When we talked about "starvation," we meant plasma TVs and Café Latte

War Is Deceit! "When we talked about 'starvation' we meant plasma TVs and Café Latte," from Tom Gross Media, October 19:

* Time magazine, which previously claimed that Palestinians were "starving," now writes of the Palestinian "multistory villas fronted by ornamental porticos and columns," the "car dealerships selling everything from BMWs to Hyundais," and the "state of the art gyms with the latest equipment, classes in spinning, kickboxing and Pilates, a sauna and even a smoothie bar."

* Leading British newspaper columnist writes from Gaza: "Then there is the use of the word 'siege'. Can anyone think of a siege in human history, from Syracuse to Leningrad, where the shops of the besieged city have been full of Snickers bars and Chinese motorbikes, and where European Union and other foreign aid projects pour streams of cash (often yours) into the pockets of thousands?"

* One by one, the major media of the world are changing their tune on reporting about economic conditions in Gaza and the West Bank. (Although we're still waiting for the world's biggest broadcaster, the publicly-funded BBC - which is under a legal obligation to be balanced - to do so.)...

We'll be waiting a long time for that.

What does it mean to be "balanced"? Obviously there ought to be balance in opinion and commentary, but what about actual news reporting? There is no "balance" of facts. There is only truth.

I do believe these pal pigs put the porkie pigs to shame in scrambling for the official infidel welfare. No doubt these people are living high on the hog, while the real people, around the world, who deserve the help have to do without. I will not support anyone or anything that sends any help to these pal pigs.

WHAAAAAT!!!

I didn't believe it when Geller wrote about it! I just couldn't!

Is it true?!

It couldn't be! I AM disillusioned!

Speaking of the Palestinians, and since it is the fall, it may be appropriate to give a mention to the annual "Olive Harvest Jihad."

Every year at harvest time, the Palestinians prune some of their trees and then find some gullible (or willing) "journalists" to come to their groves to photograph their poor destroyed trees, hacked to death by the evil Joooo settlers. Year after year, they fall for the same trick. The truth is, Palestinian olive orchards have been growing by leaps and bounds in the several years. The Palestinians, with the help of left-wing useful tools and anarchists, are planting on state land to create facts on the ground. Far from suffering, the Palestinian olive oil industry has been enjoying bumper crops since the Israelis began construction of the security fence (that supposedly resulted in the loss of millions of trees and millions more unable to be accessed).

Production in metric tons of Palestinian olive oil:

1988 31100
1989 1690
1990 27500
1991 570
1992 33700
1993 525
1994 18000
1995 8628
1996 24953
1997 5500
1998 22000
1999 3800
2000 30000
2001 6686
2002 31784
2003 11300
2004 30232
2005 6790
2006 36000
2007 ?
2008 23000 (due to drought)
2009 ? 5000?
2010 ?

Note the interesting trend that the worst year were in 1994-1999. Those were the good ole "Oslo years" when Arafat was in charge. Could have been due to drought or other factors perhaps, but I wonder.

I suspect that either this year or in 2012 there will be a dramatic increase in production due to that the millions of seedlings planted three or four years ago will start bearing fruit.

Meanwhile, Jewish farms are being burned down by the Palestinians, and no one cares. Unless, that is, the fires get out of control and reach and damage the Palestinian crops. Then, again, the evil Jooo settlers are blamed for the arson by the world media court without any evidence and without any chance to tell their side of the story.

This world is upside down.

Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.
Isaiah 5:20

This describes the Jihadist's and their lefty enablers.

This is a bit naif I think. It is easy to tell parts of the truth but present a completely differnent perception of what happened than if you told the WHOLE truth; of course there is balance of facts: if you do not present the facts but nstead report your version/slant/opinion then there is no balance (BBC) If you just state the facts there is balance (pre 1980s BBC)

Sort of like a ballance between deception and out right lies.

Until they have access to live Maine lobster at an affordable price, my heart goes out to them. I know how they suffer in my own way. I have long appreciated the Brazilian sugar wafer over those in the US, which tend to hit you over the head with a bag of sugar as opposed to a subtle balance of sweetness and wafer. This gormet's Gulug must be set free or else you'll end up with a bunch of obese Muslimahs subsisting on a high fat diet. Sure that helps having that fat storage come Ramadan, but it messes with the male libido. This could lead to good Muzzies turning to Western porn for sadisfying eye candy. A plunge into hedonistic depravity all because they don't have healthy choices come meal time.

I just read that there has been a three year drought that is still affecting the olive harvest, so this year is not expected to produce a bumper crop. I suspect the first non-drought year they will produce well over 40000 tons of olive oil, perhaps more than 50000, due to the dramatic increase in number of trees.

Yes they may have gyms and coffee shops but when I see those boys with nothing to throw at Israel but rocks I weep. they don't even have sling shots, they are forced to throw pitiful rocks at armed solders!

That cracks me up every time I see it, all I can think is...whats WRONG with them?! lol

... multistory villas fronted by ornamental porticos and columns...

And to think that I'm helping to pay for that on the fifteenth and last day of every month. I think I'm gonna puke.

Btw, how are born Moslem Prez Barack Hussein's Uighers released from Gitmo doing nowadays? Still on the exclusive north end of Bermuda Island, smiling and licking ice cream cones and hitting on Judeo-Christian chicks? Wish I could be there, boyz.

Cuz I'm paying for that, too.

Robert, once again you were first to realize that Gaza is a sham. Our mainstream media is so clueless that they cannot be trusted for simple news anymore.
