Tonight Community Board 1 in lower Manhattan held a hearing to discuss the proposed thirteen-story (some reports say fifteen-story) mosque to be built at Ground Zero. It was a curious exercise, since the Board has no power to vote the mosque up or down, but since it offered citizens an open forum, it became an opportunity for people to voice their opposition to the mosque project -- and mosque proponents were up to the challenge, ready with speakers, a Power Point presentation, and prepared statements from politicians, including Manhattan Borough President Scott M. Stringer and Congressman Jerrold Nadler. Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, the leader of the Cordoba House Mosque initiative, and his wife Daisy Khan were there, along with a large number of their supporters.

The leadership of Stop Islamization of America -- Pamela Geller and I -- was there as well. Hindu activists were there. Jewish activists were there. Christian activists were there. An ex-Muslim spoke via a cellphone held up to the microphone. It was a wonderful display of the unity among those threatened by jihad and Islamic supremacism that I've been calling for for years.

The atmosphere was rowdy, with tempers running high. The mosque proponents and the politicians were primarily responsible for this, as they immediately began to brand the opponents of the mosque initiative as racists and bigots. The local city councilwoman, whose name I believe was Chan, characterized all opposition to the mosque as hatred and bigotry, and said that to support the mosque was simply a matter of tolerance and pluralism. Mosque proponents distributed a written statement from Stringer, favoring the mosque and saying: "I for one never want to see our country or our city abandon religious tolerance as the result of an act of violence, even one as unspeakable as the 9/11 attacks."

This kind of talk angered the mosque opponents in the crowd, and there were many. There was a great deal of catcalling and booing of the multiculturalist platitudes and self-righteous moralizing, and the schoolmarmish chairperson of the Community Board repeatedly warned catcallers in the crowd that they would be held "out of order" -- but their threats were as toothless and empty as their moralizing, and the indignation of the crowd would break out repeatedly throughout the evening whenever another bemused liberal or smooth-talking Muslim would excoriate "hatred" and "bigotry" and extol "tolerance." Daisy Khan showed a brief Power Point presentation that said, among other things, that the Islamic Center would help non-Muslims to integrate.

Interesting word choice. Not help Muslims to integrate into the American secular fabric, but to help non-Muslims to integrate. Into...a Sharia state? Is that the goal?

Those who wanted to speak filled out forms giving their names and their planned topics, and were each allotted two minutes, although pro-mosque speakers were frequently given much longer. Feisal Abdul Rauf must have taken ten minutes, and Daisy Khan about that long. I put down on my form something like "Sharia law" as my topic, and turned it in. It became clear as soon as speakers started being called that the people running the show planned to call only supporters of the mosque initiative first -- apparently so that as the speakers started to make the same points that had already been made by earlier speakers, and people started to leave the hall, the side that would be given short shrift would be the mosque opponents. So imagine my surprise when, very early in the meeting, when several people had already spoken for the mosque and scolded the "bigotry" of its opponents, the Board called as just the fourth or fifth speaker...Pamela Geller.

Pamela, who is always a dynamic speaker, gave the speech of her life -- I am hoping that video will be posted soon. She explained how historically Cordoba was actually a place where Jews and Christians were oppressed, and a pogrom against the Jews saw thousands murdered in 1011, and so for the mosque organizers to dub their initiative "Cordoba House" was not quite the tolerant, multicultural signal that everyone was taking it to be. She spoke about respecting the sensitivities of the 9/11 victims, and a great deal more. Her speech seemed to rattle the Board chairperson, who apparently hadn't expected a mosque opponent -- and particularly such a passionate and eloquent one -- to speak so early in the program, and shut down the speakers in favor of a lengthy and tedious discussion of parliamentary procedure and just what could and could not be decided by the Board that night.

Afterward, when I told Pamela how surprised I was that she got to speak in the first part of the program, amidst all the mosque supporters, she said it was because she wrote as her topic "Outreach." So she was chosen as one who would speak out in favor of the mosque, and didn't deliver quite what they had expected -- although her topic certainly was "outreach," all right, as in the reaching out of Sharia and Islamic supremacism.

The meeting dragged on. After a long dry spell, the speakers were called again. Several speakers spoke powerfully about how their opposition to the mosque wasn't hatred and bigotry at all, and criticized the Board and the pols for saying otherwise. Some said they opposed it because it was an insult to the victims of that terrible day. Some said they opposed it because while they'd have no problem with a mosque anywhere else, they thought it was insensitive to put it at Ground Zero. Some quoted some of Abdul Rauf's statements blaming America for 9/11 and supporting Sharia. A few did say that a realistic appraisal of Islamic doctrine would make any non-Muslim suicidally stupid to support a mosque in his neighborhood. Some said they opposed it because the mosque leaders and Board members were not being honest -- and that was certainly true. One Board member early on said that the Islamic Center at Ground Zero would contain no mosque. But then Abdul Rauf said that it would contain a "prayer area." And then Daisy Khan, apparently forgetting the smoothly deceptive script, asked the crowd (to multitudinous catcalls), "There are 200 mosques in New York. What's the problem with another?"

The circus atmosphere continued throughout the evening. Someone distributed pretzels to the crowd. At one point a man in a clerical collar appeared and would blow loudly on a shofar whenever a speaker who opposed the mosque finished addressing the crowd. The crowd never let the befuddled liberals of the Board and the smiling deceivers from the Muslim group get away with anything. But as the meeting neared the three-hour mark and talks grew repetitive and tedious indeed, Pamela and I both left, even though I hadn't yet been called to speak. After all, the Board can't decide anything. And it is abundantly clear that whoever really holds the cards on this issue has made his decision already.

At around 10:30, according to Jamie of HRCARI, after a five and a half hour meeting, the Board voted, 29 for, 9 against, one abstention, to approve the mosque. Many Board members took the opportunity to say that they had never seen such hatred spewed at their meetings, etc. -- and they didn't mean the Sharia supremacists. Immediately after the vote the press was given a written statement from Stringer congratulating the Board for voting as they did, which indicates that he knew all along the way the vote was going to go.

But that doesn't mean that the 9/11 Mosque is a fait accompli. Oh, no. The people in that room tonight who knew that they were being lied to and sold a bill of goods are not going to take this lying down. This is why it is all the more crucial for you, if you possibly can, to attend our June 6 rally at noon at Zucotti Park in lower Manhattan. This is our last chance to make our voices heard. And we will be heard.

Godspeed to you both, Robert and Pamela.

Looking forward to seeing you both and participating on the 6th.

"Afterward, when I told Pamela how surprised I was that she got to speak in the first part of the program, amidst all the mosque supporters, she said it was because she wrote as her topic "Outreach."

Good one! Brilliant move, Pamela! Yep, word choice matters. That was a verbal move worthy of a General, and I believe that Pamela is a General, in this undeclared war against Islam we're fighting. Brava.

I put down on my form something like "Sharia law" as my topic, and turned it in."

Which is why these Islam-Supporters' didn't call RS to speak. Dang. Hope we get a video of RS speaking on June 6.

Finally, there are 200 mosques in NYC? Now I'm deeply depressed. How have we let that happen?

200 some mosques in NYC, Kim, because we are a tolerant society and no Muslim society is. Instructive to all, to those who should not take tolerance to a suicidal limit in the name of tolerance and to those who have no real understanding of what tolerance means.

Like mushrooms pushing up through the loam after rainy weather. You don't notice until suddenly your lawn is covered with round white caps.

Racists, bigots, xenophobes, islamophobes. Will the uninformed and heated accusations of prejudice never end?

I think yes. There will come a time when those labels will no longer be effective against us. There will come a time when enough people -- enough to make a real difference -- will understand the essential (but terrible) "basics" of Islam, just like when the essential basics of Communism and Fascism and other "isms" finally became well known, at critical times in the past.

