Prosecutors allege that with Hussain's encouragement, the men hatched the scheme to blow up two synagogues in the Bronx with remote-control bombs. They also wanted to use surface-to-air missiles to shoot down planes at the Air National Guard base in Newburgh, a city north of New York City.
The men obtained what they thought were explosives and a missile system but were actually inert devices supplied by the FBI, prosecutors said. They were arrested on May 20, 2009, when they went to the synagogues to plant the fake bombs.
The defense claims the men were entrapped by Hussain, a 53-year-old Pakistani immigrant who helped the FBI make hundreds of hours of video and audio tapes of the defendants that are the centerpiece of the case.

It is full of very useful information. I don't see how anyone one other than a mentally deficient individual could watch this movie and walk away without seeing the threat of islam and being appalled that it took them this long.

I know what you mean, El ..and there's an excellent book written by Hal Lindsey entitled, The Everlasting Hatred: The Roots of Jihad, which outlines the whys and wherefores regarding Israel's enemies from a Biblical perspective. No doubt there's truth in what you say, but let's not forget David Horowitz, Bill Kristol, Daniel Pipes, the Jewish Anti-Defamation League, Peter King, Mark Levin, among others who have publicly opposed the mosque, and not least, Pamela Geller, the person of Jewish heritage who arguably started the whole ball rolling. I recall her pushing the issue back when hardly anyone was aware of it. I have to admit I doubted she would get anywhere with it, and I was increasingly surprised to watch and see that the more she pushed it, the bigger it got, till it swept the nation.

Good point, Fscarn. However, I suspect you were probably told to pray for the salvation of other people, too--and taught that this salvation is not accomplished by brandishing a sword (or a bomb) over their heads.
