Jihadists love Nazism: Turkish supporters of Jihad Flotilla fly swastika flag

And no doubt they support Hitler's genocidal aspirations for the Jews, as these coalesce so nicely with Islamic antisemitism.

Mein Kampf is widely available in Turkey and growing in popularity, even to the point where it became a bestseller, selling up to 100,000 copies in just two months in 2005. Analysts and commentators believe the popularity of the book to be related to a rise in nationalism, anti-US and antisemitic sentiment "because of what is happening in the Middle East, the Israeli-Palestinian problem and the war in Iraq".
Dogu Ergil, a political scientist at Ankara University, said both left-wingers, the far-right and Islamists, had found common ground - "not on a common agenda for the future, but on their anxieties, fears and hate".

The Accursed Book.
Genocidal aspirations for the Jews are simply embedded in the Koran. This book should be banned.

In the words of Jim Nabors, "surprise, surprise, surprise".

Looks like William was right all along...

The Horst Wessel Jihadist Theme Song:
[Flag high, ranks closed,
The Umma marches with silent solid steps,
Comrades shot by the Crusaders and Zionists.
March in spirit with us in our ranks.] - chorus
The street free for the green battalions,
The street free for the jihadis.
Millions, full of hope, look up to the swastika.
The day breaks for freedom and for bread.
For the last time the call will now be blown;
For the struggle we all stand ready.
Soon will fly black flags over every street;
Slavery will come for dhimmis shortly.
-chorus

He was indeed. He even called the Koran an " Accursed Book".

Nazism and Islam fit very well together!
BOTH hate the Jews and want to kill them:

It seems that some Moslems are coming close to regarding Hitler as a new prophet, and there ain't supposed to be any of those.
Or maybe just the 12th Imam, come out of his well for a few years to do his dirty work, and then returned to it.

Oops. Got a message from the server saying it was on "time-out" after the first try, so I thought it hadn't worked.

The words under the swastika "Ellerinize Sağlık" is probably a reference to a Turkish poem with the title: "Ellerine Sağlık", that translates to: "May you have healthy hands".

First verse goes like this:

"May you have healthy hands
Dont stop, lets celebrate, this victory is yours
May you have a healthy heart
In the fake world, you are the sapphire?
Dont lose it, dont let it become dirty, dont decorate it with powerful desires."

Who knows what goes on in the heads of Turks?

Thanks for that, Ipso Facto. I was trying to track the line down, with less-than-satisfactory results.

It seems "Ellerinize Sağlık" was also recorded as a song by Turkish recording artist Yalýn.

As much as I have been able to descry, this seems to be a paean to "purity". Certainly both Islamic and Nazi imagery is full of references to purity—despite the essentially vile and vicious nature of both creeds.

No wonder Jihadists feel such affinity for Nazis—well, that, and the virulent anti-Semitism.

Another point of Muslim cognitive dissonance is this—many Muslims can accuse Israelis of being "Nazis"—often while simultaneously embracing the swastika and everything it stands for.

Jihad is sweet, jihad is fun according to the three terrors.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmffgIqlAYA

Hitler used to hate Jews, despise Christians and admire Mohammedans. Obviously a mutual love, as many Mohammedans like to read "Mein Kampf" today. The self-appointed prophet and Hitler were two of a kind.

I would like nothing more than muslims to start holding as many swastikas flags at their hate rallies as possible. While the West has a very difficult time seeing the Mohammedans as a threat, they will easily recognize a former enemy they fought a world war against-Nazism.

This could be the short-circuit to rapid awareness for the masses-that we're facing a resurgence of fascism posing as a religion and I'm sure it will get many liberals on board as well. The fact that muslims are virulently anti-semitic should've been evidence enough but people can be pretty dense.

These Hitler-loving muslims don't understand that he is absolutely despised by the majority here, so treating him as their hero is like painting a bullseye on their backs-please keep it up.

"I would like nothing more than Muslims to start holding as many swastikas flags at their hate rallies as possible."

Oh yeah - bring out the swastikas, Muslims! Don't scrimp now on your swastikas, the more the better! And don't forget signs that say: "Sieg Heil," "Jews to the ovens," and "Hitler didn't finish the job." Speak out Muslims! Show the world how you really feel about Jews!

"Who knows what goes on in the heads of Turks?"

Hey, let's not "insult Turkishness," now! (sarc on)

Not surprising at all. I believe there will be other things from nazism that will inspire them.

It seems that some Moslems are coming close to regarding Hitler as a new prophet...

