Son of Hamas top dog: Moderate Islam does not exist

Mosab Hassan Yousef is a convert from Islam to Christianity and is the author of Son of Hamas: A Gripping Account of Terror, Betrayal, Political Intrigue, and Unthinkable Choices. Since Hannity has steadfastly hewed to the Islam Is A Religion of Peace That Has Been Hijacked By A Tiny Minority of Extremists line for years, and has passed up numerous opportunities to discuss the issue with guests who take a different line, it seems likely that this one got by his firewall. Here, Mosab Hassan Yousef takes Hannity to school and teaches him some basic truths:

Mosab Hassan Yousef: "The god of the Koran hates Jews anyway, if there was "occupation" or not"

The problem is with the god of Islam"

"this is not about being brainwashing, this is how people grow up everything around you in that society school, street every evet is telling you those facts about Islam."

[...]

Hannity: We keep hearing about that there is a distinction, the difference between radical Islam and mainstream Islam

Mosab Hassan Yousef: This is a big mistake. Comparing between moderate Muslims and fanatics. This is not how we compare it. All Muslims to me are the same. At the end of the day they believe in the god of the koran and they believe that this koran is from that god.

Hannity: You're saying that most Muslims think that jihad is where they need to go

Mosab Hassan Yousef: It's not their choice. If they believe that the koran is from the word of god ...........

Hannity: So let me ask this again. So when people talk about moderate Islam, you're saying it doesn't exist?

Mosab Hassan Yousef: It doesn't exist.

[...]

The most criminal terrorist Muslim has morality, a minimum of humanity more than his god. Their god is a terrorist and ignorant.

I watched this last night and went to Hannity's site today to see if there was any response as this gentleman was blunt with the truth that seemed to stun Hannity. Of course there is no evidence that Hossam was even on the show.

I watched this young man's video telling his experience of his conversion from Islam to Christianiy in Arabic. (For those who are interrested and know arabic it is available on life tv's contreversial website www.islampexplained.com).
Indeed very touching story...

Oh I forgot to mention that most of his video talks about Hammas and it's role in pushing Mossab away from Islam which made him discover Christianity.

Mosab is saying the same things that Father Zakaria Boutros says at all of his presentations.

Briars states

". . .Of course there is no evidence that Hossam was even on the show". . .

It's actually featured at Hannity's fox site: The Terrible Truth About Hamas

The Terrible Truth About Hamas

Better record it while it's still available.

@Yankel

I have been following Father Zakaria's dissection of Islam for quite some time now as well as the Morrocan guy named Rashid in his show Daring questions. Too bad few know arabic to enjoy these two great individuals destroying Islam from within. Both available on Islamexplained.com. Very deep and academical analysis of Islam, no wonder they are islam's public enemies number 1. yes they share the same spot.

Miira:
Sorry, i was on Hannity's site, however, it still seems like this is presented as an expose of Hamas rather than focusing on the important details of how Hassan truthfully exposes that the god of the Koran has hatred of Jews despite geopolitical circumstances and Jihad and terrorism is the ultimate destination of the theology of Islam.

Though the jihadist tenets of Islam are rarely addressed on cable news, at least FOX has shown more presentations then the other stations. On MSNBC, if one chose to get all their information about Islamic Jihad they wouldn't have a clue about it.

I don't know what influences or roll the Saudis play in regards to FOX though we are told that they have an investment in the FOX Programming and are wanting to purchase more.

I think Hannity understands and knows more about Islamic Jihad then he lets on. If Hannity honestly read Mosab Hassan Yousef's book as he purports to have done than there is no doubt that he would have taken a big step of awareness of the determinations that are extolled from the Quran when it comes to hate of non Muslims and it's antisemitism.

He should also read Wafa Sutan's Book "A god that hates" by Wafa Sultan. They are both Ex Muslims and branded as apostates in this violent archaic backward religion.

I have read "A God that Hates" and it is fantastic! I won't give anything away, but Wafa Sultan's description of what "inshallah" really means is eye-opening!

Islam is evil and fascistic.Prohet Mohammed was the world`s first terrorist.Islam is not a religion, its a perversy.Israel is doing the world a big favour to cill Hamasleaders.Long live Israel!

I read so often in the news how Israel had learned of a planned suicide bombing and was able to intercept and stop the bombers before they could strike. I knew they were getting inside information, and now I know from whom. This shows how even with the most hateful type of indoctrination from earliest childhood there are still people who are able to break through the darkness and see reason and embrace goodness. There are quite a number of Palestinians working for Israel. I hope that Mosab becomes an inspiration for many more to do the same. The Left must be boggled by him.

Not the first case of Christianity being the perfect antidote for venomous islam.

Title of the show, as given - "The Terrible Truth about Hamas".

