The next question for British Airways should be: "Is political correctness in security screening practices putting the flying public at risk?"
"Four men including two British Airways employees arrested in 'terror plot' raids," from the Daily Mail, March 3:
Three men were arrested in dawn raids this morning, taking to four the number being held over allegations of terrorism fundraising.
It follows the arrest on Thursday of a 30-year-old British Airways employee in Newcastle. A second BA staff member was among the group arrested this morning.
The three men, aged 31, 32 and 43, were seized by police at 5am today in Slough.
The men are now being questioned about a plot to fund a terrorist attack.
Police refused to clarify what positions the two BA employees had within the airline. Sources said the latest arrests were 'significant'.
A spokesman for British Airways said: 'An employee was arrested in Slough today. We take all matters relating to security extremely seriously and as a responsible company always fully cooperate with the police.
'As with any issue relating to a police investigation it would be inappropriate to comment further.'
Scotland Yard said today: 'Three men were arrested in Slough for alleged offences of terrorist fundraising. The men were arrested at separate addresses by officers from the South-East Counter Terrorism Unit. As part of a joint operation with the Met's Counter Terrorism Command, the men were taken to a central London police station.'
Members of the security services have been on increased alert after the failed Christmas Day bomb plot to blow up a jet over Detroit in the United States.
Former University of London student Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab is being held in the US over the attempt.
Will the BBC and The Guardian and some other outlets take time from their round-the-clock coverage of the charges about Mossad's "endangering of British citizens" (if they are citizens of the Western world, they are safer because the Mossad exists, and does it what it does; would that more Western intelligence agencies emulated it more closely) to cover this news item? Or is it just a little too...sensational?
Can't they find non-Muslims to employ at the airports?
I'm sure they were Methodists.
Am I the only one who also worries about Muslim pilots?
Profile Muslims or Die
Why aren't comments allowed on this article at Daily Mail?
It appears to be a worldwide trend when Muslims are involved in terrorism.
Because they KNOW what comments they would get, and that wouldn't quite fit in with the agenda would it?
Someone in government has to be held accountable for allowing and continuing to permit the derelict and suicidal emigration policy which is responsible for this kind of situation to have arisen… A deterioration of the very basic need to live at peace in our own homeland. As citizens of the countries who have hosted all the multitudes of muslim immigrants, are we still living as free people?, The freedom to travel freely, freedom of security, freedom of non-islamic religious expression, freedom to celebrate our Judeo-Christian common heritage, freedom form the massive increases of expenditures( in the trillions )to protect our lives from the islamic war against us, freedom of prosperity and the pursuit of happiness, freedom to be at peace and not contend with the specter of nukes in the hands of lunatics.
The effects of the Islamic encroachment on our lives although mostly unnoticed and stealthy and sometimes more explosively noticeable, is already reproachable and dangerous enough to require a correspondingly lifesaving serious effort to thwart .
Slough was an absolute cesspool when I worked there in '94, but I was fortunate enough to move to the U.S. in '95.
Last time I was there in '06 it had, unbelievably, got worse.

The BBC and Guardian aren't just being politically correct. The BBC is overrun by muslims, top to bottom, and The Guardian was completely taken over, to the point that any pro-Western, run away.
Israel has (finally) dropped the BBC just a few years ago, and replaced it with FOX. The BBC got 'better' over the past few years, but man, what a distorted world it must have portrayed in Israel, to get 'world news' from the 'muslim mafia' of the BBC.
With all of this political correctness about, have BA done a "suitable and sufficient risk assessment" regarding their employees and do they have "documented evidence of their assessment"? After all, they are always parrotting, "The safety of our passengers is our primary concern and we aim to implement 'world-class best practice' throughout our operations".
Muslim staff = High security risk
Y'know, I suspect that as Islamorealism spreads among the kafir populations of the West (and some points East, such as India), El Al - in all those countries to which it flies - is going to find itself with an ever-increasing volume of customers. Hey, they might have to expand the number of ports of call!
Come, friendly bombs, and fall on Slough
It isn't fit for humans now,
There isn't grass to graze a cow
Swarm over, Death!
John Betjeman
The rest of the poem's an amusing rant about the foul, superficial, sleazy small British landlord of old and his dimwit clients, but I agree with the above wholeheartedly. Slough is a pit just round the corner from London's Heathrow airport and just over the westbound freeway from the queen's place in Windsor. It is packed to its squalid gills with Moslems - indeed, it hosted the headquarters of the Islamic Press Agency which, ironically enough, rented and ruined the old British Airways space. And, of course, the calorie-bomb 'chocolate' thing known as a Mars bar so beloved of Scottish yoof (they deep-fry it in batter) is made there. And it has a loony-left PC council full of immigrant activists. I'm only surprised that it took this long to nick some of its esidents - hundreds of them work at the airport. Rock on, Mr Betjeman, rock on.
I was hoping that the fatwa declaring terrorism illegal and inadmissable in Islam and the Koran, would help.
Clearly not.
Don't know if this has made it here yet.....
A British airport says two women who refused to go through a full-body scanner have been barred from boarding a flight.
Manchester Airport says the women, one of whom is a Muslim, were believed to have been booked to fly out to Islamabad.
They then refused to be scanned, citing medical and religious reasons.
The women are believed to be the first people to be barred from a flight for refusing security scans.
The airport said in a statement that the passengers were not permitted to fly in accordance with the government directive on scanners.
Britain is introducing more full-body scanners to strengthen aviation security, but privacy advocates say the technology amounts to "virtual strip searching."
Manchester Airport says strict procedures are in place to protect the privacy of passengers, who are randomly selected to go through the scanner.
Snap.
(The first thing I too thought of, when I read the news story followed by Question Everything's post, was the John Betjeman poem).
Is EL Al the only safe airline left?