Apparently, Napoleon made an impression amongst the Muslim Egyptians he briefly conquered: they respected his imperial strength and dubbed him "Sultan el-Kebir".

Similarly, although Muslims of course waged a long war against the Soviets, one has never seen the amount of sustained vitriol in their propaganda against the Soviets which they direct at Christians and America, even though the Soviets destroyed thousands of mosques throughout the "Stans".

Lesson: Muslims hate an enemy more when the enemy tries to be civilized. The Soviets destroyed thousands of mosques, while we take unctuous care to "respect" mosques and Muslim mores in Iraq and Afghanistan -- and yet all the propaganda is against us. Similarly for the Israelis, who take great care to prosecute their ongoing self-defense in ethical terms, but are vilified by Muslims far worse, one reasonably supposes, than they would were the Israelis to forego ethical niceties.

After a million or more of us get mass-murdered by Muslims in the next 50 years and innumerable others wounded, and they are able to wreak untold damage to our infrastructure and dislocation to our societies -- at least we can console ourselves with the thought that we "didn't become like them"...

Ellerine Saglik means "health to your hands."

Ellerinize saglik is simply the plural.

Typically it's used to compliment a good chef/cook. I hear it all the time, if I may blow my own horn.:)In a broader context it can be thought of as "good fortune to you."

I know the Yalin song you are talking about and it's a bit controversial. The song can be taken as a rant against an ex-girlfriend or a rant against God. Turkish girls and God both tend to be tyrants if you piss them off.

And the majority of truly secularism-loving Turks haven't a freaking clue what's going on as far as the intent of the flotilla and it's ramifications.

Hesperado,

"didn't become like them..."

To be able to say that, at a cost of a million lives -- hmm, that's about 170,000 lives per syllable...

@ Hesperado

at least we can console ourselves with the thought that we "didn't become like them"

That is exactly the crux of the matter.

Really as Istanbul_Chick says 'ellerinize saglik' is a very common gratitude expressing saying in Turkey... It means something like 'thank you for doing such a good thing'.

A big part of the problem in Turkey is still an unbelievable amount of ignorance about what is going on in the World. The new generations do not know even country's near past history. They hear about Jews and Christians and do not know what all those words mean. The only thing they know is that they are something between 'strangers' and 'enemies', both 'depraved' ones of course. It is very easy to see Turks becoming astonished when you speak them about what exactly the Bible (both Old and New Testaments) teach.

Acces to Youtube is still forbiden in Turkey... a country which has European aspirations.

Surely Turkey nowadays is in the verge of some very deep change... it is the crisis of the unavoidable encounter with the 'outer world'. But no one knows what may happen and how may happen. Even the ones who know very well Turkey they have difficulty to foresee what shape the things may take in the future.

Let not forget that the country's people is a 'devshirme' (Islamicized by force dhimmi population) people in a very large scale and the reason that differs so much from the Arab countries lies in this fact. The fact of the existence of a so big 'Westernized' part in it is rooted clearly in this reality. And, also, this is the main element that has created the so diturbing identity problem, the fear and the need of self shielding in the nation nowadays. There are millions of Islamicized non Muslims, old native inhabitans of the land, who they 'smell' the facts but they are in despair of what to do after so many generations... A so deep despair that makes self cheating feel comfortable.

Even only the so openly evident, observable in everydayness, turning of nearly all the Byzantine churches to mosques is a constant cry to the consciences of the people of what has happened in those soils.

Turkey is a tragic case indeed. Today's Turks are as a child born by a rape incident during a war, not knowing his/her father and trying desparately to 'build' a 'safe past narrative' to own a sense of identity.

Let not mention here that even the genuine, Central Asian Turks' conversion to Islam has a very bloody history. But this is another chapter of this so tragic history.

As I have said in some of my previous posts, I am a Christian who has been forced to leave Turkey but I can not hate Turks... I know their tragicness and sympathize with them deeply. They are in a very grave condition.

All those antisemitic explosions are an offspring of their tragicness... the self destructing rally of a paroxysmic blindness.

But... in the end everything will be good, no doubt, for Turks too, be them of 'devshirme' origins or of Central Asian ones. The good prevails always. Our world is a God created one, a God who is Love. The needed thing is to prevent suffering, as much as possible, along the way. This should be our aim here beside, posting and discussing all those things... contributing to being awake. 'The truth'is that 'will make us free' after all.

Dendrite, very informative and interesting post.

There is this controversy about whether the inhabitants of a once conquered land do or do not still primarily descend from the original conquered people as opposed to descending primarily from their conquerors.