The title it should have had - "The Terrible Truth About Islam".

I'm reading the book right now. Absolutely compelling story, though I wouldn't exactly call it "literature".

l am sure those like Hannity fully know that islam is not a religion of peace, but working in a PC environment they have to hold back. it is interesting this guy did get past the firewall, perhaps with him actually being an Arab Christian, and past muslim and with his book he got away with telling the truth.

"The most criminal terrorist Muslim has morality, a minimum of humanity more than his god. Their god is a terrorist and ignorant...."

That's great.

It was maddening not to have more time given to this writer and analyst of the Islam into which, through no fault of his own, he -- and more than a billion others -- have been born. He deserves not a few minutes, but entire shows, devoted to him, to his book, and to his understanding of Islam which is, of course, exactly the understanding possessed by Wafa Sultan, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Magdi Allam, Ibn Warraq, Ali Sina, and every intelligent person born into Islam who has managed to find his way out.

And there are others, not quite so open, not willing out of considerations -- for some, of filial piety(an attachment to the food and smells and memories of their own childhoods and beloved pious simple relatives who never got beyond the stage of the rituals to think through, or confront, what Islam does to the minds of men -- think, for example, of Kanan Makiya), for others, fear (not daring to openly show themselves to be apostates), for still others careerist considerations (Fouad Ajami needs to continue to visit the Middle East, to be an interpreter of its maladies, and though he obviously is not a believer in Islam, he doesn't dare to openly express his apostasy -- the Behbehanis could not entertain him in Kuwait, he couldn't return easily to Lebanon, or visit Iraq, and his "value" as an analyst-- so he justifies his reticence to himself -- would be damaged. Possibly Ms. Nafisi makes the same calculation, for she is no more Muslim than is Fouad Ajami, but her embodiment of the best that is Iran, a progessive and secular Iran, an Iran she identifies not with the Pahlevi dynasty but with the 1906 Revolution, requires her to keep mum on the subject of Islam, or at most to present herself as a "cultural Muslim."

We who know what is going on may find this understandable but still, in the end, deplorable. We may wish for an open declaration, by all those who recognize the ways that Islam stunts moral and mental growth, and who live in the advanced West, where they can be protected, to come out openly and truthfully on the subject of Islam. Otherwise, their value to us, in the new stage of the war of self-defense by non-Muslims against the forces of Islam, will, indeed, diminish to the point of nothingness. Instead of helping to enlighten, they will merely help to further confuse.

lkeevy1, I called Sean Hannity on his radio program during the second Lebanon war, July - August 2006. Hannity was talking about the war on a daily basis, rightly explaining to his audience that Israel's retreat from Gaza the previous year only emboldened Hezbollah.

When I asked Hannity about our Republican party platform commending Israel for her willingness to retreat from Gaza and northern Samaria, in the face of jihad violence and terror - as well as our plank requiring the establishment of a Muslim-terror state in Israel as envisioned by President George W. Bush - Sean Hannity curtly told me he did not want to discuss the matter. He immediately cut me off. I got a busy signal in the ear.

As you say, working in a PC environment they have to hold back. Not only that, blind partisans like Hannity and Limbaugh will not brook any exploration into the Republican party's immoral, anti-Israel policies. I expect this from the godless left but not from the right or from self-professed Christians like President George W. Bush.

I saw the interview...Hannity is an idiot - In his defense, at least he had the guy on at all, but the interview was poorly conducted, and simply a side note for the show - The kid should have been interviewed by Robert during a session of the Joint Chiefs with Congress watching on.

Truth to power. Mosab Hassan Yousef knows Islam is evil and says as much. This is a very brave and impressive human being.

I commend Hannity for having him on but guys like Hannity have to start coming around much more to the truth of things. I think this will happen in time but not yet in the short run because the West is still in the early stages of coming to the realization that it was almost inevitable that mankind would eventually get a major religion which was pathological and inimical to the better angels of our nature. And it did. It got Islam. This realization will take some time to sink into the collective consciousness of man. Would I prefer it be expedited? You bet. But preferring ain't gettin'. Much useless tragedy and criminal behavior lie ahead because of Islam, but I remain confident that a century or so from now Islam will be nothing but a relic and a testimony of man's capacity to err grievously. In the meantime, those who cherish truth, liberty and equality under the law should feel a special debt to a man like Mosab Hassan Yousef.

WELLINGTON: "...but I remain confident that a century or so from now Islam will be nothing but a relic and a testimony of man's capacity to err grievously."

We're back to our one principle difference, old friend.

A century ago, when the Ottoman Empire was on its last legs and the West was in ascendancy, such a prediction might seem plausible. But today, as Islam continues to breed exponentially, to harvest ever more "reverts" from among gullible non-Muslims, to accrue an ever-greater accumulation of oil wealth (and to use that wealth to buy influence around the globe), and as the West continues to betray its traditions of philosophical enlightenment and empirical science, I just don't see the basis for such optimism.