Islam cannot keep its dirty little secrets hidden forever, no matter how lithely they squirm and try to deflect attention away from the real issues. The patience of the people is being constantly tested by ever increasingly obvious obfuscations and lies. How many transparent untruths must be foisted upon the people before Islam finally takes its place next to those terrible "isms," where it belongs?

Islam is, by its very nature, a very violent and angry ideology. I say they cannot keep "the lid on" all that hate indefinitely. I say the lid is really going to blow at some point, and when it does, it will expose the true, ugly nature of Islam for all to see clearly, and for very many to see for the first, but most important, time.

"Daisy Khan, apparently forgetting the smoothly deceptive script, asked the crowd (to multitudinous catcalls), "There are 200 mosques in New York. What's the problem with another?""

Counter Question: If they already have 200 mosques in NY, why do they need another? And that too at this particular site, in an area which does not have any population of Muslims to justify yet another Mosque?

Opposing this center is the right thing to do even if at the end of the day it is approved, and built. It is not in vain but a demonstration that people are concerned and aware of what's going on. Whatever the outcome on this occasion I am sure there will be plenty more chances to voice one's opposition to such chicanery in the future, unfortunately.

I myself prefer the "enlighted" version of 9:29 --

"Fight those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and do not hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His creepo narcissistic Messenger, acknowledge not the 'religion of Truth,' (return the Jizya to) the People of the Book, and keep paying back that Jizya with willing submission, and feel yourselves (Muslims) righfully subdued."

Amen.

"...as they immediately began to brand the opponents of the mosque initiative as racists and bigots."

Racists and bigots? ...nice buzz words, but not true, since muslims are not a race. There are muslims from many different races.

"...or smooth-talking Muslim would excoriate "hatred" and "bigotry" and extol "tolerance."

Hatred and tolerance? ...more classic buzz words designed to guilt the listener. But again, not true, since issuing the truth is not hatred, and those against this mosque monstrosity are not obliged to tolerate islam in any of its supposed "moderate" or violent forms. Wait a minute, there is NO moderate islam -- so No mosque. Zero mosques near Ground Zero.

"Outreach":

Brilliant!!!

"Daisy Khan showed a brief Power Point presentation that said, among other things, that the Islamic Center would help non-Muslims to integrate."

No, what will really help the non-Muslims to integrate will be new churches, synagogues and temples in Muslim lands, especially in Saudi Arabia and preferably in the Hijaj - Mecca and Medina.

These congenital liars and hypocrites must not be allowed to get away with it. Every single deceitful statement of theirs should be challenged.

It will be great if their Powerpoint presentation can be obtained, dissected and a Counterpoint presentation and statement distributed publicly.

Great job, Pamela!!!

\\\\applause////applause\\\\applause////

Hey, do we get a say as to what would actually qualify -- to us -- as "bridge building?"

Aren't they REALLY saying: "Whether you like it or not, you're getting it, and whether you believe it or not, it's bridge building. Case closed."

Is it just me, or is that a classical example of Supremacist dictatorial hegemonic bullying?

Interesting that 29 of 39 Board members (74%) voted in favor of building the mosque/Islamic center in this location. Yet from newspaper polls I've seen of the opinions of the general public, over 80% of the people are opposed to building the mosque/Islamic center in this location.

What is it about these Board members that puts them so thoroughly out of touch with the general public? How did they come to have views that are so diametrically opposed to those of the general public?

Bravo Pamela and Robert, and all who spoke against the 9/11 Mosque.
Islamo-ignorance no longer rules. Everyone needs to know about this travesty on American soil. Bravi!

"What is it about these Board members that puts them so thoroughly out of touch with the general public? How did they come to have views that are so diametrically opposed to those of the general public?"
---------
Funny, you could just replace "these Board members" with "the Obama administration" and that statement would pretty much describe the whole country...

"Hey, do we get a say as to what would actually qualify -- to us -- as "bridge building?"

Good point, Eleanor; not only that, but the terrorists aren't even extending an apology for 9/11. I mean first things first, right? But I'll reserve holding my breath for the swimming pool. And didn't bin Laden just recently threaten us yet AGAIN if the terrorists were brought to justice? I mean the whole "bridge building" story is a complete and utter sham, and void of the key elements needed to build a bridge -- which would include the victims willingness and participation. A willingness that will never, nor should ever happen. Americans should NEVER, EVER be put in such a position or even asked to accept a mosque near Ground Zero. That is Hallowed Ground, for crying out loud, and building a mosque near this space is extremely disrespectful and cruel to decent freedom loving Americans. What part of "NO MOSQUE" don't they understand?

They are being profoundly sadistic, imo ...

Everything is for sale here, including our souls apparently. Like Robert said, the "fix" was in follow the money. Our leaders have been bought.

Incredible, isn't it?

This arrogant-beyond-belief Daisy Con, er Khan, can go right straight to hell (from whence she came)! And take "Slick" Rauf with her. Integrate my ass. What a farce.

I'm getting a bad feeling about this; is there any reason to think it can be stopped?

Thank you Robert & Pamela for being there for us.

But I'm sittin' here shakin' my head tonight.
What have we come to?

What a brilliant move by Pamela! Figures she'd do something like that.

God bless you both for all you do. I can't imagine how exhausting that meeting must have been. If I was only working right now and had the money, I would be there in NY to stand with you all.

I will be in Arizona on June 6th with family. Does anyone know if there are going to be similar protests spanning America?

I can't make it to New York, but I can go to a rally in the Phoenix area.

What if we have peaceful protests against the Islamization of America, one in each state, running at the same time,on 9/11/10?

I am thankful that Robert and Pam were there; thankful that others turned out to voice their opinion (aganist the mosque); Extreemly thankful that Pam Geller spoke (awe
some speaker)

But you're right, the "fix is in". Pam Geller wouldn't of been able to speak without a slight deception on her part. Yes, she did speak on "Outreach" - but not the type that is politically correct. Pam is not a raceist or an islamophobe she is a person who loves freedom and truth. Freedom and truth are not fashionable, not relevent. The liberal left has a different meaning of freedom, and they are the only ones with the correct definition of freedom. Islam hates freedom and wants to destroy it.

Multiculturalizm is in - truth is out.

Daisy Khan's statment is poignant "that the Islamic Center would help non-Muslims to integrate". Integrate into what? Islam? Yep, that is what she's saying!

Daisy Khan is speaking with the power and authority of Sharia and an Islamic supremacism. And the powers that be either aren't listening or don't care!

Daisy's other statment concerning the 200 mosque's already in New York shows her argonance! If you have 200 mosques in New York already, why do you need to build one where it offends others (at the WTC); actually the mosque is the problem! THE MOSQUE IS OFFENSIVE!!.

All of the terrorist were muslim! They were screeming allah is great! as they slit the throats of people on the planes; as they drove the planes into the WTC.

This was an attack by Islam on American soil(and it still is); muslim's the followers of Islamic teaching murdered over 3000 people.

This attack was and is Islam. Islam says conquer by the sword, subdue - forced submission.

I hope the mosque is not built, I hope it can be stopped, but quite frankly I don't have much hope.

Those 3000 people gave their lives in vain; we have forgotten what happened and it didn't take that long.

We the people elected a muslim president and even though he is destroying this country the out-cry is still not a roar like it should be.

I am so sad, so flustrated. Who would have ever thought that less than 9-years after 911 this could have even been considered, much less accepted by our elected officials.

Where is the out cry?

Aprilyn

What if we peaceful protest for the Government to protect our borders from all illegal immigration and to preserve and protect our right to free speech within our borders?

We must demand truth in reporting. The liberal media is not truthful reporting. I wonder how much stock the Saudis have in the mainstream media?

It is sad that our American Press would rather push a story about Lindsay Lohan and totally disregard the significance of a Mosque being built on the site of 9/11. One story is minutia and the other story is about fighting evil and standing for truth instead of deception.

