Dagestan: Jihad against repairmen

The last think islamists need is truth being broadcast about their heinous crimes against humanity. No free speech here.

None of this will dissuade Putin from continuing to do deals with the Iranians (and Syrians and...). Putin is a classic example of someone who is clever without being right. Russia will suffer long term because it can't produce a better leader than Putin. Damn sad---for Russia, the West and the world. That's Putin's real legacy.

Which makes me misremember a line of verse:

"Pechorin, tvoy sovet ya prinyal..."

Anyway, revenons a nos moutons, moutain sheep of the Caucasus, and those who were no doubt still thinking of Mohamad Shaaban (self-named Seif Islam or "Sword of Islam")

And yet again, we encounter the usual weasel-words.

"Restive". Talk about bland understatement. Translation = "Jihad-racked". 'Militants' - Translation = "Jihadists". 'Islamist insurgents" - again, translation = "Jihadists". "Insurgents" = Jihadists. "Islamist insurgency from Chechnya has spilled over"...translation = "Jihad has spread from Chechnya...".

In the remainder of the article, which I read when I clicked on the link, I came across the following: 'escalating violence in the region'. Translation: 'Ever-multiplying violent attacks by jihadists in the region'...

Reuters weaselword of the week, in the first paragraph - "Violence-plagued'. Yeah, just like an inner-city slum. What they should have written - "Jihad-racked".

That paragraph is in the passive voice: "At least seven people have been killed in an attack in Russia's violence-plagued North Caucasus province of Dagestan, police said."

Let's turn it around, to read as it should read, if both police and journalists knew what they were dealing with: "Jihadists in Russia's jihad-racked majority-Muslim N Caucasus province of Dagestan attacked and murdered at least seven people, police said."

SEcond paragraph: "Up to eight people were killed when assailants in two cars attacked the workers, either by setting off blasts or opening fire or both, the spokesman said."

Rewrite: "Jihadists in two cars attacked the workers, assassinating up to eight by shooting them or setting off bombs, or both"...

Next sentence - "Hours later police were exchanging fire with the attackers", he said.

Rewrite; what he could have said: - "Hours later police were still battling with jihadists"...

Final paragraph of the Reuters/ ABC report:

"Adjacent to Chechnya in Russia's restive, heavily Muslim North Caucasus, Dagestan is plagued by daily violence including frequent attacks that target law enforcement officials and are attributed to Islamic militants".

Rewrite, for clarity:

"Next door to majority-Muslim Chechnya in Russia's mostly-Muslim jihad-racked North Caucasus, Dagestan daily endures violent attacks by jihadists, many of them - since Islam is not supposed to recognise non-Muslim or deemed-insufficiently-Islamic systems of law and government - targeting law enforcement officials".

There is, however, some better news from Russia, on the north-east front of the Third Jihad.

If this report is accurate - well done, Russkies.

(Memo: dear Russia, please set an example to the world: be the first majority non-Muslim country in the world to 1. refuse ALL further entry into the Federation, to any Muslim whatsoever and 2. evict from within the majority-nonMuslim regions of the Federation, all Muslims currently there present and proliferating. Bona fide apostates may remain. If you don't do this, then everywhere in Russia where there are Muslims, there will sooner or later be *more* train derailments, more Beslans, more Metro bombings...).

And on the Gulf of Aden front, where Somali Muslim jihad pirates are preying upon Infidel shipping and causing immense annoyance, disruption, trouble and expense, the Russians appear to have had a small victory, aided, judging from the fourth item here, by...Australia.

I hope that suspicion is correct!

'Freed'. Yup, within the meaning of the act. Disarm 'em, drop 'em in the sea - maybe with lifejackets if you're feeling extra charitable - and leave them to swim home?

"An ADF Orion aircraft answered a distress call last week and made contact with the 23 people on board the merchant ship.

Of all the theatres of jihad, it is the Red Sea/ Gulf of Aden/ Indian Ocean sea-borne front which offers the greatest incentive for - and training-ground in - practical co-operation between the forces of the various non-Muslim countries targeted by Jihad.

It is too much to ask my Old Country Russia to set an example for the world. It is not that good.
It is also too much to ask my New Country USA to set an example for the world. But at the very least, we should ask, nay, demand, that it refrain from evil, such as:
1) Lying about "Serb atrocities in Kosovo";
2) On the basis of those lies, bomb and destroy Serbia;
3) Force Serbia to pull all troops and police from Kosovo;
4) Let loose Muslim Kosovar Albanian hordes on Serb civilians left without police protection, to kidnap, rape, torture, mutilate and murder them; to destroy the holiest shrines of Serb Christianity in Kosovo, which were also cultural treasures of the entire world; and to brutally eradicate Christianity from Kosovo.
We cannot gleefully butcher the Russian people's Serb Slav Ortodox Christian brothers and sisters, and then demand that Russia do what we tell it to do.
Instead of trying to divert blame on Russia for our own inaction, we should start with ourselves, and start acting as at least a decent, basically decent nation. Surely, I cannot call our USA decent after it did such unspeakable evil unto the Serb Christians.
There's only one and only nation in the world that has been setting an example to the world throughout its short, miraculous history: Israel.
As I have said here before, neither Russia, nor China, nor the USA, nor Europe will ever be safe from jihad unless and until they all unite around Israel. Unite in Zionism.
