If they succeed in jailing Wilders, how long do you think he would last in prison before being murdered by a Muslim gang or hitman? If he is convicted, he needs to flee before being taken into custody and go seek political asylum (where? I don't know) and perhaps set up a government in exile.
The Dutch Court was given an exhaustive research paper from the prosecutors office that took months to complete. It involved even some international opinion as well as input from university Professors on the law. The findings found for the most part where that Geert Wilders had not committed any crime punishable by the court, so what happened here?
“Well for starters all Islamic countries want Wilders to be prosecuted, from Saudi Arabia to Jordan. And of course these countries do talk to each other from their ambassadors to there ministers of foreign affairs [Maxime Verhagen, CDA, Christian Democrat]. One might even ask the question: why are countries like Jordan or Saudia Arabia so quiet as this trial proceeds. If you think there are not political influences at work here you would be naive.
The Dutch Judicial is not supposed to be swayed by political factions but who influences them then? It is the the Ministry that does. The ministry is feeling heat from Dutch Muslims, and Islamic Countries that may have an effect on their economy,or even their governments political hacks safety. This is why freedom of speech is on the line here and the negative influences that perpetuate this trial smell from top to bottom.
He has been in virtual prison for years having to live on an army base and travel by armed convoy.
BTW Britain is about 10 years ahead of the Dutch in crushing truth.
Whatever we may think of the British National Party one of their candidates in Glasgow was prosecuted for issuing an election leaflet "That would incite racial hatred". Did he call on the kuffur to rise up against muslims? No, he had said that muslims were responsible for a riot in an English city. The trial Judge accepted this was true but as it would incite racial hatred it was therefore illegal and gave him 12 months imprisonment.
In a way I can understand the governments position. They have turned deceiving and lying into an art so anyone telling the truth in an election is setting a dangerous precedent.

If Geert is found guilty then the Koran must be banned and all those that preach its contents must be arrested, tried, fined and/or confined.
Geert already has a life sentence within the isolation that tremendous death threats provides.
Condell seems to get better with each video of him I see.