Re: Daisy's helping non-Muslims to integrate.

Yes -- they *disseminate*; WE integrate.

What a crock of Shinola!

From the Jerusalem Post:

"The organizations sponsoring the project say they're trying to meet a growing need for prayer space in lower Manhattan, as well as provide a venue for the ***dissemination*** of mainstream Islam, to counter extremism."

http://www.jpost.com/International/Article.aspx?id=176507

###

There is only one kind of Islam. How will we be able to contain Islam if we continue to allow them to *disseminate* it?

Interesting that 29 of 39 Board members (74%) voted in favor of building the mosque/Islamic center in this location. Yet from newspaper polls I've seen of the opinions of the general public, over 80% of the people are opposed to building the mosque/Islamic center in this location.

It pretty much is the crux and has been the problem for a long time. The public are having very unpopular things pushed on them with little choice (bipartisan politics is hardly choice).. while those in positions of power ignore and betray them. It will eventually lead to civil unrest, but save that thought for a rainy day.

As sad as it is, I predict that despite all the screaming and jumping, the mosque will likely go ahead.

Americans don't know that once muslims build anything, consider that land lost .. just another Islamic land-grabbing thuggery!

"Daisy Khan is speaking with the power and authority of Sharia and an Islamic supremacism. And the powers that be either aren't listening or don't care!"
--------------
Worse, it appears to me that they're all in collusion, from the top down. Question is, does the top know the real truth, or are they being fed the same happy lines (i.e. "it's a happy religion of peace...)?"

"Daisy's other statment concerning the 200 mosque's already in New York shows her argonance! If you have 200 mosques in New York already, why do you need to build one where it offends others (at the WTC); actually the mosque is the problem! THE MOSQUE IS OFFENSIVE!!."
-------------
Just shows they DO NOT CARE about the feelings of anyone but themselves. They admit they have 200 mosques already, and they know this new mosque will upset a lot of people, but they don't care, they're going to have it anyway.

They don't care. They don't care all day. They don't care all night. They don't care about you, they don't care about me, they don't care about the 9/11 victims families begging them to PLEASE JUST BUILD IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Nope, no can do.

They don't give a crap. They're going to force this down our throats.

George, yes, this is insane. They're walking all over us, the bastards.

Hmmmm, I'm just trying to figure out how I went from being just "Eleanor" to being "Eleanor Ruth" now.

I was screwing around with my settings and I guess I must've changed something...weird. I'm going to try to change it back if I can. My middle name is SO private, ya know! LOL

Hey I don't know if I can do it but there's a microblog feature I just saw on TypePad and I'd like to start posting stuff there- you know, my silly stuff. I don't know much about it and I want to get more info before I do that. I know duh_swami posts on his and others do as well, but I don't know how public it is. Some of my "stuff" is a bit irreverent, like DOI, and if it's general public, I don't know that I should do it...

Yayyy! Back to the old "Eleanor!" I feel like "me" again! I feel like having a wisdom tooth out tomorrow! Yayy, uh, no BOOOO!!!

(ouch)

Strange, now all my "Eleanor Ruth" posts changed back to just "Eleanor" ...like it never happened (spooky). And I should say, I'm not really having a wisdom tooth out tomorrow! Those were out years ago. This is just a broken, unfixable molar. (still ouch).

Anyway, I wonder what's up with the deal with having the Burlington Coat Factory Building (mosque site) designated as a historic building site...I wonder if that came up at the meeting? At least it could be another angle to try and stop the hideous thing:

http://abcnews.go.com/US/ground-mosque-faces-obstacle/story?id=10738961

"Interesting word choice. Not help Muslims to integrate into the American secular fabric, but to help non-Muslims to integrate. Into...a Sharia state? Is that the goal?"

Yes.

We all know it is. What other goal is there for a good muslim? What does the false prophet command? Slavery. They must obey and make more slaves. No choices. Just islam.

No islam...Know Peace.
Know islam...Throw up!

"Daisy Khan:... "There are 200 mosques in New York. What's the problem with another?"

Counter Question: If they already have 200 mosques in NY, why do they need another?

Or: "there are no churches in Saudi Arabia, what's the problem with (building) one? Or 200?"

There are enough Christians, both local and foreign, in Sowdi Arabia to justify it.

A construction project in Manhattan? Kinda makes me wish for a few Soprano-type guys:

A few labor disputes; materials shortages; exposure of bribed building inspectors; a few costly and time-consuming "accidents"...

Bada-bing!

."How did they come to have views that are so diametrically opposed to those of the general public?"

Simple. It is the induction effect of Petro dollars! Petro dollars power direct or otherwise is cleverly used to buy the complicity of ruling elite class in non-Muslim countries. It is being incorrectly termed as stupidity of our rulers or Dhimmitude. The supporting elite are a cunning lot and they have coined intellectually deceitful words and phrases not only to do their business but also to admonish dissent and resistance by majority who are well aware of the dangers posed by political expansionist ideology of Islam. As long as oil prices rule the roost, the elites succumbing to Petro dollars influence will continue unabated. Just studying the activities of the man behind the mosque must make it clear the hidden driving force behind all that is unfolding now. The Petro dollars can overnight force a stunning change in the policy and ideology of a major news media or network. If that is the case, how can a man keep quiet when huge funds are at his disposal?

All kinds of Jihads will die a natural death if the price of oil crash to around $ 30. Till such time, the best counter by non-Muslims to end this menace is to raise a group of committed people and fund them well to take up the task of building a place of worship in Muslim countries for every Mosque built in non-Muslim countries. Such a thing will be intensely disliked by Muslims. The elite automatically get cornered as they cannot defend and shamelessly advocate for one way traffic. It is difficult to fight it out by protests or even politically as ultimately cash can smash all hurdles.

Ingrid Mattson said she was appointed to tell the government "what Muslims want." Now Daisy Khan, a nobody, wants to integrate non-Muslims (into Islam.)
It looks like a fait accompli.
The US was defeated on 9/11.
Now for the resistance. We have to be clever. One thing they expect of us is stupidity (with good reason).
Time to brush up on our very own Machiavelli.

29 to 9 vote? Hmmm. Sounds like some investigative work needs to be done as to who took the pay-off for the *insulting* public display of support.

No American . . . especially a NEW YORKER . . . could support such a blatant "in your face" conquest momument without a payoff. It's completely UN-American!

Sniff . . . sniff . . . the stench is getting pungent.

25 of the current 28 civil wars involve Muslims. Civil war has been Islam's modus operandi since Mohammed. This in-our-face mosque thing is merely a ploy to incite our extremists to start killing Muslims. Then the Muslims will cry "Oh no, the racists are killing us!" And al Qaeda rides to the rescue. Civil war begins -- the long war commences.

500 years after invading the Balkans the Muslim juggernaut roles on:

8/09 Bosnia's muslim spiritual leader Mustafa Ceric declared Serbian muslim-majority territory boarding Montenegro as muslim homelands.

Yes, the same muslims we saved from ethnic cleansing by bombing Christian Serbs in the 90's are now claiming more Serbian land.

Next Muslim civil war campaign?

"We're the ones who will change you," Activist Krekar told Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet in his first interview since an uproar broke out over cartoons deemed offensive to Muslims.
"Just look at the development within Europe, where the number of Muslims is expanding like mosquitoes," Krekar said. "Every western woman in the EU is producing an average of 1.4 children. Every Muslim woman in the same countries are producing 3.5 children.”

My Hindu doctor, whose family lost a fortune when Muslims ripped of a huge chunk of India to create Pakistan, said: "They will win. They never give up. Never."

Chan, characterized all opposition to the mosque as hatred and bigotry, and said that to support the mosque was simply a matter of tolerance and pluralism.

