My two cents:
Stop Muslim immigration and prevent any further mosque building.
Citizenship to be dependent on NOT being a Muslim.
Disbar any Muslim now here from serving in public office in any capacity - especially any political / armed forces / police capacity.
Commence a program of Muslim repatriation and mosque sequestration / demolition.
It would be cheaper in terms of blood and treasure compared to what is coming down the pike.

Obama now has an assassination policy directed against US citizens, all of which is justified by the fact that Obama ALLEGES that the target is a terrorist. And by the way the word "terrorist" is a perfectly malleable, almost meaningless word. This means that pretty much anybody can be targeted for assassination by our government with no due process at all.

What??? You need to read more history. Sedition and treason have been punishable by death, even in the US, by governments from the dawn of time. Every society has to have a way to protect itself and the people from sedition. In WWII we tried and executed German-American (US born) citizens sent back to the US to commit sabotage for Hitler in under 60 days. There is nothing new here.

How about putting him on trial for treason and if convicted and sentenced to execution, then put him on the assassination list? Let's give him his due process of law swiftly, fairly, and vigorously and prosecute all those like him and those who aid and abet him. Let's prosecute all those American citizens who support jihadists financially and materially in order to kill U.S. citizens (including soldiers) as traitors. The global jihad is a declared war no matter how loosely affiliated. Under Sharia law, a Muslim cannot be executed for killing a non-Muslim. U.S. law has a foundation of equal protection under the laws, no matter what your religion. We have the laws to combat domestic terrorism as treason, let's fairly enforce them. We should flood the federal prosecutors and Congress with emails demanding that our treason laws be enforced against domestic terrorists.
