He said the President wanted to promote modern scientific education and improve health services in the Muslim countries, a release from the AMU said.

Mr Hussain said 90 per cent of the victims of such acts of senseless terror were Muslims themselves and hence those who were perpetuating senseless violence had no right to project themselves as champions of Muslim faith.
Mr Hussain said he has a very close relation with AMU as his mother and many other relatives were the product of this University.
He said the AMU alumni were playing very positive role in the US system.
He was highly impressed to see the rare manuscripts of the Holy Quran at Maulana Azad Library....

Poor education? Many (most?) of the terrorists have access to higher education or have been educated. More education only creates better educated Islamsist terrorists. Education will not persuade Islamists that non-Muslim faiths are equal, but will only teach them skills that they can use against the non-Muslim world.
Lack of scientific achievement? the Muslim world once encouraged development of science. Today, Islamists have access to the same technologies and methods used by the rest of the world, but they employ them only for terrorism.

Yet Obama thinks that, to win those unwinnable hearts and minds, we should actually provide better health care (leading to even more carriers of Islam, and even more adult-onset Islam in the Western world), and more of this and more of that.

Most of the science and inventions attributed to the Islamic world were the achievements of the people they overran—achievements that, in most cases, declined steeply following Muslim conquest.
Most Muslims regarded the achievements of conquered peoples—Egyptians, Persians, Byzantine Greeks, Hindus—as so much "Jahiliyya" (pre-Islamic "ignorance") and little more.

Muslims will never ever confront the "total belief" system called Islam so let's stop hoping they will ever face the reality of Islam. If you remember many American black leaders were not in his favor at the beginning of his campaign but later succumbed to the calls of black pride and hopes of getting a black President(I wonder why he is not identifying with whites, he is half white and the whites, suffering from white guilt complex, voted for him in droves!!! Hasn't Obama had a chance to consider the billions spent in the course of the Cold War to win friends and influence people for America? Doesn't he know how most of that was squandered by corrupt regimes or used by unscrupulous ones to build elites that lived by wheedling aid out of various donors rather than developing their countries? Wasn't India a staunch Soviet ally throughout the Cold War; and didn't most of Africa's elites come to the wise conclusion that it was better to be a Soviet client than an American one?
My guess is that most of the aid that will go to the ISlamic world on Obama's watch will go to madrasas to teach Wahabi theology; textbooks for Palestinian school children with questions like "If Hassan and Hussein see five Jews and Hassan kills two, how many are left for Hussein to kill?"; weapons systems; and shiny new swords for the headsman. And, we'll give out lots of visas to "students" who will harass the female students on their campuses, again fly airplanes into our buildings, and plant bombs near our schools.
In Daoud Hari's book _The Translator_, he notes that the Chinese program in Sudan is to hunt for oil in places where the government and Janjaweed have wiped out recalcitrant local populations, and bring in their own security and guns. This is probably the only kind of "help" that will work in the Islamic world.

Of course he has no feeling for the so called black experience. It is far worse. His black african side are muslims and were involved in the slave trade. No, not as slaves but sellers and buyers of slaves. His family dealth in supplying african slaves for the slave trade. what a legacy what an experience. It is not Obama's job to promote anything in foreign countries. If he's going to promote these ambitious endeavors for muslim countries, what about the rest of the third world? Why only muslims?
There's a new conspiracy theory making its way through cyberspace and it comes from a rather reputable source. It is a radical proposition but since we know absolutely nothing about Obama beyond his recent and brief public life prior to being elected president, anything is possible. It reinforces the 'manchurian candidate' theory and would explain why Obama bowed to the king of SA and why he has such a passionate interest in the welfare of the umma. I think my mind is open to any inconceivablity where Obama is concerned. Something is very, very wrong about that man, something I can't quite put my finger on. He isn't one of us, that's for sure, but there's something else, something sinister and scary.