Tolerance?? I can't think of one good reason to be tolerant of Mahoundians or anything Islam...I don't see any reason to be 'tolerant' about this particular mosque or any mosque...SCREW TOLERANCE...Screw pluralism, and all this useless talk...if it takes bigotry, and hatred to drive a stake into Allah's evil heart, then I will find some...Maybe I can find a liberal apologist like Chan, that has some I can borrow...

It was gratifying to hear the crowd response to Pamela's words. It's disgusting that she felt she had to use subterfuge ("outreach") just to be allowed to speak. I have seen this at mosque kumbaya meetings, where questions must be submitted in writing and, what do you know, they are all softballs and flattery....

Great one, Pam! Thanks to all who showed up to oppose this, and let's give them lots more "rowdy" on June 6th! Little Miss Daisy is so sure of the ignorance of her dhimmi supporters that she knows she can say "help non-Muslims to integrate" and they will baaahhh like sheep because they don't even know that she just declared herself in charge.

They need to be put in their place: they are enemy combatants here on our soil. No American, certainly no New Yorker, should have anything to do with Muslims unless it is clear that THEY FEEL THEMSELVES SUBDUED.

The dhimmis who live downtown in Tribeca and all those new neighborhoods near Ground Zero are collaborators who think they can forget what happened there and enjoy their little film festivals and the rest their dancing on that grave with those who made it a grave. If nothing else they need to learn that we will never give up, and they will not get their nice little trendy PC/MC neighborhood back until they grow enough spine to bar the enemy from their midst.

Once upon a time, there where 2000 Hindu temples in India.

But then the jihad came and jihadis destroyed all of the temples because "there is no God but Allah and Mohammed is his prophet". Plus, Muslims like to destroy things.

On the foundations of these temples and, in many cases, using the rubble of the temple that was destroyed, Muslims had their Hindu slaves build mosques.

Islam is timeless. The stealth jihadis are trying, once again, to claim "conquered" territory as Islam's. Just say "No" to Islam. People of New York, Never Submit!

How many mosques are there in the USA?
200 hundred in New York alone?
They keep on going, just like in Europe.
Western governments are cowards and let it happen, against the wishes of the people.

I like the way you said that, FedUp.

Yes, we have to get Islam and it's followers' out of our country. Anyone can see what things will be like in 25 years.

Daisy Khan showed a brief Power Point presentation that said, among other things, that the Islamic Center would help non-Muslims to integrate.
...................

"Integrate"? Into our own country? Into a "multicultural paradise"?

More:

Interesting word choice. Not help Muslims to integrate into the American secular fabric, but to help non-Muslims to integrate. Into...a Sharia state? Is that the goal?
...................

Here's Daisy Khan, from about a year ago:

"The Taliban, Sharia and Women's Leadership"

How would you respond to radical Muslim clerics in northwest Pakistan -- now under Islamic law -- who are calling for expansion of Islamic law across the entire federal republic of Pakistan. Should any nation be governed by religious rules.

...I too am frightened for Pakistan. *Not because Shari'a is coming to town*, but because of those who are bringing it. [emphasis mine, GI]

She talks about women, and about the supposed "Golden Age of Islam" when there was—somehow—good Shari'ah. Oddly—or perhaps not so oddly—she doesn't actually talk about these topics *together*—her example about women is from the West. The implication that somehow women were able to function freely during the "Golden Age of Islam" is never made explicit.

She goes on to say, "We do not need you to simply criticize Islam and Islamic law, but rather, to understand it and call out those who manipulate it." This, clearly, is aimed largely at critics in the West.

Khan *never says* how the Taliban is getting Shari'ah wrong—or what the supposedly correctly-interpreted Shari'ah would *actually look like*.

But she's all for it.

http://newsweek.washingtonpost.com/onfaith/panelists/daisy_khan/2009/04/the_taliban_sharia_and_womens_leadership.html

(most of the comments, surprisingly, are very good)

It's like a kick in the face of the dead and there relatives, that a place where mass murder was committed in the name of Islam now a building in it's honor will be build.
It's like holding a Nazi congress in Auschwitz.
It's completely insane it also shows the deep disrespect Muslims have for the victims of Islamic Jihad. That it even comes to actual debate and that it's talked about is utterly outrageous.

If I had a chance to air my thoughts on the Ground Zero Mosque here is what I would have said:

Tolerance and the Ground Zero Mosque

Ladies and Gentleman my discussion point revolves around the word tolerance. It does so because the message the leaders of this project are conveying encompasses this very word along with interfaith dialogue and bridge building as key selling points. At a cursory glance I did agree with them but was wondering how visibly this message was contradicted by the actual state of affairs in the Islamic world. This prompted me to do some digging. What I found left me with the impression their message in actuality was quite disingenuous. Here is why:

1) When I read Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf’s book titled “What’s Right with Islam” I couldn’t help but feel this book, while well intentioned, was largely a “rah rah” for Islam. Well as it would be several weeks later I learned the Arabic title of the book was “A Call to Prayer from the Rubble of the Trade Centers: Islamic Dawa from the Heart of 9/11." Wow this project is call to Islam using 9/11 as a backdrop

2) Ironically enough his wife validated my first point by stating a focus of the project was to “integrate non Muslims” during the board meeting. Mind you it was not to integrate the minority of Muslims into American culture but integrate the majority Americans into Islam

3) As it would be there is a pattern of this type of mindless insensitivity towards non Muslims throughout history. Today two recent instances best exemplify this:

a. Over the course of the past few years I have had the privilege of attending several of inter faith dialogue sessions and the number one issue with the non Muslims afterwards has always been “they do all the telling and almost no listening. They were only interested in calling us to Islam instead of addressing the concerns of religious persecution endemic across the Islamic world”

b. Dalia Mogahed, Obama’s Muslim advisor, when asked to describe her job did not use a patriotic description along the lines of “what can we do for our country” but instead boldly said it was to tell the administration “What Muslims want”

4) Now when you take into context the aforementioned three points and cross reference it with the state of the Islamic world things really start to make sense. For if this project was truly about building bridges one would think they would be attacking the heart of the problem that exists within the Islamic world not in the heart of America. Yet they do not ignoring the following facts:

a. Year after year it is Islamic states that have uniquely comprised 60 to 80% of the world’s top 30 worst state abusers of human and religious rights

b. The Islamic world is awash with states that either categorically ban other religions or severely restrict them

c. All Islamic state prohibit missionary work for all non Muslims under pain of prison, deportation, and even sometimes death

d. Islamic states are the only nations to have to have a separate legal code for religious minorities clearly demarking them as not equal to Muslims

e. Over the past few decades the majority of Islamic states have seen their religious minorities shrink to a fraction of their size due to persecution

Well ladies and gentleman I don’t know about you but the conclusion I have reached is that this $100 million dollar project is not truly about tolerance or bridge building. If it were one would think a better target for these funds would be places such as Darfur, Somalia, Kashmir, Thailand, the Philippines, or Pakistan that have literally left millions dead due to the intolerance of their coreligionists. Or even better yet why have they not considered using the funds to battle religious persecution and radicalism endemic across the Islamic world? Sadly instead they feel the need to use the events of 9/11 as a pulpit for Dawa clearly demonstrating to all the lives or feelings of non Muslims simply do not matter when it comes to calling non believers to Islam. By now it should be plain to all that the people behind his project are incapable of and in fact unwilling to hear us and that my friends is not tolerance but intolerance at its worst. It is why this project must be met with a resounding no! Failure to do so is only a futile exercise of once again trying to tolerate the intolerant.

El,

That could be an interesting wrinkle. But we haven't had any luck with these "commissions" so far! It seems they're packed with cowards & ignoramii. But any and every obstacle needs to be thrown in the path of these smug cretins!
Daisy Khan and her "non-muslim integration."
STFU and bugger off, Daisy!