Maybe I'm perplexed at the convictions of someone I admire very much...or maybe I'm talking to myself, trying to work through my own pessimism so that I too can relish in the prospects of future victory.

Either way, I hope all is well amigo.

While I think Yousef ranks as one of the greatest murtads of our times, he still slipped back into self bamboozilization.
Before he made the declaration that all mozlmes know about izlam,
he stated that the problem is in izlam and NOT with the mozlems.
This is a regression to the commonly shared disconnect induced by years of chronic izlamo-bamboozlement. As a mozlem you can never accept blame for anything. Everything that is wrong is the fault of something or someone else.
The cult of izlam is the root of this mental disorder.
That is why there are no mirrors in izlam, no self-introspection, no critical examination. First and foremost, blame is directed at the JOOOS whenever possible.

I hope all is well with you too, Cornelius. Yes, we agree on so much except this one thing. Unfortunately, I don't think either of us will live long enough to know which one owes the other one a beer (or two or three or...). Regardless of who is correct on this issue, where we have had an amicable disagreement, I can only hope that the admiration you graciously mentioned you have for me approaches half of the admiration I have for you. Take care, my friend.

And some of you think Hannity did not do justice to a good interview with Mosab Hassan Yousef.

Hannity was like an Edward R.Murrow compared to the airhead that interviewed him this evening.

You should have seen the interview Mosab Hassan Yousef did with a real airhead Joyce Bayhar this evening,it was the silliest thing I have seen in sometime, Mosab must have walked away from the show scratching his head and wondering what planet Bayhar is from. She was so confused as to what to ask him that she ended up talking about everything but Hamas and Islam.

Wow...just wow...despite the poor interviewing style by Fox, Mosab Hassan Yousef manages to say it all.

This should be must see in Eurabia and especially in Londistan.

Now off to order the book.

If Hannity didn't have Truth on his side, he would fail utterly. He must have some good people working for him and with him, cause he's just not that bright a fellow. I like him and appredicate what he does, but someone with about20 or 30 more IQ points, maybe Dennis Miller if he cut out the Zen, would be better suited to the position.
Can you imagine say, Mark Levin in there? Dennis Prager?
No liberals would book the show. They'd all get their asses kicked inside out.

First of all, Hannity "got served" about the real truth of Islam [about time].

However . . . maybe it's just me . . . but this guy seems a little less than truthful. He said his dad wasn't upset with him after he finally confided that he worked for the Israeli's? Hmmmm . . .

Every cop knows that you can "tell" a lot by a person's eyes. The depth of his eyes sink to infinity . . . not good.

How do we know this isn't mass propaganda and infiltration using reverse psychology?

No so sure about this guy yet . . . I think we need to be careful.

This man, Mosab Hassan Youssef is an incredible Godsend! It baffles me that he could even exist. It must boggle the leftists, liberals, Political Correct people even more if they are not just ignoring Islam-experts like him, which they usually do.

The position of Political Correct people seems to be that the Islamic beliefsystem must be exonerated endlessly of all it is accused of and that all Muslims of the world must be unconditionally and absolutely free to believe and follow whatever interpretation of Islam they have and practice. Criticism of the manmade, faulty, beliefsystem of Islam they regard as disrespectful, hateful and divisive for mankind.

Well, how much longer can they postpone the inevitable holding-Muslims-accountable for at least a part of their Islamic beliefs, when non-islamic Islam-experts are piling testimony of facts and logical arguments on top of each other that shows at least some Islamic, manmade, teachings clash, in a worldwide context, with some very important democratic values and rules?

How much longer can they postpone offering Muslims worldwide the choice of either submitting in vast majority to some carefully selected Democratic values & rules or .... face ever more unified and stiffening resistance against Islam (to save and expand Democracy) among the worlds non-Muslims in some Democratic, if necessary harsh, form?

Mosab Hassan Yousef was just on CBC Power and Politics, where he said that Islam was the biggest lie in human history, that Islam's god describes himself as the "deceiver," and that viewers should check the Quran themselves, starting with 9:5, Verse of the Sword. He said his criticisms go beyond Hamas and radical Islam, saying that the problem is with the whole ideology of the Islamic god. He said that even the terrorists are better than their god. He also distinguished between most Muslims and the ideology of Islam, but said that the ideology of Islam was the problem. The interviewer, Evan Solomon, felt the need to editorialize at times, referring to "radical Islam" and that Yousef's views were a product of his individual experiences.

Just let the guy talk Hannity.

satan --aka, allah, is alive and well within islam. satan, allah, mohammad: trinity of evil. Followers of this evil 3-some: evil, too.