I read about the controversy whether or not the current English people descend from the Celts & Romans in a big part or whether they were effectively replaced by the invading Anglo-Saxons, with a lot Frisians among them. And of course by the same token it could be possible that the majority of English people descend from the StoneHenge-builders, inhabiting England before the Celtic and the Roman invasions.

As evidence for ancestorship is considered: the language and the names of places and rivers.

In Turkey Turkish is spoken and that is the language of the conquerors. But easily recognizable are still the Byzantine original name-places; Ankara was Ankyra, Konya Iconium, Izmir Smyrna, Kayseri Caesarea, Trabzon Trebizonde, Izmit, Nicomedia, Iznik Nicea, Antalya Attalia, Antakia Antiochia etc.

Hopefully many Turks come to realize that most of their real ancestors were NOT Islamic, and many of them were presumably forcibly converted, even forcibly married or raped by Muslims.

Hopefully many Turks come to realize that most of their real ancestors were NOT Islamic, and many of them were presumably forcibly converted, even forcibly married or raped by Muslims.

I fear not. The past is suppressed, at most it was the "time of ignorance". What was before is always worse, today is the only truth, the Quran says so and the Quran is always right.

I wonder what has happened inside the heads of those who kill their own past.

"I fear not. The past is suppressed, at most it was the "time of ignorance."

In the "long, long ago."

"time of ignorance."

This started with Adam and Eve, and continues to this day...
Every dastardly deed ever done, was done under the umbrella of Ignorance...We see the results everywhere...A huge pool of this ignorance is called 'The Ummah'...It started out ignorant and in 1400 years has not achieved enlightenment in the slightest...This is because, Islam leaves the idiot in full possession of his idiocy...Other religions are designed to lift the people out of ignorance, while Islam seeks to lock submitters into it...Shahada is the lock...apostasy is the key...

Global jihadists revere Hitler. They see Hitler as having been an infidel supporter of Islamic principals. But, they see themselves as being victorious where Hitler failed because they are the true "superior" people.

And that is the real danger of islam, along with other fascims: it allows the convert to suddenly feel better than others, to condemn others, to hate others. All that was reprehensible or at worst in bad taste is suddenly perfectly legitimate and desirable. And it is supported and enhanced by assuming a new name, a new dress code, an entirely new attitude, even a new family.

Side note...The swastika did not originate with Hitler...It is an ancient symbol called the 'wheel of life'...But Hitler reversed the direction of the flow...Picture that there are small rockets at the end of the legs, that spin it...To the right it is the wheel of life, reversed and spinning in the other direction, it is the wheel of death...The swastika pictured is a wheel of death...A fitting symbol for Hitler and Islam as well...

It is time for the United States to cut ties with Turkey and boot them out of N.A.T.O. and the sooner the better.

Demsci, if you go today you yourself to Turkey you will realize very easily that the people that lives in those soils nowadays are not of Central Asian origins in their vast majority. No doubt there is a Central Asian part in them but it is a minor element. The racial characteristics that you will see in today's Turkey's people are mostly that of Kurds, of Armenians, of Greeks, of Arabs and of Albanian and Slavic peoples (this is the reason that you may see not so rarely even blondish characters in population's synthesis). There may exist possibly even remnants of the Crusader armies too...

The Central Asian original Turkish nomadic tribes that came to Anatolia were not so densely populated. They were, however, very lively and dynamic regarding their pursuits, groups. And so they achieved what they achieved. Most of them took native girls as slaves and women in their conquering raids. There is nearly no Ottoman sultan that has not a Christian or Jewish mother.

Today's Turkish is mainly a mixture of Central Asian Turkish, of Arabic and of Persian (the major Islamic languages). The language's skeleton (its grammar) is Central Asian but there are unbelievably many Arabic, Persian (and even Greek and Latin) words integrated to the structure of the main skeleton, as nerves and flesh.

Today every serious contemporary Turkish historian is aware of all those facts. But, as I said in my previous post, the present condition has been formed during many centuries, so it is very difficult to find another identity than the one existing today, formed by the so overwhelming flow of historic events, that's to say of 'futuhat', 'jihad', 'dhimmitude' and 'devshirme' ideology's offsprings.

Turkey's mosque architecture, for example, is nothing other than a Byzantine church architecture modified to the Islamic norms (non-iconic art etc). It would be not unfair at all speaking about an Islamicized Byzantium in Turkey's case, really.