Good luck with that tooth! The seat of my pants is most familiar with the seat of the dental-chair. I feel your pain! But I never inhaled...

People,

why so much fuss over another mosque; there are already 200, you are a tolerant society, let it be built.

Also how does this compare to the number of churches in NYC?

Let bygones by bygones, do not punish our whole community because of the spectular horror achieved by just 19 people.

It maybe the closest mosque to ground zero, but it's not actually on ground zero, words need to be carefully chosen.

"I don't think anybody wants to do anything to disrespect those families. They made the ultimate sacrifice," he said. "At the same time, we have to balance diversity and look for opportunities to bring different groups together." - Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer

These words will go down in infamy. To "balance diversity and look for opportunities to bring different groups together" is new Left speak for pacifying the American people against the invasion of an aggressive cult-like ideology responsible for the attack on 9/11. The 9/11 Mosque is a crowing triumphalism of the success of the Jihad against American freedom, a back door way to bring Sharia to our shores, and subdue us all for Allah. Islam is finely tuned to deceiving its potential victims with platitudes of peace, while it plots to subdue us into its primitive enslaving ideology, as laid out by its 7th century warlord Mohammad. They expect us to 'submit' to their demands, and they use that new Left speak as the wedge with which to put their Islamic agenda into our door of freedom. We must not let that happen, and to educate the American people on what Islam is really all about is the first defense against this revolting ideology.

Mark my words, if the 9/11 Mosque is built, it is only a matter of time before the same factional religio-wars that plague the rest of Dar-al-Islam come to our shores. The bombs that go off in their mosques over there will be going off here too. Is this what Springer will call "diversity" of bringing people together? There should be loud calls of "SHAME SHAME!" This 9/11 Mosque is a shame for all decent reasonable free people of the globe. New York, if it is truly not on Saudi's payroll, should answer with a resounding "NO!!!"

Oh Good God Jesus, here comes a Mohammedan.

"Also how does this compare to the number of churches in NYC?"

Are you joking? America is a Judeo-Christian country, Thank God, NOT Islamic. There shouldn't be any mosques in NYC, or in America, or in Western Europe. Why can't you stay in your own islamic countries? Not good enough for you?

"Tolerance becomes a crime when applied to evil." - Thomas Mann

And this is what we are doing when we tolerate islam - tolerating evil. Shame on us.

"Let bygones by bygones, do not punish our whole community because of the spectular (sic) horror achieved by just 19 people."

There's so much wrong with the Mohammedan's above statement that I hardly know where to begin. But, that arrogant slimy glib smug nasty insensitive compassionless merciless sociopathic statement above reminds me of "allah," their evil mass-murdering moon deity, and of Muhammed, a hate-filled mass-murderer who slaughtered the Jews and Christians of Arabia. Yes, "Asdeesh Ali" - that's who and what you remind me of. You like?

You need to choose your words carefully, Barbarian.

Your logic is heartless and in keeping with what I've come to expect from the majority of soulless, sociopathic muslims.

Punish muslims? What, is it always about what muslims want? What about what others want, or in this case -- DON'T want?

"...words need to be carefully chosen."

Yeah, let it start with you! ...since your own words are callous and careless.

'We don't want to upset 9/11 families but we have to balance diversity': Mosque near Ground Zero gets go-ahead

Mosks (I like that spelling) are a blot and a plague on our American landscape.

Hey Champ - can you believe that arrogant, snotty Mohammedan? Yes, he's "heartless" - and so is islam.

Let me "choose my words carefully": Get out of our country and go back to your own, and take your accursed, evil Fascist Nazi ideology with you.

You're not wanted here.

(Frank Gaffney and Robert Spencer on G.G. Liddy Show...)

Good evening board members: YOU IGNORANT FOOLS!

Islam = Sharia = Supremacism = Totalitarianism

“There are only three choices in Islam: either willing submission; or payment of the jizya, thereby physical, though not spiritual, submission to the authority of Islam; or the sword – for it is not right to let him [an infidel] live. The matter is summed up for every person alive: either submit, or live under the suzerainty of Islam, or die.” (The Al Qaeda Reader (page 19), Raymond Ibrahim, Ed/Translator, 2007.)

Thanks to Robert, Pamela and everyone else who spoke out against the Feisal Abdul Rauf Monument to Islamist Arrogance. Hopefully, the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission will torpedo this heinous proposal.

@ Aadeesh Ali

"why so much fuss over another mosque; there are already 200, you are a tolerant society, let it be built."

We are tolerant. Islam is not.

"Also how does this compare to the number of churches in NYC?"

Because churches - or rather, the teachings that take place within churches - don't teach their people to subjugate or kill others. Islam does.

"Let bygones by bygones, do not punish our whole community because of the spectular horror achieved by just 19 people."

No. We will not stand for this insult and symbol of Islamic supremacism. These "just 19 people" were following the commands of Islam. You know this. And so do we.

"It maybe the closest mosque to ground zero, but it's not actually on ground zero, words need to be carefully chosen."

My words are carefully chosen. They always are. They are here in response to your comments. I suggest you read them.

Hi, Kim ...yeah he has some nerve posting that pathetic comment and leveling let "bygones be bygones" on US over the heinous 9/11 travesty. We should never let bygones be bygones, not ever; since we should never forget 9/11 for the sake of our children and g'children. NOT EVER! Letting bygones be bygones would be the most dangerous and stupidest thing Americans could ever do! ...and I am aghast at him even suggesting such a thing. Again, what nerve.

Let bygones by bygones, do not punish our whole community because of the spectular horror achieved by just 19 people.

"Let bygones by bygones" does not exist in acts of war. Did Roosevelt just roll over when Japan attacked Pearl Harbor? Did we turn our backs on the sinking of Lusitania? Are you familiar with Casus belli? We have a right to fight back against an attack by Dar-al-Islam on American soil. Those "19 people" were the front army of Jihad against America, not just 19 random people. They acted on the principles of Jihad, as defined by your 7th century warlord Mohammad. We know this, and it serves you nothing to make it sound like it was not war.

Islam declared war on us. Do not push our universal tolerance to its limits, the blow back can be fatal to you. The 9/11 Mosque is one more provocation. Casus belli will demand a response, if not now, in time. We can be pushed only so far. I predict the response will prove fatal to Islam.

The imam said that this mosque should be built to "bridge the divide". I don't think it has done that do you? Now the divide is wider than the Grand Canyon. If anything, this mosque thing has brought together thousands of us who are like minded but didn't know it until now. We knew there were others sure, but not HOW MANY others! I'm proud to be in such company :)
Way to create civil unrest Imam.

"let bygones be bygones" from the cult follower above.
ER.....NOT!!! We have an elephant's memory when it comes to Sept. 11. Such a whimsical statement regarding such a murderous day is just what I would expect from barbarians.

...after a five and a half hour meeting, the Board voted, 29 for, 9 against, one abstention, to approve the mosque.

This reflects the overall problem of the West in its persisting myopia to the danger of Islam.

I.e., "29 for Islam, 9 against." That pretty much sums up the breakdown throughout the West on Islam.

Jihad Watchers are regularly made aware of such a breakdown, but usually find, in my estimation, erroneous ways of explaining it:

For example, the "29 for, 9 against" will be explained by recourse to Elitistics: Those 29 are all "Elites", and as we know "Elites" are mostly dastardly people who, motivated by greed and/or power, knowingly collude with our evil enemies.

Or the "29 for, 9 against" is explained by recourse to the "Leftist Explanation": All the resistance we see in the West to waking up to the problem of Islam is explained by those damned Lefties and Libs. This explanation has a giant hole in it: it fails to factor in the fact that most Conservatives and Centrists throughout the West are also clueless about the danger of Islam.

Or the "29 for, 9 against" is explained by recourse to the "Saudi Explanation" -- i.e., Saudi oil money bought off the 29, and apparently buys off all the other Westerners who continue to whitewash Islam.

