The Muslims are majority in number in the Deganga Block as well as in Basirhat Sub division of North 24 Parganas district. According to 2001 Census report, Muslims were 69.51 percent in Deganga Block. Naturally after nine years, their percentage increased a lot and Hindus in that Block are living a life almost like Pakistan. This North 24 Parganas district, is the largest border district where the highest number of Hindu refugees took shelter after being persecuted in erstwhile East Pakistan and present Bangladesh. In spite of that, the eight Blocks among total 29 of this districts became Muslim majority blocks in 2001 census.
Today's violence in Deganga has been reported only in the NE Bangla channel of electronic media of West Bengal. All other channels including Star Anand, as always they do, are mum and suppressing the misdeeds of the fanatic Muslims.

India has had numerous opportunities in its history to rid itself of its cancer-Islam but each time the Hindus got the upper hand over the muslims in war, they showed pity and mercy and allowed their bitter enemies to remain. This should be a warning to all of us in the West about what happens when muslim populations become large minorities or majorities in our land. I once ran into someone from India at a bookshop, who struck up a conversation because she was interested in the book I was reading (something on modern China). She told me that while the Indians do not like Communism and do not vote for it on a national level, they will often vote for it on a local level because the Communists are atheists and have no tolerance for religion. Apparently they do not like religious riots and propmptly put the kibosh on them. She didn't specifiy who DID the religious riots, but now that I know more about Islam, I can guess.

I came to the same conclusion a couple of days back. Crows&Cows makes references to her horrible experiences. While I do sympathize with any individual who goes through rough patches in life, this particular person constantly wishes that Islamic terrorists inflict death and destruction upon India, just because her own Hindu relatives have caused her pain.
Based on her own posts, she also blames Egyptians and other Muslim doctors in the Gulf. And as per her posts the persons who caused her anguish were overwhelmingly Tamilians. So it is indeed surprising that she chooses to wish for Hindus to die in "the most macabre ways possible" (in her own words). If one is into group generalization, why not generalize against Tamils? People from the Gulf maybe? Or just all menfolk?????

The observation you make can be extended to the entirety of the globe. Anywhere and anytime the adherents of the "peaceful" religion move to or invade, they seem to be unable to co-exist with anyone who does not accept their control.
Yes, thats why I wish europe and america would keep muslims as far away as possible. It is a very painful thing to be driven out of your own land. Not to mention the financial issues. People went from wealthy and middle class standards of living to being refugees having nothing. Usually it took an entire generation to get back the standards of living that were lost, and sometimes two. Something like the Great Depression if you want to compare, but a good bit longer. My family was one of the unfortunate ones, so I know.

In the two Communist-ruled states in India , i.e. West Bengal and Kerala , the pioneers of communist success were
surprisingly born Hindus. For example , in Bengal they were like Jyoti Basu and the present Chief Minister and in Kerala it was EMS Namboodripad ( a high-class Namboodri brahmin !) and A.K.Gopalan ! Even the "fellow-travellers" of the Communists in India have been born Hindus like presently Ms.Mamta Bannerji and in the past Jawaharlal Nehru , Krishna Menon ! There never have been Muslims in the pioneer list of Communists in both these states ! Isn't that unfortunate for the Hindus ?
On the contrary all over the world , including India , Muslims have always been anti-communists and that is why U.S.of A. (America) always depended on the Muslim countries , like Pakistan ( as against India ) in their coalition against world communism !
And in the West and in Russia, they were Christians. Nothing unusual about that.
For Hinduism and Christianity are liberal, tolerant and forgiving, while Islam certainly isn't.
