Rally speakers and participants will stand with those who lost loved ones on 9/11, and call for an end to plans for this mosque that insults the memory of those who died on that day.
Ground Zero mosque imam Feisal Abdul Rauf has blamed the West, rather than Islamic jihadists, for terrorism on several occasions. He has said, according to Australia's Sun-Herald, that "the U.S. and the West must acknowledge the harm they have done to Muslims before terrorism can end." On another occasion he said that "Western active involvement in shaping the internal affairs of Islamic societies have contributed to the creation of terrorism done in the name of Islam."
Abdul Rauf has also called Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams' endorsement of the implementation of Sharia courts in Britain "forward thinking" - despite Sharia's denial of basic freedoms including the freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, and equality of rights of all people before the law.

Again we see typical Muslim lies when Feisal Abdul Rauf claims that the Herald Sun newspaper made that remark. At no time was anything like that printed in our paper that I read daily. He thinks that Australia may be far enough away so that he make such a false claim. But there is significant readership "Down Under" as we share the same issues as the US and Europe with regards to Islamification of our country.
If such an article was in fact written the protests and fedback to the Editor or author would have been intense. Ana rticle that did appear late year by Andrew Bolt, a conservative writer who like me sees through Muslim propaganda and lies, in fact stated that Muslims themselves were guilty of inflicting harm on their own people such as the Taliban in Afghanistan, Hamas and Hisbollah in Palestine and Lebanon, and the local Al Quaida in Iraq. Mulsims blame everyone else except themselves for their plight in their failed religion and homelands.

If militants make an attack on the site replacing the twin towers, this new mosque will be at ground zero. The Muslims building the mosque are conspicuously putting themselves in harm's way. I laud them for this.
Yesterday I was helping out in the Facebook Group "No to the mosque at Ground Zero" by posting the SIOA rally notice occasionally on the wall of the group. The wall was filling up fast with comments and we wanted to keep the rally notice up top if we could. The group was inundated with sympathizers to the mosque (trolls) who were posting misinformation, ie: there was no mosque being built, the news outlets had it wrong, etc. They were also up to their old deflection tricks and lots of people (there are over 12,000 in the group) were being baited into arguments.
The next thing I know....the group is gone....POOF disappeared. I thought I had been banned. (lol!) Today I've corresponded with a couple of others who can't see the group either.
Has it been disabled? I don't know.

Was not the site proposed for the Mosque also the site of a Greek Orthodox Church prior to 9/11? Why have the G.O. lost this site? Has someone paid them off?
Who makes the decision for allowing this site to be used for a Mosque? Are they getting financial support from the Saudi empire? I'm sure there is a money trail.
Is there a fund for families of 9/11 that muslims have donated large amounts of money? 9/11 victims may believe that Muslims feel bad about what happened. They don't. Follow the money trail. It may be hard for some 9/11 families to speak out against Islam.

I can't make this rally although the atrocity occurred in "my town", NYC. I am, however, busy organizing in SIOA in the state that I now live in. Having the opportunity to proactively do something about islam is a wonderful personally fulfilling experience for me, not to mention an emotionally healing one.
I see the assault on the WTC as having been an assault on me personally, and I think that a substantial amount of New Yorkers feel that way. Getting the New Yorkers who are still asleep to wake up, come out of denial and begin fighting back is going to be the first battle. Once we get the majority of hearty, feisty New Yorkers active in this Ground Zero protest, both before and after June 6th, we will have a powerhouse of opposition to islam. I know that convincing me of the truth after 9/11 was not neccessary, but then again, I am a person who has common sense in a lot of matters.

The Philippines, of course, had already been battling jihad in their southern islands for years; they lost 16 people on September 11, and have since lost many more non-Muslim citizens in jihad terror raids carried out within their borders.
Australia did not suffer a successful attack on its own soil, but lost 88 citizens in the jihad bombing attack on the Sari Nightclub in Bali, just off our northwestern doorstep.

As you'll see from my posting above about the casualties: after the USA (which, naturally enough, accounts for the vast majority of those who were murdered) the next largest number of casualties were *British* - sixty-seven (or sixty-three: my information sources vary) people from the UK were killed. I would imagine most of them were non-Muslims.

Given the solemn associations of the Grosvenor Square location - it is the only 'graveyard' which the families of the UK victims have to visit - the character of the rally would need to be planned with some care.