Rather than indulge these fanciful explanations, I would suggest to the Jihad Watchers that the "29 for, 9 against" simply represents the current, abysmal stage of the Western learning curve, which continues to be retarded in its growth due to the prevalence of PC MC. I.e., those 29 people on the Board are not Elites of a dastardly cabal, not all Chomskyite Leftists, not all so greedy they would knowing take Saudi money with the full knowledge that they are aiding and abetting our mortal enemy: they are just normal, relatively decent, intelligent, sincere people (with the usual caveats that "nobody's perfect") whose hearts and minds have been warped by PC MC -- just as most people throughout the West continue to be.

I know this is a dismal prospect to swallow, and makes the problem that much more amorphous, elusive and widespread -- but sometimes reality's a bitch.

Kinana,

"from newspaper polls I've seen of the opinions of the general public, over 80% of the people are opposed to building the mosque/Islamic center in this location."

Do you have some links for this? Thanks.

Hear, hear, BofT!!! ...you nailed it!

Kim,

How long can you hold grudges for? It was 19 fanatics, who plotted for a long time for their perverted success as well as the failure of your security services, lack of airport security, lack of shooting the planes down etc. The rest of our community do not hold the same fanatism.

OK, granted you lost a couple of buildings and a few thousand people to them & that was very damaging to you;

But leading upto 1925 we lost a whole(Ottoman)empire and our caliphate system to boot; not to mention all the colonianism to our lands by kuffar for decades.

The damage done to Islam's name and fortunes is still reveberating with us today - yet hardly any muslim mentions caliphate or any of those damages done to us.

In essence we have let bygones be bygones - you need to do the same.

I know it's a lot harder if you had friends killed in 9/11 but if you just another American; hey come on, give us a break.

Hesperado,

29 for , 9 against.

That is an overwhelming success for the speakers for bridging with Islam - and these are people in power.

Invariably it is the powerless and those who lack confidence who make these grand speeches of "damage to them" but ofcourse also possess the ability to make no difference to a situation.

I hope now that you see what a waste of time your "protest" was but that you move with the times that the power people have.

Another what was it 13 floors (or was it extended to 15 floors) mosque will see the light of day, and perhaps in the fullness of time it's minerates will host the ahzan to the fortunates of NYC.

Glad you let "bygones be bygones" in response to the loss of your Caliphate, but why are you trying to bring it back with universal Sharia? This is so typical of Islamic blind fanaticism, that they can belittle our efforts at self defense (it's "our failure in airport security" which was unnecessary before Islam attacked), but they continue to "still reverberate" some slight done to them, a la Mohammad cartoons, loss of ancient Caliphate, Israel's existence in Dar-al-Islam, etc. They are always the ones aggrieved, while we're supposed to forget about their attacks on us, like it's nothing. After all, all they are doing is promoting their Islam, so what's the big deal? Because in the end, Islam never forgets, and it never allows bygones, same as it did not for 1400 years of Islamic supremacy ambitions. The 9/11 Mosque is just one more attack, that's all.

There will come a time, and for some of us the time is now, that free people will truly understand the corrosive nature of Islam, its revolting primitive ideology, and they will recoil in horror from it, not with tolerance for 'diversity' but with uncharacteristic vengeance. This is already happening in Europe, and with this mosque at Ground Zero it will awaken the horrors of Islam here in America too. It's just time, Islam in America is setting itself up for total rejection at Ground Zero, their 'end of times'.

How long can you hold grudges for?

till the end of time...

"How long can you hold grudges for?"

What an idiotic question. Holding a grudge is not what this is about. That question would pertain to someone on a personal level, but the attack on 9/11 was an act of war which pertains to our nation on a military level.

Grow a brain ...

Bug off, Barbarian. As I said - and I choose my words carefully - go back to your islamic hell-hole, and get out of our country, you mass-murderers. And take your rotten, vile, evil Fascist Nazi pathetic pitiful 7th century AD political ideology with you.

Good Riddance to Bad Rubbish.

Grow a brain ...

What this ignorant poster Ali fails to understand is that the West's secular society is a dynamic process that started 2500 years ago in Athens, far longer than his idiotic sharia world 1400 years ago. Our democracy is both a blessing and a curse, in that once people come out of their sleep, they respond with characteristic heroism and action. We as a dynamic society are not afraid of change, something we live with all the time, we question, we examine, and then we act when necessary. The curse of democracy is that good people do nothing, that they prefer not to be bothered or to know what dangers lurk. The blessing is that once they do know, they are unstoppable. It is not that we "hold a grudge", but that we take action to stop oppressions to our freedoms when it is time to do so. Islam has no chance against us once we awake. The braindead zombies don't understand this. It's just a matter of time.

This is a sick, perversion of justice, and exemplifies why 'political-correctness' is ultimately going to allow America to go the way of Eurabia. Imagine the thought of building a tribute to Germany at Auschwitz, or a mammoth cathedral glorifying America in the center of Nagasaki. God-forbid that this travesty moves forward, I sincerely hope, with all of my heart, that the fate of the cordoba center ends in a similar fashion as the WTC.

Aadeesh says,

"Let bygones be bygones, do not punish our whole community because of the spectular (sic)
horror achieved by just 19 people."

Bygones, Aadeesh? Who said anything's "gone by?" 9/11 still feels like a fresh wound to me. And those weren't just "19 people," Mr. Taqiyya Sunrise. Those were 19 allahu akbar-shouting, throat-cutting, mass-murdering MUSLIMS! I choose to neither forgive nor forget that. EVER.

Oh, and don't punish your "whole community?" But that's the problem, after all. You haven't been punished at all, have you? And it would be so GOOD for you! Your "community" is a scourge on civilization. A stain on history.
A plague on free people. The antithesis of freedom. The denial of beauty and truth. Do you get what I'm saying here, Aadeesh? There's no shame in hating islam! It's a healthy response!

Let's talk about "bygones" when this war is over and islam has been crushed, eliminated as a threat to decent people. Then we can check-in again and see how that "forgive and forget" spirit is working for YOU. OK?

Hope that helps!

"Bygones, Aadeesh? Who said anything's "gone by?" 9/11 still feels like a fresh wound to me. And those weren't just "19 people," Mr. Taqiyya Sunrise. Those were 19 allahu akbar-shouting, throat-cutting, mass-murdering male MUSLIMS! I choose to neither forgive nor forget that. EVER.

Bravo. Exactly. Hating Islam is the same as hating Fascism and Nazism - a HEALTHY response.

Pamela walked like a lioness after her speech.

Brilliant!

I think our dear Aadeesh is just tweaking us now--like poking into a nest of angry hornets.
Better have his fun while he can; islam can't run this game indefinitely, the "bill" is already overdue. And he will learn that hornets can sting...

"How long can you hold grudges for?"

As long as Islam continues to teach hatred and violence and its followers obey those teachings.

"It was 19 fanatics, who plotted for a long time for their perverted success as well as the failure of your security services, lack of airport security, lack of shooting the planes down etc. The rest of our community do not hold the same fanatism."

You're new here, eh? We know what Islam teaches. Go blather your nonsense somewhere else about Islam being a peaceful and only hijacked by fanatics.

I will not dignify the rest of your comment with a response, except to say this: People following the teachings of your religion incinerated nearly 3,000 civilians, on our soil, in a time of peace, and you have the gall to make MUSLIMS the victims?

Sickening.

Exactly. Hey al-Jon - you like islam so much? Then go live in an islamic country, you Mohammedan hypocrite! Go enjoy yourself in Yemen!

"In essence we have let bygones be bygones"

LOL - It looks like your buddies in the Muslim Thinkers, Hizb ut-Tahrir, the Ikhwan and every other caliphate-pushing troglodyte in the Jihadist Internationale didn't get the memo, Aadeesh. Thanks for the laugh, though. :)

Exactly, Mike; bin Laden in particular, who keeps threatening us over, and over again. Hmm, maybe the bats have gone on strike and they don't deliver memos into the dark, dank depths of caves any more ...

