TOLEDO, Ohio, June 3 (UPI) -- An Ohio couple were arrested Thursday on charges they conspired to help the Middle East terrorist organization Hezbollah, authorities said.
The U.S. Justice Department said Hor I. and Amera A. Akl, both 37, of Toledo, who hold dual U.S.-Lebanese citizenship, are accused of conspiring to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization, conspiracy to launder money and arson relating to an insurance fraud scheme.
Hor Akl also is charged with two counts of bankruptcy fraud and one count of perjury, U.S. Attorney Steven M. Dettelbach said in a news release.
The Akls allegedly agreed to send money to Hezbollah after being approached by a confidential informant for the FBI who claimed he worked for an anonymous donor eager to support Hezbollah. The couple researched and proposed at least 10 different ways in which the money could be shipped to the terrorist group, authorities say.
The couple ultimately agreed to conceal about $500,000 in the hollow sections of a vehicle and ship it to Lebanon in return for a fee, authorities allege.
Isn't it a shame how many "misunderstanders" of Islam there are? If only they could ignore all those verses in the Qur'an that call for jihad and concentrate on the peaceful ones.........

It's a small point, in the scheme of things—but this is part of the problem. These Muslims *do not* hold dual U.S.-Lebanese citizenship.
Some nations that recognize dual citizenship, like Britain, have very different histories from the United States. Many British citizens served abroad—often for years—in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Being able to hold dual citizenship so they could take part in the political life of the country they were sojourning in—while maintaining that all-important British citizenship—made sense.
In the United States, however, you had immigrants coming in from all over the world—including many nations that were—or harbored—enemies of America. Clearly, that has *not changed*.
Anyone who becomes an American citizen swears that he retains no allegiance to his former nation.
Here's salient part of the oath the naturalized citizen takes:
The Oath of Allegiance:
"I hereby declare, on oath,
that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen;

Clearly, this "Ohio couple" *lied*—they should not only face charges for aiding terrorist organization Hizb'allah, but also charges for lying under oath, followed *by deportation*, and a barring from ever returning to the United States.
Instead, this lovely "Ohio couple" will be treated as full American citizens—despite the fact that they came by their citizenship under false pretenses.
Lying seems to come so naturally to the devout Muslim. Of course, it's understandable because Muhammad recommends it and Allâh divinely ordains it for all Muslims in the doctrine of ketman (obfuscation) and taqiyya (straight-out lying), both to be used to protect Islam from acquiring a bad reputation due to other doctrines such as "Kill the Unbeliever".
Doctrine also says that both can be used in manœuvrings to gain advantage against individuals, societies, and nations.
I would not be surprised to hear that Hor I. and Amera A. Akl were to concoct a lie wherein they had planned to abscond with the cash and had no intention of aiding terrorists. The perfect defense...I was robbing a liquor store when this guy was killed.

People of the lie. Frauds, thieves and liars. Every species of falsehood, deceit and crooked dealing known to the corrupted human imagination, appears to come naturally to so very many Mohammedans.
It's not an accident that there is no 'Italo-Australian Organised Crime Squad' in Australia, nor is there even an 'East-Asian Organised Crime Squad (despite some Triad and Viet-chinese gang activity in certain locales)' but that there *is* - and has been, I think, since the 1980s, once a large enough Muslim colony had established itself in Australia - a "Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad".
I would advise non-Muslim accountants, Taxation departments, banks and insurance companies to be very, very wary of their Muslim customers. Indeed: assume the worst and you will probably not be disappointed.
Will they be stripped of their citizenship? If the law does not yet allow for that, then the law that will allow for it, and for the stripping of citizenship from all those who falsely took an oath of allegiance to the Constitution as part of their naturalization requirements, should be stripped as well -- and any family members who, through them, obtained American citizenship.
The comedy of errors has to end, because in another sense it is a comedy of terrors, and ended, in tears, long ago.

One Toledo Blade article says the couple's attorney claims they have been socially active in Toledo community for "a long time," however, another article says Toledo "Muslim representatives" did not know the couple.

This is the second story in the last six months about someone from Toledo,Ohio acting badly. Toledo is just 54 miles from Detroit and only about thirty five miles from Dearborne, Michigan. It's part of the Greater Detroit area of danger.
Or more accurately 'Greater Dearbornistan'.
Criminals such as these should be stripped of their American citizenship, as John Demanjuk and others before them.
