Anyone know who the Publisher is? How could they be so stupid - a worthless piece of trash wasting valuable trees.

So when Edip Yuksel claims that Robert Spencer,David Horowitz and others are "Enemies of Peace" well then, in the world of Islam I guess you are. You expose the truth about the violent jihad that Muslims around the world commit ever day to champian the cause of peace.

Today I really wanted to hit a liberal pop tart with a giant cluebat.

Readers should be reminded that Edip Yuksel is the principal translator of "Quran - a Reformist Translation," which contains the following renderings of some of the most notorious verses in the Quran:

Surah 5:38 about thieves, "cut off hands" becomes "cut off means (of employment)"

Surah 47:4 about infidels, "strike necks" becomes "strike control centers"

Ataturk would have known how to deal, summarily, with the likes of Edip Yuksel. He didn't hesitate to use force against the clerics who dared to oppose him. He didn't hesitate to attack mosques. He was trying to rescue Turkey and Turks from the effects of Islam. He only partly succeeded, because those who were the beneficiaries of his systematic constraints placed on Islam did not further his efforts, but mostly relied on the army to be the protector of Kemalism. This was worse than a crime. This was a mistake.

Aardvark: the caricature of David Horowitz is anti-Semitic, because David Horovitz is a secular person, who does not wear a yarmulka. The caricature has him wearing one, to point out that he is a Jew. This anti-Semitism from the left crops up now and then: a few years ago, an anti-Semitic cartoon in one of the Chicgo papers had Ariel Sharon crawling after a dollar bill attached to a string. Sharon's nose, in the cartoon, was the typical hooked nose you find in anti-Semitic cartoons--in reality Sharon has a nose that is straight and, for lack of a bettter term, quite "goyish."

But my point on all this is to ask whether Edip Yuksel is a real name. It sounds like one of those crazy names invented by Mad Magazine.

Yes, "Edip Yuksel" has got Harvery Kurtzman and Will Elder written all over it.

Edip Yuksel is a good Muslim. Nobody can accuse him of misunderstanding his religion:

Edip Yuksel, the absurd 5-star reviewer of his own book on Amazon, paints such an absolutely surreal portrait of Islam that it would be hilarious, except for the subject matter.

He is an outright Islam apologist, although not solely utilizing the traditional tactics of taqiyya, but actually trying to construct an alternate-universe version of Islam.

Absurd on its face, and sure to gather little to no acceptance in any mainstream Islamic schools of thought, the core element of deception is still present in his presentations, and ultimately he serves Islam well, or at least well enough to have allowed him to keep his head after all these years, with all the heresy about Islam that Yuksel has spoken and written to date.

Very interesting. There seems to be general global shift in the debate: After the term "Islamophobia" has been thoroughly debunked by - how ironic - said Islamophobes, it is thrown out by the leftist media.

Instead a new definition and a new sly strategy (steer around any confrontation with Islam, attack its critics instead)is implemented right now: Journalists an Mohammedans suddenly start writing about "Islamkritiker" or "Critics of Islam", who they feverishly try to equate to "warmongers", "hatepreachers" and "enlightened fundamentalists" - claiming they are, in their staunch defence of freedom and enlightenment, just as brainwashed and fanatical as "Muslim Firebrands".

Example: Whoever defends Westergaards right to draw an "insulting" cartoon, is just as fanatical as some Muslim trying to kill him with an axe.

During the last three weeks this shift was very noticable in German feuilletons, were staunch leftists did their very best to start an absurd campaign equating the growing number of people openly critizising Islam with Mohammedans preaching hate/killing for their faith.

All newspapers let lose an avalanche of articles trying to prove this point. It backfired: All of them got fierce and furious reader-reactions, protesting against this dishonest move. Prompted many of them to shut down comments very quickly. Looks like people start getting quite educated on the core teachings of Islam and the dirty tricks of appeasers, quislings et al.

We should examine the meaning of all words Muslims use, since Islam does not share a common ground of civilization with us. Islam twists all of the kafir words. To find out what "peacemaker" means we have to go to Mohammed. Mohammed was an Islamic peacemaker. In the last 9 years of his life, he was involved in an event of violence on the average of every 6 weeks.

The first sentence in this paragraph is of crucial importance because most people do not realize that common, ordinary, self-explanatory words like "peace" and "innocent" have entirely different definitions to muslims. It is just as difficult to convince well-meaning, naive people that muslims are the masters of deceit and are inveterate liars; these traits are INHERENT. If anyone should understand the muslim ethos it is the people in the Middle Eastern section of the State Department. It makes no sense.

I remember Edip Yuksel from a debate he had with Ali Sina on Faith Freedom International (a few years ago, it can still be found there). It was an exciting, riveting debate, between 2 titans, for me, at least. I enjoyed it so much how Ali Sina bested him (it was inspiring!), but still he was a very tough opponent.

He is a Quran-only-adherent and he had to flee Turkey, where his life was in danger from Quran-and-Hadith-Muslims, and he fled to America. Which he then later vilified heavily. Together with other Western powers. I remember how Ali Sina called him a typical Islamic ingrate for that.

Be careful, he is some sort of ultimate TU QUOQUE-artist. He asserts that through the 2 world-wars Christians killed more people than Muslims. I would like to see Hugh Fitzg. debate with him on that! I know it confounded me for days back then. But I now think that many Christians fought against Hitler and totalitarianism and that that was a just war by Christians.

And remember, this sort of people echo and inspire what is being said in mosques and Islamic websites around the world!

Edip’s book is amazing. I especially liked the debates which, in my opinion, have exposed the dishonesty and the lack of knowledge about Quran of Edip's opponents. There is one interesting thing the reader will note in this book: the Islam promoted by M. Yuksel which is 100% based on Quran and reason is completely different from the widespread Islam that Bob Spencer and his acolytes are attacking. Edip highlights the fact that the true Islam (based on Quran only) is a peaceful religion while Bob and his friends try to prove the opposite by relying on untrustworthy books (hadith collection) that no one of sound mind could trust.

Like dogs and cats Kings have been urinating around with their bombs, to show each other their lines and rows.And they are doing this, Mostly with their bollox (so-called power). This was no differnt then all.

The pilot was given a new designed toy. He could now fly, faster than before. Free from thoughts, passing the clouds he got closer and closed.

It actually is, this simple... After all, someone comes up to you and tells what your neighbour actually does. You just dont want to listen to him. Because you've just seen him smiling at you peacfully and saying a huge "Hi". "There is no one to blame" says the good guy. "But that is the cruel reality and your task is to see How and Why".

What you do is screaming at him, shouting at him and telling that he is a liar and he doesn't know your neighbour .That is when my friend, you are to be classifed as a biological freak.

I would love to say to the writer "This simple is, what you are ".

Like a little baby you are, with a blushing face telling the truth and, on the other hand lying with the words-put in order with the help of your elementary logic.

Your hands are trambling and you are scared that your dark side is about to come out!

You are rushing into words to eleminate the fact of the debate and trying the tune the original record...

I would love to end with the word Peace, but I am much more stunned with the reality I came across with...

Ps: We have been living in a century where so many words has started to full-fill their exact meanings. Peace and Justes are only two of them and they have a vitial role for this universe.