Apparently not, champ.

I know this is a dismal prospect to swallow, and makes the problem that much more amorphous, elusive and widespread -- but sometimes reality's a bitch.

Hesp, the reality is an even bigger bitch than that. What these barbarians are angling for, in the long run, is to establish a world Caliphate. But where to put it? Mecca or Medina? No, not central enough for their world conquest ambitions. Maybe Paris or London or Rome? Okay, but still not best pick. How about the United Nations in midtown Manhattan? Getting warmer, pretty close. So how about at the financial commercial center of the world, Wall Street? Is Ground Zero close enough? How about at the 9/11 Cordoba Masjid, all 13 stories of it, with eventually much higher minarets? Hoorah for Islam! Stupid Stringer is being strung along, he doesn't get it. Once land is given up to a masjid, it is Islam's in perpetuity in their belief system.

There's the real bitch of it, that they want to make their world Caliphate headquarters in New York, and expect our universal tolerance to not only let them, but in the spirit of multiculturalism, to embrace the idea. Too far fetched, too sci-fi-Orwellian? Don't bet on it. Islam has a long history of conquest, and they think in their deceitful little minds like masterful long term conspirators, finding ways to unbalance the enemy, taking hostages for ransom, all the while smiling at our 'religion of peace' Islamo-ignorant guilbility. Will they be surprised, when the West wakes up. Their New York based Cordoba Caliphate will ultimately be their own death knell, when New Yorkers protest with "death to Islam!". Don't think it can't happen.

The meretricious "Aadeesh Ali" wrote:

What crap. Jihadists constantly speak of wanting to reinstate the Caliphate. And no damage has been done to "the name" of Islam—Westerners had a better understanding of the threat of Islam just a few generations ago. As to its "fortunes", clearly you are one of those Muslims reveling in the resurgence of predatory Islam.

With its constant calls for "revenge" and its innate doctrine of supremacy, Islam *never* lets "bygones be bygones". Muslims want to destroy New York and the other great cities of Dar-al-Harb—London, Paris, Madrid—in the name of Constantinople and "Rum", just as the "Prophet" Muhammed dreamed.

Abullah Mikail old buddy, that you?

Islam is equivleent to nazism, teaching to subjegate non-beleivers and women. You either are ingorant of your own religion or you know this and you are fine with it.

if you're serious about honest discussion you might explain some of the impropriaties of mohammad who is supposed to be a "great example" and yet was fine with raping and beating women, having sex with 9 year olds and raiding and murdering. otherwise, you're a transparent apollogist for a fascist religious/social system and a troll and should be gone.

So, which number wife is Daisy Khan?

Tell they can have a mosque at ground zero when we can have a cathedral next to the Ka'ab. WE might even settle for a small chapel.

Great work Pamela and Robert,et.al.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do! I am very saddened by the catholic priest who spoke in support of the mosque at Ground Zero. Unfortunately, too many members of the clergy are grossly naive about this ideology-political system. Does he know that catholic priests have been crucified in muslim countries like Sudan just for being a priest? Has he heard of Bishop Gassis who has been speaking out against the islamic government's genocide of christians and non-muslims in southern Sudan for the past twenty years? I will pray for him that he wakes up. We don't need naive priests.I'll be there June 6. Keep up the great work!!

This also shows the hypocrisy of Islam itself--when Muslims shill much about "xenophobia" and "hatred"--while PROMOTING both of these qualities as a rule (one needs only examine its record elsewhere--it is a religion which DOES NOT promote harmony, and indeed was the one which provided the Nazis the idea of how to identify Jews).

A religion which does not even love its own (in fact during the last 90 years, 5 million of its adherents have been murdered by their own "brethren"--most grotesquely in 1971 "Operation Searchlight" (1) and the last 7 years in Darfur (2)), and whose adherents have never been able to figure out the shortcomings of their historical regimes, has no business existing!

  1. 3.5 million Bengalis and Chittagong Hill Tracts tribals (of which 2.3 million total were Muslims) murdered grotesquely by venal Punjabi and mohajir Muslims of Pakistan's terrorist-organisation army
  2. in Darfur, over 500,000 ethnic African (Fur, Daza, Zaghawa, ...) Muslims have been murdered (in manner similar to "Operation Searchlight") by al-Bashir government in Khartoum

If they build the Cordoba 9/11 Mega-Masjid, the die is cast. All we can do then is sit back and watch, let history take its natural course. And it may be a bloody war, Islam will not die easy. They have a very long painful trail of sins to answer for, their own hell. And we will make them accountable.

Ironically, this is within the very long occultation shadow of a very long war, between the Greeks and Persia, Athens and Darius, and Xerxes, between Freedom and Slavery, a war lasting millennia. It's not over. This war may finally end it.

"Power to the people!!"

June 6th. ||*

Hi George, and thanks for the wishes, but it didn't go too well -- worst dental experience of my life. My doc is a great dentist and and a great guy, but he had a lot of trouble with the roots...a LOT of trouble. SO much pain, my god I thought I was either going to get up and run out screaming, or die. On a scale of 1 - 10 he placed it at "8" for difficulty.

I placed it at "12" for pain, even with half a dozen lidocaine injectons.

Oh well, it's over now, and the percocet might make it all better! HaHa (muffled as I swollenly bite on gauze)

Ok people when this situation was brought to our attention approximtely a month ago I said the mosque would be built.
NO NO was the resounding cry!!

So the Board Members were shocked by the hatred and bigotry expressed at the meeting, their statement was that they "extol tolerance". Maybe these Board members were living in a cave when 911 happened, I don't know, I don't care. They the Board Members do not belong on that Board!!!

What I do know is that these Board members, these men and women hold this position for only a few reasons. And what are these reasons. The reasons are simple, they are either elected to this position; appointed to this position, (by someone who is an elected offical), they donate their time, or they are salaried employees of the city of New York.

Whatever the reason these men and women hold this position doesn't matter, they need to be removed immediately!!!

So citizens of New York city who watched in horror during the Islamic terror attck; who watched the jumpers and the Towers fall; New Yorkers who were covered with and breathed the cremates of your fellow citizen. Who loss the best of the best in your "First Responders". STAND UP NOW!! REMOVE THESE WHO DO NOT SPEAK FOR NEW YORKERS OR FORVER BE SILENT!!! Also, hang you're heads for you have forgtten betrayed those who were murdered.

And to Aadeesh Ali

How long will we blame the whole of the Islamic community for the actions of the few; when the whole of the Islamic community stands and protests each and every act of Islamic terrorism perpetrated by muslims. When Sharia law is not the cry of your heart in this LAND THAT YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO LIVE IN!!!. For if Sharia law and the Islamic way of life are your goal please leave, NOW!! Go live, prosper, and worship somewhere else.

America does not need to prove/show tolerance, Islam does!!! Islam murderes the non-believer and their own. Islam destroyes whatever it touches.

NEW YORKERS/AMERICANS

I leave you with the words of a great men and women:

If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without bloodshed,
If you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly,
You may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival.
There may be even a worse fate you may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves...Winston Churchill

(Oh just in case anyone is uncertain of where we are in the time frame of the above quote, "precarious" is the key word here and "worse fate" is but a few few steps behind.)

All it takes for evil to florish is for good men to do nothing..Unknown

To sin by silence when we should protest makes cowards out of men...Ella Wheeler Wilcox

The betrayal of our past, the squandering of our freedom...President Ronald Reagan

Aw, El, I'm sorry it went badly. There is NO pain like dental-pain. When I had my wisdoms out (2 sits) I opted for IV sedation with Valium. That almost made it worthwhile, LOL!
But I've had times of intense pain from tooth-trouble. And I blame ISLAM for that! ;-)

As you can see, we had a little troll-alert here today; nothing serious, our posters got the "spill" quickly contained and cleaned-up.
We're like little antibodies, converging on the infection and destroying it.

