If he's now a 45-year old Muslim, he should know from his Qur'an that, "Islam DOES NOT mean peace." and that terrorism is an intrinsic part of the Islamic deal.
Clearly he has learnt all about being "offended" and seeking "victim status" on behalf of a "hurt Muslim community".
And what exactly does the good reverend know about Islam and jihad terrorism that qualifies him to offer any opinion on this matter? Yet another example of the willful dhimmitude of so-called Christian leaders in the West. Maybe Rev. Rochford should spend some time among the Coptic or Chaldean Christians if he is so convinced that Muslims are being unjustly accused of terrorism.
Once again the kuffar are blamed for linking Islam with terrorism. Who's fault was it that a group of Muslims sought to assassinate a Swedish cartoonist? It wasn't the media that inspired Colleen "Jihad Jane" LaRose and her cohorts. Perhaps Sheikh Ahmed should stop blaming everyone else and do a little soul searching as to what his religion actually teaches and how all too many of it adherents carry out those teachings.

Also, Jamie Paulin-Ramirez has by no means been cleared here. Apparently there is some evidence against her or else the Irish would not have arrested her to begin with. It could be that she is to be deported back to the US to face charges here.
Ms. Paulin-Ramirez’s step-father, George Mott–the one who is shown on TV interviews all over cable–is also a convert to Islam. And now he’s shocked–shocked!–that his step-daughter got curious, also converted, and became part of an Islamic terrorist plot. Plus, now, her mother is shocked–shocked!–at her daughter’s “stupidity.” Um, what about the mother’s stupidity in marrying a Muslim convert?
