'About 200 people pelted stones at our mosque and clashed with the police for about an hour. It's not clear yet who was the organiser of the mob,' Mr Nurahim, who goes by one name, told AFP....
'We had a similar experience before in 2007, in which our mosque and houses were attacked. A house was burned and several were damaged at the time,' Mr Nurahim said.

Muslim's love of stoning is well documented. Stones may just be lying around in most of the Middle East, but surely in places like Indonesia—or London, for that matter—Muslims must need to plan well ahead of time, and bring a supply of rocks with them.

I recall that the Muslims on the Temple Mount, had a handy supply of stones in wheel barrows, hidden in the Al As qua mosque, during a recent " protest ". They used these stones against the violent Jooos, that were praying at the Western Wall.
Stones may be just lying around the middle east, but a few inexpensive wheel barrows, are cheap insurance.
The inevitable by-product of a rigidly fixed belief-system is intolerance of heresy. Ironic, how the Ahmadiyah have found sanctuary in the pagan West to worship freely, but are mercilessly persecuted in the holy realm of their fellow Muslims.
as some you here may know I was raised a muslim. one the thinga the our great Prophet!!! said was that he is the last prophet thas is ever going to show up and no one else after him!! the Ahmidah' whose founder', name was ahmad and Bahias in Iran call their founders prophits. and for that reason there are always targets. but both of those religions, unlike Islam who teaches violenc, these people are very peaceful. remmeber they just killed 80 of them last month in Pakistan..
The story neglects to mention that the Ahmadis are the Muslim sect which really does seems to have peaceful, respectful coexistence with non-Muslims as an ideal. They occasionally present themselves as typical of the silent Muslim majority. We need to remember that if they are decent human beings as a matter of religious doctrine, they are naturally considered heretics by the real silent Muslim majority.
They must be part of those 1.5 billion "peaceful" and "moderate" Muslims!!!! How easily the dhimmis are fooled by the followers of ROP(or more appropriately ROC, religion of crime)

I wasn't really familiar with the Ahmadis until a few days ago when I saw an article on MuslimsDebate that said the following:

I can see why they might be the target of violence from the dominant Muslim sects.
I was surprised to read that there are apparently 6,000 in the "community." I would assume that many of the 6,000 are from around the country and overseas, and came to attend the convention.
I wonder why we do not hear more from this group? Does CAIR represent them as well?

In the western nations, When was the last time you saw babtists burn down a moromon church or mass murdered mormons? When was the last time you saw catholic go on a wild rampage burning down protestant churches and buisnesses? How about mass murder and near genocide of the chinese minority? I am Ahmadi myself and I can tell you that there are about 8000 Ahmadi Muslims in the US and nearly 6000 of them attended the convention (500+/- could've been from overseas or Canada). In Canada, there are over 16000 Ahmadi Muslims. In Europe, there are about 100,000. However, large numbers are found in Africa and South Asia.
And no we are not represented by any other Islamic organization because they do not consider us Muslims. (However, we are not a new faith, we believe that the Messiah has come as the Holy Prophet had prophecized - it is similar to Christianity coming out of Judaism).

This is an entire group of Muslims I knew nothing about. (Which isn't saying much since this is new territory for me). In fact, before September 11, 2001, I doubt that I could have answered the question: "what religion do Muslims practice?"
Since then I've acquired a whole new body of knowledge that I never though I'd have needed, and would rather not need.
