E.U. judge releases jihad suspect wanted by U.S.

Most likely a Muslim Albanian judge!

Yup-or more likely a clueless idiot-that Albanian jihadi is no doubt laughing as I write this.

And remember—one of the main goals of this group was to wage violent Jihad *in Kosovo*:

Agents allege Asllani "had repeated communications with the conspirators; solicited money from the conspirators to establish a base of operations in Kosovo for the purpose of waging violent jihad; tasked the conspirators with completing work to further these objectives and accepted funds from the conspirators to help him travel."

Also revealed in that complaint is the allegation that Sherifi traveled to Kosovo from Raleigh in 2008 to pursue what authorities call a "violent jihad."...

The community also would serve as a base of operations for conducting violent jihad in Kosovo and other countries.

So—this judge is not just imperiling the United States, but likely Kosovo itself. Is the judge a Kosovar Muslim, who has no problem with the idea of Jihad in his own balliwick? Or is he some clueless EU sort, who doesn't relish the idea of handing over some terrorist to "harsh" American justice, and doesn't care how many people—even his own people—may be put at risk due to his decision?

It would be interesting to know.

You Americans seem to mistrust the EU justice system (EULEX) in Kosovo and its impartiality and high moral standards?

EUROLEX is actually doing a great job to keep the Sharia courts and Islamic traditions out of business.

Here is how they present themselves and their mission:

"One of the central aims of the Justice Component of EULEX is to improve and strengthen Kosovo's judiciary to make it fully multi-ethnic, impartial, free from political influence and capable of holding fair trials according to international standards and best European practices.

EULEX judges and prosecutors exercise their functions according to objective criteria established by law. They work closely with their local counterparts in a mutually trustful relationship. EULEX judges and prosecutors also mentor, monitor and advise their colleagues.

The Justice Component comprises around 10% of the total EULEX staff, or 300 people. Of this, around 70 people work in the prison system and there are more than 40 judges and around 20 prosecutors.

The people working in the EULEX Justice Component are in every day contact with the Kosovan administration of justice. They share their skills and experience with their local counterparts. Kosovo institutions will benefit from this and, as a result, trust in the judicial system should increase."

It should but it won´t!

From the article:

"I believe in justice because I am innocent".

He's saying something that will be heard in entirely different ways - one way by the silly non-Muslims, the other way by Muslims in-the-know.

Uninformed non-Muslims think he's appealing to some sort of universal justice, with which American justice is in conformity, and claiming that he didn't do what he is accused of doing; they'll think he thinks American justice will show he didn't do it. Muslims know he isn't denying what he did; rather, they and he don't think that what he did was **wrong**.

Translation into Islamspeak: "I believe in sharia because I am a Muslim".

In Islam, only sharia-compliant Muslims are 'innocent'. He was waging war on the Infidels, as he had every right to do; as sharia requires him to do, if he can.

And everybody who isn't a sharia-compliant Muslim is 'guilty' and deserves either to be dead, or to be enslaved by the 'innocent' Muslims who alone have the right to rule anywhere in the world.
