Muslim Brotherhood emerging as backer of Islamic supremacist mega-mosque at Ground Zero

Imam Feisal Rauf and his fellow Ikwanists and Islamizers give an entirely new sense to the phrase "sharia creep."

Bin Talal is a major financier of Muslim Brotherhood fronts in the U.S.

He also owns 7% of FOX, which could mean that FOX is a Brotherhood front...

I am sure not only ground-zero Mosque and other American businesses are financed by Saudis....BUT ALSO THE ROAD TO WHITE HOUSE...and CERTAIN SEATS IN US SENATE AND CONGRESS may have been financed by.................. intentionally left blank.

I doubt anyone here is surprised to learn that Alwaleed bin Talal has contributed to the foundation behind this project.

But as duh_swami pointed out, 7% of Fox is also owned by the same guy. (More precisely, 7% of Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation, of which Fox News is a subsidiary http://www.prwatch.org/node/8906 ), so bin Talal's 7% exerts influence over more than just the news operation.

There is something worrisome about bin Talal owning any part whatsoever of the only major Western news outlet that makes even the slightest attempt to cover stories carrying a specifically Muslim slant (and not portraying them as they portray themselves, as being perpetual victims). Something doesn't add up. I hope the Feds are amassing a dossier on this guy, and we can all wake up one day to learn that bin Talal has suddenly decided to divest himself of NewsCorp stock. Murdoch has some answering to do, however.

One wonders what financial threads may also exist between other news outlets and the Saudis - any of them.

After September 12th:

1. We need more activities to keep the momentum up!

2. My idea is the following: a 'campaign': "STOP the Saudi persecution: 2 million Christians in Saudi Arabia deserve their FIRST church".
Just imagine a bus add with that message written on the side. The average American has no idea that there is not a single church in Saudi Arabia and the persecution those Christians are facing. Few bus adds and TV publicity will bring that issue in the spotlight.

3. The Saudi AMBASSADOR gave a standing ovation to Obama's speech supporting the Ground Zero Mosque. He clapped and clapped for "religious tolerance." Perhaps using the imagery of the Ambassador on his feet for Obama's speech could be a part of the campaign. Furthermore we could make / use the LONG list of Saudi mosques built abroad (outside of Saudi). So, let's move the "RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE" debate into their corner. What about the churches and synagogues and buddhist shrines in the Middle East, North Africa and Indonesia: they are few in number and have numerous trouble and pressures on them.

4. After "victory" and irritation, THE MAIN AIM of the Ground Zero Mosque is to limit the international outreach of the American Christian missionaries. At the moment, the American missionaries are present abroad, including the muslim countries.

If the jihadis succeed to open many mosques and bring hundreds and thousands of muslim missionaries in America, then the Christian organizations in the US will limit their operations and resources overseas, and dedicate their time, money and energy on the "home front", back in the USA. That will mean less Christian missionaries in the Middle East, North Africa and Indonesia. (ie: If we have 50 Dearborn, Michigans in the USA people will start to realize they need to work / guard the home turf).

5. We need to play on offense. We need to expose their hypocrisy. We should not limit ourselves too much to the "NO" agenda. Let's make them play defense.

5. We need to have our CAUSE and CAUSES. So, when the Saudi king or some Middle Eastern tyrant visits some Western country, there should be demonstrations for HUMAN RIGHTS, especially for the persecuted religious minorities.

6. Once again, we need to tackle the global muslim - left agenda. It's enough of their "Palestine issues", flotillas, riots over cartoons, offended cry - babies, "islamophobia"... It's time for our own causes and to show that continiously on the streets.

7. This may bring the Evangelical America on board, and may give many other appereances on Fox News and other big media. My hope would be that this could be a means of opening a world - wide debate about the status of Christian, Hindu, Buddhist and other minorities under Sharia and their rights in the muslim countries.

8. We need to mark our calenders for September 23 - 30. The annual session of the UN will take place in New York. All presidents and prime ministers will be there. It will be a great chance to have some protest.
"Stop the Saudi persecution: 2 million Christians in Saudi Arabia deserve their FIRST church". "Stop the islamic violence against COPTS in Egypt". "Why the Bible is forbidden in Iran?".
Lets try to involve the Evangelicals and all other interested parties. There's enough of them in the NY / NJ area for a decent, well attended protest in front of the UN.

Is there some book they might be reading or an ideology they might be promoting? Any calls for violence in their writings and when they gather together that can be linked to actual bombing or attacks?

Do Suicide bombers from Al Najah University in Nablas; funded by US$ donations; cleverly justified, excused, or encouraged by US organizations; called for in mosks; arranged by hamas, qualify?

