I find it very hard to shed tears for the Ahmadis. Ages ago, Arnold Toynbee (venerable millennia-old tortoise--my Chinese is showing), mused that perhaps the Ahmadiyya would be the future religion of Britain. They were one of the wedges by which Islam slipped into the Western world, picking up dotty old colonels and silly-minded women back in the gaslight age. Now, having taught the Brits to accept Islam in their midst, the Ahmadis are getting it from the "real" Muslims.
Why don't the British, who sent Christian missionaries upon Christian missionaries all over the world (God bless their memory), start blowing the dust off of King James VI & I's greatest contribution to his realm, and recover the faith that made them great and a blessing to the rest of us?

Maybe this will serve as a good reason as to why Ahmadiyyah communities have been trying to get their own suburbs built in places like Canada. To defend their own from those that most closely resemble their own. Which just tells me that the old saying "your own people are the ones who can hurt you the most". Especially over such trifling matters.

I often read material from Barnabas Fund. It is saddening that it requires a specialized media to report the persecution of our brethren at Muslim hands, and that such things are not reported widely in the MSM.
But I dare to hope that the appearance of Christians in so many places where they weren't noticeable before (ex-Muslim Turks and Kurds in Diyerbekr less than a century after they cleared out the Armenians and Syriacs; growing numbers of ex-Muslim Christians in Iran; Muslim clerics worried about losing Africa), coupled with an especially virulent anti-Christian animus among Leftists in the West may possibly be the Old Deluder raging because he knows his time grows short.

Whilst our spineless 'leaders' wring their clammy hands and whimper like the curs they are, the islamics, like hyenas, grow ever braver, sensing their prey is weak and taking bigger and bigger bites from the once great lion as it sinks to the ground. This country has been left for too long in the hands of selfish, self obsessed, self serving cretins and as they allow our young to be taught in school the lie that islam is a religion of peace and at the same time turning their backs to the blatant medieval misdemeanors of its followers whilst spending hundreds of millions of tax payers pounds keeping an eye on them. I have two suggestions. (One) that instead of making the ninety five percent of people here who wish this country no harm go through the tiresome ritual of security checks in airports, a simple bomb chamber should be installed which every one walks through, if a bomb is present the doors close and it is automatically detonated taking its 'martyr' with it , cleansing our island of one more unwanted idiot and freeing up a spare seat on the plane. (Two) that everyone in the country should be offered the chance to 'cough up' some spare change for a couple of converted oil tankers to ship our medieval 'friends' back to the holy land all nice and peacefully of course so that they can knock lumps out of each other over there in the sand from whence they came. I cant imagine it taking long to raise the money needed.
