulted him. The driver was later taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead on February 21 at 8 PM local time.
Soon after, a Muslim mob attempted to attack the police station but was chased away by the police. Enraged, the mob turned their attention instead on one of this region's most vulnerable targets-Christian churches and shops. The mob burned down the following churches: Deeper Life Bible Church, Catholic Church, Apostolic Church, ECWA Church, Redeem Christian Church, Anglican Church, Word of Faith, and Assemblies of God Church all in the city of Kazaure....
Very disturbing. This matches exactly what I've heard from non-Muslim Nigerians now living in the United States.
This wasn't a case of a despotic Muslim ruler trying to distract his subjects from their misery by inciting them against religious minorities. Instead, it was just one more of the countless episodes worldwide of the Muslim "mob", i.e., THE MUSLIM PEOPLE THEMSELVES, engaging in the most vicious intolerance and destructive violence against innocent non-Muslims, their property, and their houses of worship.
The "tiny minority of extremists" facade continues to disintigrate before our eyes.

So, within the space of a week, we have Muslim mobs rampaging and burning churches in 1 . Liberia, 2. Nigeria and 3. Pakistan.
In Liberia, the 'Muslim residents' (how many?) go on a rampage because of an unsubstantiated rumour that a mosque had been attacked 'by other residents' {one must presume, a malicious Muslim spread abroad a false story that the *Christians* had attacked the mosque, so as to have an excuse for burning and smashing things - note the targets - seat of government [mayor's residence], non-Muslim places of worship [churches], sources of booty [shops] and...something intended to help sick people [the clinic].
In Nigeria, *Muslim* police beat up, and kill, a *Muslim*.
What does the Muslim mob do? When thwarted from attacking their fellow Muslims, they go off in a rage and... attack the CHRISTIANS, who had done nothing whatever to them; who had nothing whatever to do with the quarrel. Looks like any excuse will do.
And in Pakistan a Muslim falsely accuses a Christian of blasphemy and a raging armed mob - obviously all set to go, just waiting for the excuse that perhaps they already knew would be trumped up out of whole cloth - attack Christian homes and desecrate and vandalise two churches.
To be a dhimmi community in a Muslim-majority land is to have the job of milch cow to be ruthlessly stripped of whatever you may produce or own (not only via the 'official' jizya, but unofficially, whenever Muslims feel like taking anything that belongs to you), chew toy, punching bag, scapegoat and source of victims for ritual human sacrifice.
I'm sure the Muslim Nigerian police were too busy beating wayward tractor drivers to death and warding off Muslim mobs to actually protect any of these Christian victims.
