Holland is and should always be for the Dutch people, their culture, and their tolerant secular government. Anyone who wants to be Dutch has only to integrate and respect Dutch ways without causing separatist problems and social turmoil. This includes Muslims who will deny the violence of the Koran and live peacefully with all others regardless of color and religion.

Give Wilders a chance, you may be surprised.

So, Geert won't give in to intimidation, even in light of the current court case against him. He continues on to fight Islam and all its accoutrements. He's a brave man, and I have nothing but admiration for him.

I've been looking through some more Islamic sites lately, reading on Memri, looking at the OIC and what they're up to, watching on YouTube, etc., and the realization came to me, more deeply than ever before, that what we are up against, Islam, is a huge, looming threat to the world, to all of us. The enormity of the catastrophe facing us is almost overwhelming.

We can stick our heads in the sand or we can fight.

As Robert says, "We will prevail, the truth will prevail, the human spirit will prevail, but it will be a long hard fight. Eye of the tiger, baby."

The comments at the "Dutch News" site come from Muslims and their willing collaborators. Their exaggeration, their hysteria, and their thinly-veiled calls to murder, are those of Hitlerites, even as it is they who dare to call the perfectly sensible, perfectly rational, and brave Wilders a new Hitler.

That's the kind of crazed comment that some in the Netherlands feel they can make.

In response, even if you do not care for the Freedom Party or Geert Wilders, on some other grounds, you simply must vote for that party, and for him. You are, thereby, showing the other parties the position they must take. You are voting in defense of yourself, if you are Dutch, and for cultural, and all other forms, of survival. If you don't believe that, look over the lands where Islam conquered, and see what happened to those lands, and those peoples. Why should it be any different in Western Europe? Were not the peoples of North Africa and the Middle East once Christian (with considerable scattered populations of Jews) or, in Iran, Zoroastrian? What happened to the Buddhists of the subcontinent, or the tens of millions of Hindus killed, and the others forcibly converted, or "voluntarily" converted so as to avoid the fate of, at best, being treated as dhimmis? What happened to the Hindus and Buddhists of the East Indies, and why?

Look around, synchronically, diachronically, through time and across space. What does Islam mean, in lands ruled by Muslims, for anything and any one who is not Muslim?

This is NOT about FREEDOM of RELIGION
There needs to be no issue with freedom of religion ...or speech. Islam is an ideology, a theo-political ideology. They call it a religion, we don't have to. This theo-political ideology makes the attainment of Political Objectives a Religious Duty. The political objective is to see the entire world under the "divine" law of sharia; to obliterate man-made law. So, for them it is theological and/or political; we can still just call it an ideology, like communism is an ideology.

We can talk about an ideology freely, however you cannot talk about implementing this ideology - THAT is sedition. So, we can analyze sharia law, read about it and study its consequences in islamic lands, however the second anyone talks about implementing sharia you are committing act of sedition against the sovereign nation you are in. So, what is attempting to "implement" sharia? Is it the headscarf? Demands for halal meat? Disrespect for all traditions and institutions of the host nation? The host nation gets to decide.

Continued ignorance, accommodation, appeasement and 'hopeful assimilation' is cultural suicide.

The headscarf is a symbol of oppression and it does not belong in the public institutions what is supposed to be a free country (e.g. The Netherlands). Islam oppresses women and it is morally reprehensible that the Dutch government would allow its representatives to provide validation of the oppression by donning the oppressive headscarfs. Immigrants who hate the freedoms allowed in the West need to move back to their Islamic homelands where they will never have to worry about being offended by other people's freedoms.

I'd vote for Wilders. I wish there were more politicians like him in other civilized (i.e. not Mohammedan) countries.

We need to support Geert financially through his coming trial as much as we can afford. Together with Robert Spencer this man is an outstanding hero of our times.

Thanks for the good advice Hugh. What you say is exactly how I feel. But can I say it out loud here, as much as I like? To my Islamic colleagues, Dutch colleagues, (Dutch) family? No! Then I would be "branded" extreme-right", people would tell me what a horrible party the PVV is. With many lies in between, like him wanting to "clear the streets of headscarves" while he only intends to ban the headscarf among personnel payed by the government. I cannot really talk reasonable about it with most people, before being shouted down or shut out.

You painted the big picture, but people around me insist on looking only municipally and nationally. And true, the elections are a lot about issues on that scale, but I only got one vote, and I want to use it to pressurize these political parties who in my eyes deal so blatantly inadequately with the Issue of Islam and Democracy, which is worldwide. I deeply respect these other political parties for their leaders and policies on many other issues, both municipal and national. And I see the many weaknesses of the Freedom Party too.

But this one issue now concerns me the most. In Rotterdam we can vote for the "Leefbaar" Party, akin to the Freedom Party and I intend to do it. The parliamentary elections are 9th june and then I;ll vote PVV, come what may.

All of Geert's haters are trying to get him in jail now, even by the most perverted means, because they know that if he were to become Prime Minister of Holland, he would effect real change.

I whole hearty support what Geert Wilders and the PVV are doing to turn around the Dutch nation. But remember there is another side to this fight.

Just as the Muslims claim there authority is from there god. The truth is that this is a spiritual battle just as much as it is a political battle. And we know that they will do any thing legal or illegal to gain advantage.

I ask that people of faith pray for this struggle. Pray to the true an living God. The God of the Bible. Whose character and virtues are just the opposite of what Islam teaches. Islams god is narcissism and changes his mind. There is no mercy or grace or forgiveness in the Muslim god.

To call that cacophony of noise our anti-jihad theme song is certainly a misnomer; I for one, could not even decipher the lyrics let alone warm to the tune. Personally I shall stick with "We shall not succumb, we shall overcome .." You, on the other hand, may adhere to 'Eye of the Tiger', which in my opinion is more applicable as a campaign anthem for Chinese Supremacy.