If they are not in that list, they may belong to Cordoba Initiative, or share Feisal Abdul Rauf's politics in regard to Israel, and the Gaza blockade. Like Rabbi Waskow, who not only shares Feisal's view on the blockade of Gaza, but also defended the Flying Imams.

Getting back to al Walid, you can see, in addition to funding Rauf, the Saudis are funding something called the "Search for Common Ground".

What is "Search for Common Ground"? They are one of the two co-founders of the US-Muslim Engagement Initiative.

So to sum up - we have the Saudis funding a co founder of the group that is recommending public policy, including a drastic changing of course, and to deeply involve our society with Islam, and Muslims.

Feisal Abdul Rauf described this group six years ago in his book on page 252 when he called for the US to develop a "weapon of mass peace". This calls for Islamizing the country so that the Muslims won't attack us.

In other words, this is where Eurabia American style will start - with Feisal Abdul Rauf funded by the Saudis through the World Economic Forum, and the US Muslim Initiative, and coordinated with the Brotherhood.

This is the big push. You knew it was coming sometime - this is it.

The US government has all the tools it needs to protect its citizens from this treat. Come again,with a Muslim president will they do it? Where is the IRS investigating a waiter who has 4.8Mill to buy a NY property?Or an Egyptian, member of the Muslim Brotherhood whom backs this waiter for a 45 M transaction ? The Greek Orthodox Church is going to have to FIGHT and probably sue the State of New York, the City of NYC and the Port Authority just to be able to re-build their St. Nicholas Church that was destroyed on 9/11 by islamic terrorists.

At any rate they are trying to attract attention to their ILL treatment by the P.A. and NYC and get suport from the public to re-build.

The P.A. has destroyed their land!! They had been promised a trade to another small plot IF they moved from their original 90 year site. By moving from their orginal site the church would save the P.A. over 60 million dollars because the PA needed to place a HUGE BOMB PROOF car park UNDER that spot. The church would receive another small plot and a sum of money, probably around 5 million to help them develop the NEW site.

But even without the money, they could have raised the money yo to build on their own. Believe me, they CAN get the MONEY but thay have to have the PLACE to build!!

REMEMBER by allowing a trade of land the PA would save some $60 million dollars. But now they have ST.Nicholas Church's land, PAID NO money for it, destroyed that land by digging a VERY deep HOLE and WILL NOT ALLOW THE CHURCH TO EVER RE-BUILD! They refuse to give the land for the trade.

MAYBE THAT SAUDI BOUGHT THAT LAND?????

Rauf and Daisy's backer keep pointing out their sufi Muslims background as if though they are a different breed of Muslims who don't believe in jihad and sharia laws.
Well too bad this is not the case the Sufis believe in same Islam as the taliban, hamas, Muslim brotherhood, and hizbullaha, about 99% match. The only thing they are opposed to is violent jihad, no, they want to take over the west gradually by spreading Islam, by spreading mosques.

It would be wonderful, if the rally to oppose ground zero triumphal mosque, can proceed to the Saudi embassy and raise this demand. The embassy is about 4 miles away from the ground zero location. It will be a 1 hour 15 mins walk on the streets of NY.

This will send a strong message and push the debate into the arena of islamic tolerance, rather the lack of it.

The fact is that we don't know who bankrolled the road to the White House this time around, because as soon as Obama reversed his public campaign finance promise, he turned off even the most rudimentary fraud deterrents from his online donation facility. Thus overlimit donations and donations from outside the US could have easily gotten in. Recall that Obama pulled in record-breaking sums. Recall that Soros pledged his entire fortune if necessary to influence the presidency.

And where has the FEC been on all this? Auditing John McCain, the sucker who played by the rules.

Henry Crux, also know as 'heck' and 'etc.', says very excellent post Robert Spencer - exactly what we need to do to get rid of all the victory Mosques all over the country - nothing else has a chance of doing it in time. By the way, I hear from certain trusted sources that virtually all of the Mosques in the usa and Europe have a significant financial obligation to certain terrorist groups or groups which have ties to the murderers. With all the effort and money we have put into our various military ventures in faraway lands in the past decade, maybe we should have instead just taken over Saudi Arabia once and for all, since we care for that country NOT AT ALL except for its oil. It is a malevolent, undermining, sinister country bent on, as someone said, poisoning the US and the West.

Honestly, I am ashamed of my country, this United States, sidling up to it as if we were true allies, just so we can keep getting the oil we should have weaned ourselves off of decades ago. But since we did not, just decommission their independence and clip their wings and put a stop to the poisoning.
