Robert has it right....this is a war-plans meeting. Hamas is a bit player here, but Hezbollah has a massive rocket arsenal to retaliate against Israel in the event of an Israeli strike on Iran. The motives are 3-fold...
1) to deter an Israeli attack
2) to punish the Israelis in the event of attack
3) to broaden the impending conflict between Iran and Israel to include Lebanon and Gaza...(designed to short-circuit the tacit support for an Israeli strike found in certain Arab capitals).
I agree with your analysis, as usual, Cornelius. I would only add that it is arguable that what is most important for Israel to do is not attack Iran but annihilate Hezbollah (which, of course, means not to repeat what happened in 2006). An obliterated Hezbollah will severely lessen the image of Iran as the new emerging power broker in the Muslim world and will also obviate possible "rallying around the flag" by Iranians who, while opposed to the current Iranian regime, would very possibly stand beside it were Iran itself attacked (similar to what happened in Argentina in 1982 during the Falklands War). As an afterthought, if Israel does take on Hezbollah, I think it should also take out a lot of Syrian infrastructure to discredit Iran's chief ally in the eyes of all other Arab nations, almost all of which already think Syria is owed a comeuppance for being so cozy with Ahmadinejad and those wretched Shiite mullahs.
Well, now that it is known where they are meeting, who and why, someone could fast-track them all to paradise. Know what I mean?

By this point in time , obama expected to receive an open hand in return for his own overture, instead, the only handshakes that have occurred have been between the State jihadists, iran-syria, firming up accords of war and not peace.
obama along with his staff have perilously facilitated the advancement of war preparations which will assuredly directly be attributable to much loss of American lives. This unprecedented dereliction of National security will haunt the rest of World history and most strongly our very own children.
It's a smart move for them. They know they need to strike against Israel while there is a dhimmi, weak President in office. They can't risk waiting a few years when we will have the ability to put somebody in office that will be on Israel's side.

The Hebrew Prophets, Zekeriah, Joel, etc., were told by Yahweh how jealous he was for HIS people and HIS land, how he deplored the separation of the Israelites from their land, and how this land ISRAEL, the only country to have its borders set forth in the Bible, would be avenged by God Himself.

Sharia law in Iran must be ended, radicals are trying to export it to the free world. Sanctions work slowly and might never succeed.