Everyone who goes to Turkey discerns its uniqueness between the Islamic countries. It has something different... A kind of evidently non Muslim people (in a quite vast part of it, at least) who struggle to believe that they are Muslims, just from the fear of loosing their sense of identity... having no other psychologically easy choices.

And, to my observation, the difficulty that Turkey has in the way of becoming a really democratic and very creative in all fields nation is firstly Islam's inherent incompatibility with Democracy and secondly, tied organically to the first reason, the constant fear of a severe identity crisis.

The natural contradiction of trying to keep both Islamic and Democratic worldviews in Turkey is growing enourmously fast every day that is passing. There is the unsufferably, anymore, painfully bleeding Kurds issue too, so it seems that there will prevail an urgent need of a solution for all those centuries old unhealed wounds.

A most tragic history, as it is said... but all will be well one day because... Turks too are human beings and they too need to breath the deep existential freedom that every human being longs for... Let pray so that this may be without a so severe suffering.

* * *

Let clarify something that can be easily misunderstood, also: when I mention that today's Turkish people is a 'devshirme' people in a vast part of it I do not by any means consider as inferior, racially etc, the Central Asian peoples. They are just human beings as all the other ones. I just speak about historic facts and nothing else. Beside, this 'devshirme' part of the people exists only as a racial element inside the mixed population. It is not possible, of course, to find it in a totally autonomous and 'clear' condition preserved in some part of the country (except, maybe, in some degree, in Kurdish areas).

Any info on the source of the photo, when and where it was taken, etc.?

Absolutely Kim, the more that muslims expose themselves as fascist intolerant hatemongers, the harder it will be for liberals and their ilk to live in denial and the sooner it will bring us to finally confronting the unsettling reality (for the deluded naysayers) that we're in WW3 against Islam.

This battle between the West and Islam is inevitable, whether it happens now or 20 years from now there will be no escaping it. Democracy and (religious) Barbarism cannot coexist, one will conquer and destroy the other. So I'd much prefer to deal with it sooner rather than in a decade or two when things will be much more dire.

The mistake muslims make is to assume that the West is weak, cowardly and eager to surrender. While it may be true for the craven liberals, they're ignoring the centrists and conservatives who are willing to fight to the death for their freedom and I think that sleeping giant is beginning to stir.

Not to mention that we're far more powerful than the muslim world so if and when a confrontation between the West and Islam does take place, they won't stand a chance against us. This is why they aren't waging a frontal direct war and resorting to terrorism and stealth jihad instead.

It's also why they're doing everything possible to convince us that aside from a few extremists, Islam is peaceful, while they build their numbers and infiltrate our institutions. Their tune will change dramatically once they feel they have the strength to take over-its happening already in Europe, which is why they must be stopped now. The easiest way to do that of course is to simply ban Islam and deport all muslims who refuse to leave it and we can avoid a civil war.

Thanks, Istanbul Chick—I always learn interesting things from you.

What is a benign phrase when complimenting a good cook, however, is considerably more disturbing when used on a Nazi flag.

Thanks for your information, Dendrite. Turkey is a country that is in my [Christian] prayers.

I understand that the name Istanbul comes from the Greek "eis tein polein"--to the city; and that the old name for Selcuk (near the ruins of Ephesus) was Ayasoluk--a Turkish phoneticization of Agios Theologos (Holy Theologian, what the Greeks called the Apostle John).

I read of small Evangelical groups popping up here and there in Turkey (work started by former Guest Workers who became Christians while in Western Europe). It strikes me that Turkey no sooner gets rid of its old Greek, Armenian, and Syriac Christians than it gets a few new ones who are former Muslims.

Something tells me that the Risen Christ will not be without witnesses in the lands to which much of the New Testament was originally addressed. May God prosper this, and allow millions of Muslims to see that there is a better way.

Then again, I also once met a Muslim Turk from Antakya (Antioch) who was aware that the name "Christian" was first coined in his city and actually proud of the fact.

Kepha glad to hear that there are Christians who pray for Turkish people too... Really most of major toponyms in Turkey are of Greek and Byzantine origin... even its capital city's name Ankara is from the Greek 'Angyra' (meaning 'anchor').

But the issue is not a nationalistic one (as most unfortunately many Christians of Greek origin see it). It is an existential one. It is one of having healthy existential references. Islam with its non acception of concience freedom is a deadlock. And the important thing for human beings, whatever their national identity, is to be delivered from deadlocks. Conscience freedom is, very simply put, sanity. It is the thing Christianity in its essence teaches: deep, existential sanity, being awake as to the true nature of things, as to the way being is...