Get a Percocet down & float away from that owie! If we see incoherent posts from you we will assume it's your drug-induced inner-DOI talking!

G

So sorry, Eleanor! ...ouch*, and I'm scheduled to see my dentist next week. Gulp!

Hey laughter is good medicine, too ...

A woman phoned her dentist when she received a huge bill. "I'm shocked!" she complained.
"This is three times what you normally charge."
"Yes, I know," said the dentist. "But you yelled so loud, you scared away two other patients."

...hahaha :)

I just see this is a continuation of Mo's maniacal barbarism. These mozoids are exactly like roaches, highly adaptive and can withstand any threat to their extinction. The koran tells them to do this, so they do it. Its very simple and the way that we will win is by keeping it simple. We will simply stand in the way of them. Our tactics and strategies are all important but complicating the reasons for why mozoids act the way they do is a waste of energy. They act this way because they are mozoids, just like an alcoholic drinks because they are an alcoholic.

Robert, Pamela,

I wish I could make it to the NYC on June 6, but I cannot.
Those of you who do: MAKE IT ROWDY, THE ROWDIER, THE BETTER! You need to make a splash, cause controversy, if you will. You need to GRAB PUBLIC ATTENTION AND MAKE THE NEWS TO WAKE THE AMERICANS UP! And do prepare posters, in huge letters, bitterly, and, yes, abusively denouncing the families and friends of the 9/11 victims for sitting it out. Accuse them of cowardice and betraying their loved ones murdered by the Islamic jihadis. Shame them! Jolt them into crawling out of their shells and responding to your challenge!

Ruslan Tokhchukov, EnragedSince1999.

So sorry, Eleanor! ...ouch*, and I'm scheduled to see my dentist next week. Gulp!

Thanks champ, I appreciate it, and I just found out I'm expected to live! Yayy! Good luck to you next week, I hope yours goes like mine usually goes: smooth sailing and little to no pain. This time, everything was just wrong with me -- cracked tooth (lots of pain beforehand), long and deep roots that broke off, deep in, and he had to really dig, then drill and then dig and (screams and runs)!!

I blame this verse from the Qur'an for the pain because Allah ain't getting any of my jewelery: "Give glad tidings of a painful punishment to those who treasure gold and silver and do not spend it in the Way of Allah” (Q: 9.34).

So Goereg hater is right: IT'S ISLAM'S FAULT!! Let DOI buy Ullah an enagement ring if "He" wants gifts so badly! LOL

Anyway, do you know anything about the microblogs on TypePad? I'd love to regularly post stuff on a blog (funny stuff or serious) but I don't know whether or not that's a good place for my kind of irreverent and very un-PC kinda material...

"Anyway, do you know anything about the microblogs on TypePad?"

Hey El :) I used to have a blog set up, but I dropped it since I wasn't using it that much. You can always try it and see if you like it ...

Hope these make you feel better, too ...

~~♥ღ♥ღ♥"

(a friend emailed these to me, so I wanted to share them with you as well, so I hope typepad accepts them)

Dentists! How is it that they inflict so much pain on us & we pay them so much money for it? Wait a minute--that sounds like...ISLAM!
Coincidence? I think so...

Awwww, they're so cute ~ thanks! Maybe I'll try the blog and see if I like it, or see if I get kicked off for too many complaints! Are there "decency rules" or something?

I might have to set up a private thing for my stuff...

Features like "Ask A Semi-Literate Musulman." (And we know who that's based on) LOL

Here's a sample:

Dear Semi-Literate Musulman,

I am a young American girl and I'm confused about Islam. My little friends tell me it's a "Religion of Peace" but I'm not so sure. It seems to be really, really violent. Can you clear this up for me?

Thanks!

(see what I mean about irreverent?) :O

Hey George! I'm floatin!! Islam is sinkin! I saw your little play on words earlier "Taqiyya Sunrise" and wanted to let you know I really laughed at that -- too much, actually, cause it hurt!

Seriously, that's very good...I'm just jealous I didn't think of it first!

Good one! Brilliant move, Pamela! Yep, word choice matters. That was a verbal move worthy of a General, and I believe that Pamela is a General, in this undeclared war against Islam we're fighting. Brava.

Many of us feel that since it's their fight, they declared us their enemy and intend to destroy us, we should openly declare them our enemy and pull out all stops. After the smoke clears maybe we'll be heralded with Bravo? And maybe we'll be as successful as the Polish were in 1683 Vienna?

A mosque over 9/11 ground zero is like a successful second strike without consequences. Disturbing. Hateful. Sad. Irrepairable damage to our nation's morale.

E,

I see you've gotten in touch with your "inner defender!" Yes, I've been saving that "Taqiyya Sunrise" thing for a rainy day--and we had (than) BIG thunderboomers here today. I need the lyrics to the whole song to "customize" it for our muslim fiends, er, you know. I think master-lyricist Yankel could do it better, though.

I'm totally lost on the type-pad thng! I had a message that you were on it & when I clicked-on the e-mail...it knocked me right off the net! I'll work on this...

You can surely tell which threads deal with this ugly mosque-business! There's a lot of anger here--all more than justified and it's about damn time! Great posts from all the "haters," but Hesperado and Battle of Tours have been particularly outstanding. Kim, Champ and Gymgal have been all over it, too.
Kinda' makes a guy proud to be a hater!

For Daisy Mae and Fizzle? The great Jackie Gleason had it right: "TO THE MOON, ALICE!"

Hatr Gerog

George, try to check out my blog when you can...I guess click on Eleanor and then on the lower left "Eleanor's Blog." Let me know if you can get to it. Thanks!

(I think you'll like what's there :)

~El

OMG! ...I want what your dentist gave you, that was HILAAAARIOUS!!

Hey champ- what was hilarious? The post up above or the poem on my blog?

I still don't know if people can access the blog and I'm dying to find out!

And hey, thanks for the compliment! :)

Oh, BTW it's percocet... :D

Hi, El ...the poem is hilarious! Yes, I was able to access it without any trouble, and I even gave it a 'thumbs up', too :)

Cool! Thanks! There's new stuff just now, too.

But Robert, this could bring on world peace! (Or a world in pieces)
The Protestants can build a church at Wounded Knee, the Israelis can build a synagogue in East Jeruselem and the Catholics can build cathedrals at the site of the Bartholomew's day massacre, in Istanbul...the Muslims already built their "peace offering" at the Hagia Sophia!
Oh, and the Spanish Catholics can build several all over SOuth America and Mexico.
WHAT could be offensive about any of that???
http://hereticscrusade.com

I skipped a line, I meant to say the Spanish could build several at the sites of native massacres..wait,I think they DID, several times!
What do you expect from a people who were under the Islamics for a few hundred years?
Ever notice that the ONLY people who use Jesus as a personal name lived for centuries dominated by Islam, which insists that he was only a prophet?
I am not comng down on either side on that question but, it strikes me as natural that the conquered should absorb some of the cahracter of the people who dominated them for so long...look at the Mafia, from Sicily...again, Muslim dominated...
http://hereticscrusade.com

Aadeesh Ali"
"In essence we have let bygones be bygones - you need to do the same."

You ask us these after 9 years after 9/11? Fine, now ask the same of the Palestinians about what happened in 1948 with the Israeli's so-called taking their lands, since you indeed have come over the loss of the Caliphate.

This does not mean that a proper peace should not be negotiated, just that "bygones be bygones" about the events of 1948 in Palestine/ Israel.

You Muslims never seem to realize how much you DON't take your own advice, that you only give to US. Double standards is your trademark.
