Some criticism is I think her gushing "I love Mooslims" is going too far, and that she had no problem whatsoever with mosks being built in America in general. Hmmm...there's already 200 in New York. How many do we need?

You raise some good points, because when we talk about taqiyyah (deception) in Islam, it is all the more imperative we are as honest as is humanly possible. I understand these issues are difficult and it may take time to develop coherent answers to tough question. I think in large measure Spencer has done this. How would Spencer answer the question about mosques being build all over America? Or one a few blocks away from the currently planned mosque, as the interviewer asked Pamela?

Man, I was watching these videos as if they were a heavy-weight fight! And I was cheering at the end:
Video 1: Geller and Ramey exchanged punches with neither landing a decisive blow. Geller was more camera-friendly and decisive. She was also on the offensive, dictating the action. Geller wins this round 10-9. This judge found the moderator fairly even-handed--and HOT!
Video 2: Geller came out fighting and put Ramey on the defensive again. In the late part of this round Geller scored on a flurry of blows, putting Ramey on the ropes. At the end of this round, Geller still looked intense, confident and ready for more. Ramey looked like a beaten muslim in a suit. A significant opportunity missed by both the moderator and Geller was Ramey's wiggling-out of the funding-question, which he never answered. This could have resulted in a TKO.
The moderator was reasonably even-handed, but failed to keep the discussion on-topic. Geller wisely used this to her advantage to hurl some universal truths at the challenger--truths that, at the end, had his eyes closed, his shoulders slumped and his head hanging in unconcealed defeat.

If the GZ "community center"/mosque is being sold as inter-faith outreach, inter-faith bridge building, inter-faith kumbaya camp, then I propose that when it's open (assuming it will be), that groups of all faiths visit it to pray. Regularly. Every day. It can be turned into a truly inter-faith center simply by the fact that groups insist on praying there for the victims killed on 9/11. Of course the moslems will be apoplectic and that's a good thing, because all eyes will be on this place, and when people see that the mohammadans are being what they truly are (intolerant to other religions), they'll finally get the idea.

If your local Catholic or Protestant pastor reads English, maybe you could get him a copy of Mr Robert Spencer's "Inside Islam: A Guide for Catholics" (2003), co-written with one Daniel Ali.
Two other good books for church people, written in a nice plain English style, short and clear (good for people who want to practise their English) are by an Australian Anglican priest, Dr Mark Durie, who spent some years in the field in Aceh, observing the Muslims there and studying their language.
Dr Mark Durie's two books are 'Revelation? Do We Worship the Same God? Jesus, Holy Spirit, God, in Christianity and Islam' and 'The Third Choice: Islam, Dhimmitude, and Freedom'. 'Revelation' is a good one to help ordinary Christians understand that Islam is NOT a 'sister' religion to Christianity or to Judaism; it's more like a dangerous con-man who *pretends* to be your long-lost cousin in order to get inside your house.

As for your politicians: don't give up. Watch them carefully - and your church leaders, and journalists. Exactly, Pamela; and if it's a bridge that they want to build, then they need to stop this project forthwith. Moving ahead with this mosque project so close to Ground Zero is divisive and profoundly heartless on the part of the muslim community, plain and simple.
Of course Muslims from London to Zamboanga are going to see this building as proof that the tactics and strategy of OBL and his ilk are working. It is bound to rejuvenate them and spur them on. Expect a drastic increase in terrorism the world over -- of the kind we saw in Kampala last week.
Why don't we all just insist on reciprocity. No more mosques until there are churches, synagogues, and temples in Saudi Arabia.
And if they really want to put up a building to establish rapport and friendship between religions, promote inter-cultural dialogue, and establish a memorial for the victims of 9 - 11 why don't they build their edifice in downtown Mecca? That way Muslims from all over the world would see how magnanimous these Muslims from America are being, building bridges to show Muslims how they should appreciate America.
