In "Victimizers Play the Victim" in Human Events today, Pamela Geller discusses the ongoing campaign by Islamic supremacist groups, abetted by the mainstream media, to divert attention away from Islamic jihad activity and claim privileged victim status for Muslims in America:
Muslims in the U.S. are not the ones living under death threat. People who are standing up to jihad activity and Islamic supremacism are. They are not the ones targeted. We are. They are not getting death threats. We are. They don't have to live with 24/7/365 heavy duty security, Geert Wilders does. Wafa Sultan, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Robert Spencer, Ibn Warraq, Salman Rushdie, the producers from Comedy Central, and accidental counter-jihad tourists like Molly Norris live under death threat. As do I.Good, decent souls speaking out against a radical ideology, gender apartheid and supremacism are demonized and marginalized.
But the media blacks that out. They never report on that. Their narrative of Muslims "living in fear," and worse still, living in fear on the anniversary of 9/11, is the ultimate insult.
The AP is alleging that Muslims are in fear of 911. Why? We were attacked by Muslim terrorists. What has the Muslim community, the ummah, done to eradicate the ideology that inspired those attacks? Or the Fort Hood jihad, the Fort Dix Six, the Christmas day bomber, the Times Square bomber?
We have waited patiently, have we not? What efforts, in the past nine years, have been made to expunge the Koran of its genocidal prescriptions? With the exception of dawah (proselytizing) camouflaged as "interfaith dialogue," nothing has been done. The West, meanwhile, has bent over backwards in "outreach," "mutual understanding," and "mutual respect." Where is the reciprocity? And where has it gotten us, except further down the rabbit hole?
Real fear is living as a non-Muslim in Muslim countries under the Sharia. Real fear is living as a Coptic Christian in Egypt. Real fear is living as a Christian in Indonesia. Real fear is a girl going to school in Afghanistan, real fear is being an Israeli awaiting the Islamic nuke, real fear is being a Jew in Europe, or a pro-Israel Jew on many U.S. college campuses. And on and on and on.
First, the concrete facts. Hate crimes directed against Muslims remain relatively rare, according to the latest FBI report. So all this push back by the bullies is a tactic.
We are now being clubbed with two reports of mosque incidents in Tennessee and California. Mind you, many recent mosque incidents have been discovered to have been faked by Muslims, so let's wait to see who is arrested. And no matter who is responsible, Muslims or non-Muslims, they should prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Synagogues have been desecrated and attacked in record numbers, but no one talks about that. Real attacks. Anti-semitism is at record highs worldwide, the highest since World War II. But only this relentless nonexistent "Islamophobia" gets played on an endless loop, a psy-op on the American psyche--and we are tired of it.
Defense against Islamic jihad is a healthy response to a mortal enemy....

I feel the exact same as you. I try to learn as much as I can abouth this subject and inform people about it. Trouble is they are more interested in television, texting etc. Very sad. I think we need to go on the offensive in the West. The root of the entire problem is the koran, plain and simple. People still don't understand why they hate us, it is all in the koran. Their god tells them to kill us, lie to us, torture us, curse us in their hearts etc. Why can't people understand this? Just watched ISLAM RISING on youtube. WOW! Everyone needs to watch this, the whole movie and then you will understand what is going on.

This should be shouted from the rooftops. Why are Muslims so 'submissive' to their religio-slaughter of innocents through the ages, the worst colonialism, human enslavement, murder and cultural genocide in history? It might be entertaining to print out multiple copies of the 'Are you an Islamophobe?' quiz, draw in the little boxes at the end of each statement to be ticked for the 'Yes' and 'No' answers, and then produce them at dinner parties, for people to fill in, and then discuss their score and what it means. Like those pop quizzes one finds in women's magazines - 'are you a good friend?' ' etc.
The 'are you an Islamophobe?' quiz is also a good one to send to your friends.

Because sharia says that those who leave Islam, for another religion, or for no religion, are to be killed.
This teaching rests, among other things, on a Bukhari Hadith:
Sahih Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 52, Number 260: Narrated Ikrima: Ali burnt some people and this news reached Ibn 'Abbas, who said, "Had I been in his place I would not have burnt them, as the Prophet said, 'Don't punish (anybody) with Allah's Punishment.' No doubt, I would have killed them, for the Prophet said,
'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' "
Also Sahih Bukhari, Volume 9, Book 84, Number 57 Sahih Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 52, Number 259.
And in the 'Reliance of the Traveller', a manual of Islamic law, it says:
o8.1 "When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to he killed."
o8.4 "There is no indemnity for killing an apostate (O: or any expiation, since it is killing someone who deserves to die)."

I am sure you know about Rifqa Bary, who has apostasised from Islam, and converted to Christianity. I am sure you know about Wafa Sultan, and Nonie Darwish, and Canon Dr Patrick Sookhdeo, who used to be a Muslim, but left Islam, and converted to Christianity, and now writes books that criticise Islam - e.g. 'Freedom to Believe: Challenging Islam's Apostasy Law'.
Now.
Here are some questions for you: all that is required are 'Yes' or "No' answers.
Do you agree with and approve of the sharia rule that says that those who apostasise from Islam, to join another religion, or to be an atheist, must be killed?
Do you believe that Rifqa Bary, Wafa Sultan, Nonie Darwish, and Canon Sookhdeo, deserve to be killed, and ought to be killed, by any Muslim who is able?

I suppose "Dank" here is supposed to be accusing Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller of "hypocrisy", but he appears to have gotten the details wrong re "Nifaq":
"They have made their oaths a screen (for their hypocrisy).
Thus they hinder (men) from the Path of Allah.
Verily, evils are what they used to do.

Infidels like Spencer and Geller—in fact, most of us Kufr here—cannot be Munafiq.
This would apply, supposedly, to avowed Muslims who are stealthily or foolishly trying to "lead devout Muslims astray"—you know, as in trying to talk them out of stoning women to death or strapping on a bomb vest and murdering school children, or something equally "un-Islamic".
It also applies to a Muslim who just isn't sufficiently committed to "killing and being killed in the way of Allah"—which, come to think of it, would rather seem to fit "Dank" quite well, who is currently living quite comfortably here in Dar-al-Harb.
I'm not sure annoying us here at Jihad Watch really shows enough dedication to the faith, Dank. Shouldn't you be off at some dusty training camp in Pakistan by now?
